I received a physical sim yesterday to switch from Three to ID, keeping my existing number. I have an email from ID to say the switch is complete but I have no signal - have restarted phone, re-inserted sim, but still nothing 

I upgraded my plan and phone yesterday. The upgrade included Samsung ear pods and £100 cashback. I have not received an email or any details of what or how to claim either of these.

I see there is a 90 day waiting period for adding a new contract.  It’s a little frustrating as i was hoping to move my family mobiles over.Is it just for a  second phone contract?  Can i still get two new sims form iD and move them over from my current provider or do i have to wait for that too? 

I have joined Idmobile from another provider. I have received email to say that activation has taken place but I have no network. I went to app and they said I would receive a text but nothing has come. I've tried many times and followed various solutions but nothing has worked. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Is there anything I can do? 

I'm a little confused... It is time for to upgrade and in the id mobile app I'm shown a SIM free option, 24 month contract, United calls and texts and 63gb of data per month. £4.50 for the first 6 months and then £9 per month after that. Sounds great! So I click "upgrade now" thinking that would be great. I get taken to the site, ready to upgrade. But, this offer isn't there! I speak to live chat (that's a separate niggle but I digress) who eventually tell me that the offer is no longer available. But it was, and still is, on the app for me. How can this be? And how do I get the offer? I'd love to upgrade and commit to the 24 month contract as I've had no problems while I've been here but instead I was offered a SIM only deal in not interested in and it's nearly double the cost. How can something be there and not there?

I cannot get text messaging to work on my ID number. ID chat cannot help. Therefore would this be good grounds to expunge contract without penalty ?

I'm seeing repeated no service in my house. If I leave the house it comes back. This has been happening for a few days now. Since the 3 network change.

Hi I have my mobile number I have had for years and have the £10 SIM card deal with this number on it but now I have signed a contract for a new phone and it’s £30 per month but has a new number. Both with ID mobile. So what I’m asking how to I switch my phone number from the £10 sim to the contract so I can cancel my £10 sim and run only with my contract. lol hope that makes sense. 🙏

Right first time is the way things should be. But this concept is foreign for ID Mobile.I changed to a plan with more data.  Depsite playing the new rate, which was higher, I received the same data.  I spoke with 2 agents, 2 fridays in a row trying to expalin that, but neither of them are getting it. On the 3rd Friday I am told “  I request proof of data 2 both times, but I never received anything.  Very fe words can describe how dissatisfied I am with ID mobile and their Chat service. I feel like I am chatting with AI, not a person So when you change your plan… Brace for the opposite of a smooth transition.

I have been charged for calls made via Microsoft Teams whilst on holiday in Mauritius. My phone had roaming deactivated and I made the call whilst attached to Wi-Fi so I don't understand why I have been charged as if it was a regular telephone call. Why is making a call via MS Teams not the same as making a call via WhatsApp?How can I avoid future charges when using Teams?

Recently changed contract with ID to SIM only and couldn't see where to change the direct debit amount. The previous contract amount has just been taken from my bank.

How do I get my PAC code if my find won’t send or receive text, even tried it in other phones. i have been on chat for over an hour and Nonceba has literally asked me 3 times with the same message to confirm my phone number and then says the only way for me to get it is through text messages and has stopped replying. the website keeps giving me an error message.

My pac code was meant to transfer number today but has not happened. What should I do? 

Hello,I wanted to purchase 1 x 6GB - 1 month add-on for £10. When trying to purchase it on the app, it gave me an error message saying "Oops... something went wrong. Please try again.". I checked my Home screen and the data remaining still showed what I previously had, so the purchase of additional 6GB clearly hadn't gone through. I therefore tried a couple more times, but kept getting the same error message. I thought maybe it wasn't working because it was on the app, so I went online on the website to try purchasing it on the website instead. To my horror, the home screen through the website showed that I had an extra 18GB of data on top of what I previously had. I don't need 18GB of extra data and I certainly did not intend to purchase 3 x 6GB - 1 month add-on, it was only because of the error message saying try again that made me click it two more times than I wanted. Just so you know the home screen on the app still shows the balance without the additio

Be careful I had a phone number ring me to say they were from three and said the last 3 dig of my ID Phone Number and they said that my sim was going to be blocked because of a system update or something and that I needed to give them my email and address for a new SIM card to be delivered so I ended the call straight away and contacted ID on live chat and the person I messaged said it was a scam so be careful of  the scam this is the phone number 020 4646 8132 of the scammer

I have been using my new sim and old number for a week now but my provider called me today and registered my number. Just after the call I now have no service at all

Can I continue using ID mobile if I move to Guernsey? 

I’ve had my personal details stolen during this transaction and it’s been a nightmare. All my accounts now frozen, cards maxed out and new credit cards taken out in my name. Someone ghosted my number and requested an eSIM on the app which I hadn’t even downloaded. I have tried to end the sim contract but have received no details of this. I’m only on day 8 so well within the 14 day cooling period. I did receive a text saying if I use my number with another provider after requesting a PAC I would be charged £95. I had no other choice to remove the sim from my phone due to all the illegal activity still going on. ID mobile have done nothing to help the situation 

I tried upgrading my phone and completed the contract stuff etc. theres a pending upfront cost from my bank app but because of the cloudlare stuff i dont know if my upgrade actually went through. What if ID charge me but havent actually upgraded me

I put in for an extra connection last night but didn’t receive any email or anything but it came up with we’re processing your order and iv had no update does anyone know why or what I can do please?

I recently joined ID because of the data available when travelling in Europe. However, I struggle to find where in the app I can tell how much I’ve used. Can anyone help with where I’d find this so I don’t overuse my allowance in any given billing month? Thank you. 

I have had no phone delivered, 3 konths have gone by. DPD state it was delivered, ID mobile state its down to DPD.Im.paying for a phone I havent even got!! ID have not replied to my email from months ago and have not bothered to chase it up, help ne at all.
