Moved to Id mobile last week, I can send texts and use 5G but I just noticed today when went to make a normal call that calls won’t go through and when someone phones me it doesn’t go through, texts go through but calls don’t - I can’t make or recieving themplease can someone help me 

Am trying to call a 0800 number and it will not allow the call. Please help urgently 

I made a bit of a mistake last Friday and it's turning in to a nightmare.Basically I needed a replacement SIM to chuck in my spare android phone.Picked up the SIM, logged in to my account and used the activate replacement SIM function. After doing that I realised I had done it against the wrong profile - my daughter's number.Stoooopidly I just changed profile to my number and then did the activate replacement SIM again. Within seconds both phones were dead. Daughter was not best pleased. Never fear, there's a Currys up the road, so I popped out and picked up 2 new Sims and did the activate replacement SIM against each number in the app.But.... Whilst we both have mobile data and texts, neither of us can make or receive phone calls.Another 2 replacement SIM picked up and registered using the chat function so they could register each of them for me. Exactly the same issueNext day back to Currys and the chap advised putting a block

Hi i’m just wondering how i can keep my old id phone number after an upgrade 

I bought a roaming pack to Morocco before leaving UK. I received a text saying it’s activated, and my ID Mobile account shows the pack as active. I turned on data roaming in my iPhone settings and also in the ID app. when I arrived in Marrakech, I switched on the phone and soon received a text warning me that I’m connecting to the Morocco network and that I will be charged unless I’ve bought a roaming pack. However I don’t get any connection on phone, sms or data networks. I’ve tried all the suggestions including iPhone network reset. Nothing works. I can connect via WiFi and that’s what I’m using now to write this. Help please !

Ok so the time has come for my son to pay for his own contract phone at present it is under my name but he would like to open a new account in his name but also keep his number how can I achieve this?

i don’t remeber the details of my account such as the date of birth i’ve used but i need to change the billing to a different bank account how do i do this

I currently have a sim only deal with ID Mobile but am looking to change my phone - none of the ID mobile upgrade options interest me, but i have found a deal with car phone warehouse. The network provider for this deal is ID mobile, but I can’t use a PAC code to retain my existing number in this instance.How do I facilitate this going forward?

I have returned the handset when will I get a final bill for 2 days I used it 

New phones & contract on ID received Christmas Eve. All seemed good until this week where the signal keeps dropping. 2 phones exactly the same both on ID one has signal the other doesn't?Also when connected to Bluetooth in car, it comes up Vodafone, ID, EE no signal.Even when there is 3 bars of signal you try to call out & it goes to call then cuts off immediately?Any ideas??Many thanks Cupcakes

Why my old number still has not switched to id mobile

Just signed up with ID last week but cannot get a phone signal (data seems ok). Live in Didcot, OX116AR, so not rural. I used eSIM and now have a primary and personal number….wondering if there’s an issue here? 

my phone number was switched yesterday and is showing it has been activated I have had the email from ID that says it is complete but I still have no network so am unable to make calls or text .it is not picking up id network at all even when I do an automatic network selection. I have restarted the phone but still nothing? I know that ID piggybacks off 3 and I’m moving from 3 so thought it would be an easy switch ?when I go to the ID app it says we have sent you a txt but you f course I can’t receive them so I am stuck .I did get the email telling me when they will start debiting my account though . Would be nice to get an email telling me what to do to actually start using my mobile !

Received this….  Network Provider  Voicemail  then a call button.  This voicemail message cannot be deleted  delete. My “ real voicemail” msgs says I do not have a voicemails.  The red  button  will not delete.Any advice, help  I would be very grateful.

Purchased my Samsung s24 ultra 3 weeks ago with the chrome book and buds as part of the deal. Had the buds but unsure how to claim for the chromebook. Any suggestions welcome.

I purchased a Pixel 8a on the 10th December through the website Mobile with your company. It said this included a £100 Currys voucher.  However, I have not yet received it, will this be in February or up till Jan 27th? Could you please let me know how and when I can expect to receive the voucher as I haven't had anything about it? 

I want to see how i spent money on my phone in past 2 weeks..where can I find a breakdown of my charges over the past 10 days or so? 

My SIM only plan is due an upgrade on 22nd of February but would like to upgrade early to a new contract with an iPhone , I can't see anyway if doing this, no phone number to call, no email to email , live chat is a waste of time. I am inclined to let this plan run it's course and cancel it in February and get a new deal with the phone somewhere else but don't really want to if I'm honest as I've not had any issues with ID mobile other trying to get to actually speak to someone..

I have been trying to get a refund for this since October. I returned the phone following all instructions however the refund amount has never been credited to my bank account. The only money I received was £18.76 as cashback on the latest monthly charge. I paid £239 (£10 off promotion so actual fee was £249). I have contacted ID mobile agents 5+ times about this. Responses range from ‘I can see you have £249 credit and will contact the finance department to get this resolved’ to ‘This was processed on the 24th October’. It doesn’t matter how many times I talk to an ID mobile agent, the issue is never resolved. No figure of money was sent to me on the 24th October or anytime afterwards so it feels like borderline gaslighting. I believe what is happening is they ‘think’ they have processed the refund, so whenever the request goes to finance to refund me, they block it. They need to investigate further to see they have never refunded me. I am just lost for what to

So I sent my old phone for trade in, in the email it said 3-5 working days to process, I’ve now been told there’s a backlog and they have no idea how long it’s going to take, anyone traded in recently and know how long it takes? Thanks. 

Hello, as some of you have already posted about this topic, you may be able to help. My contract was finished on 16/01/2025 so a few days ago. I paid my final bill despite making an extra payment in December. And I have yet another bill to pay despite the contract and account being finished. Do they have staff to look into this before they have around £100 extra out of me? Thank you in advance 

I’m looking at upgrading to the Pixel 9 Pro, which has an offer to get an additional £200 value when you trade-in an old phone. This offer runs from 14/08/24 - 05/09/24, but the pre-order date for the Pixel 9 Pro is 18/9/24. Does this mean I would have to trade in my current handset before I get the new one in order to get the trade-in offer? Thanks for your help!  

Hello, I currently am on a 24 month contract, due for an upgrade on 25/10/2025. My plan is for an iPhone 13 and has a data allowance of 10GB per month. However recently I have been using data add ons each month due to me exceeding the 10GB Usage.  I’m thinking of changing plan to a 25GB a month plan that I see as an ‘available plan’ when I log in to my account. If I activate this new plan, am I still eligible for an upgrade on 25/10/2025?  thanks
