Can I continue using ID mobile if I move to Guernsey? 

I’ve had my personal details stolen during this transaction and it’s been a nightmare. All my accounts now frozen, cards maxed out and new credit cards taken out in my name. Someone ghosted my number and requested an eSIM on the app which I hadn’t even downloaded. I have tried to end the sim contract but have received no details of this. I’m only on day 8 so well within the 14 day cooling period. I did receive a text saying if I use my number with another provider after requesting a PAC I would be charged £95. I had no other choice to remove the sim from my phone due to all the illegal activity still going on. ID mobile have done nothing to help the situation 

I tried upgrading my phone and completed the contract stuff etc. theres a pending upfront cost from my bank app but because of the cloudlare stuff i dont know if my upgrade actually went through. What if ID charge me but havent actually upgraded me

I put in for an extra connection last night but didn’t receive any email or anything but it came up with we’re processing your order and iv had no update does anyone know why or what I can do please?

I recently joined ID because of the data available when travelling in Europe. However, I struggle to find where in the app I can tell how much I’ve used. Can anyone help with where I’d find this so I don’t overuse my allowance in any given billing month? Thank you. 

I have had no phone delivered, 3 konths have gone by. DPD state it was delivered, ID mobile state its down to DPD.Im.paying for a phone I havent even got!! ID have not replied to my email from months ago and have not bothered to chase it up, help ne at all. 

Hi! I placed an order/upgrade on 10th Nov. Besides the original email with an order reference number I have had no futher contact, nor a new handset.  In the upgrade email it also stated that new allowances will be available within 24h. This has not happened either. Can someone please get in contact with me to confirm the order and to inform when should I expect the new handset.Thanks!

I understand that when switching to a new phone and wishing to transfer my Esim I have to request a new QR code from ID. Is it necessary to delete the old  Esim on the old phone Before installing the Esim from the QR code on the new phone? Or can this be done after the new Esim is activated?

Hi, I need help with my upgrade delivery. DPD tracking number: 1550 0699 819 834 DDelivery was due on Friday 7th, but tracking has completely stopped updating. DPD told me only the sender (iD Mobile) can open a lost-in-transit investigation.I have spoken on the phone to customer services, and they confirmed they added notes on my account, but advised that this must be raised through live chat. I have tried live chat many times and it will not connect me to an agent, so I cannot progress this any further. Please can an iD Staff Member raise the DPD lost-in-transit investigation and arrange for a replacement handset to be sent as soon as possible? Thank you.”

I’m just coming to the end of my 2 year contract. Only a few days left. So I’ve just bought a monthly plan eSIM. How do I transfer my number from the previous contract to the new eSIM plan? (Both on ID mobile) also need to cancel the 2 year contract.

I bought a phone from you two years ago and when I took it into the shop they told me they don't lock phones but apparently you locked my I got the nothing 2 So if I was to unlock the phone could I just take it into Currys now that my contract is at an end?

I received a faulty SIM - but by the time I’d figured out it was faulty, I had already started the number porting process. Now I’ve requested a PAC code to be sent to me email (as I can’t use the SIM and therefore can’t receive texts), but the live chat team are unable to help. I’ve sent them my passport and everything. I ended up getting a repeated email saying I couldn’t be given a PAC code because I had already requested one, which I have never done. I desperately need my phone number now for work and iD are so far completely failing to meet their consumer rights obligations. Please could someone help me figure out how to get this PAC code?

I can’t get into my id app. I’ve had to set up a new account as my previous one with password wasn’t recognised.  

Why is it cheaper to start new contract than upgrade. £6 difference in price monthly and as a loyal customer why are we paying more  to upgradeAny advice or is it time to leave 

So Yesterday (18/11) I spoke to sales team, and found a upgrade deal and device. I Selected, my colour and plan etc and was then told to Choose White as this would guarantee delivery today (19/11) - I did and this was before 20:00. I contact teams via the online chat thing today, to get ETA and was advised phone is out of stock and wait till 28/11 and situation is out of there hands.  1) why sold me a lie, 2) if indeed sold out, why still available to purchase on site, and 3) Does 28/11 mean by then or will get it then? 

I received my new phone started set up but have not received a QR code for my esim so my pho e is useless. Id mobike says thr fault is with Mobile.com and they say id mobile. Nobody wants to tske responsibilty and im being fobbed off by both companies. Phone remains without connectivity.

First you get the Bots, but then Live agents also appear like bots, sort of generic responses. 

I joined iD Mobile recently, but I’m still within my 14-day cooling-off period and have decided to leave. My SIM was activated on 10 October, and I’ve already started the number-porting process to another network.I’ve been trying to reach someone on live chat all day, but it keeps saying no one is available. My plan was £8 a month, but I’ve received a message saying my estimated final bill will be £13.52, which apparently includes line rental. I just wanted to check — if I’m cancelling within the cooling-off period and only used the service for a few days, should line rental still apply, or will that be adjusted once the account is closed?I’d be grateful if someone could confirm that the cancellation will go through once the number ports out, and whether I’ll only be charged for the days I’ve used.

I have not been out of the country so I want to check if I'd thinks I am roaming and are charging me (I have turned off roaming on my device). There seems to be no way to contact ID for this help.

Please send me my PAC code. I have spent 6 hours of live chat which has been incredibly unhelpful. Three attempts have now been made to send me my PAC code to my email address and an alternative email address was also tried. I have checked both junk folders and there is no PAC code there. I am going on holiday in a few days and need my PAC code as a matter of urgency. Please note i do not have a physical sim card. The esim plan was taken out on a phone that was not compatible with an esim. This plan has been cancelled however my phone number switched across to ID mobile today despite multiple attempts to cancel the PAC request yesterday which was unsuccessful. I need my number back so i can port it to a pay as you go sim card with another network which i have. Please help resolve this ASAP

I’m currently in the process of switching my family (3 of us) from Lebara to ID Mobile, we’re retaining our existing numbers using PAC. 1 SIM number is planned to change over Monday, the other 2 SIM numbers change  over on Tuesday.I received the SIMs today, is there anyway of correlating the new ID mobile SIMs with the old Lebara numbers?  There’s nothing in the email chain that tells me which SIM is which.(ID mobile plans were purchased via mobiles.co.uk). Another issue I have is that ID Mobile emailed me a ‘Let’s Get Started’ email for only 2 of the 3 SIMs, these emails includes the new mobile phone number, and a ‘Customer service PIN’. Does it matter that I don’t have Customer service PIN for the 3rd SIM? Thanks!

Got a message to say I’ve reached my cap limit. I increased the limit. But now I can’t seem to make any calls on my phone. Help!

When I signed up to sim only deal it stated £30 cashback still awaiting and don’t know how to contact Id mobile direct how do I claim it 

On the page explaining how to raise a complaint https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/complaints-procedure it says you need to “Click on the button below and fill out a simple form”The button does not existIt’s almost like ID don’t want to know when things go wrong...

I cannot download my latest bill. This has been happening every month. I've tried online using various browsers and on the app. Previous month's can be downloaded but not the current bill. I need to download this URGENTLY, so please fix this ASAP, email me the latest bill as an attachment, and ensure it doesn't happen again. It is a regular monthly issue with the most recent bill and needs to be resolved once and for all.
