Data is not working in France. I can make phone calls and send text messages but I’m unable to use data. Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?

I transfered my phone number to ID mobile and I cannot receive one time pass codes. I have contacted ID mobile and they raised the issue with their technical team, but from the comments I saw is a very common problem that in most of the cases is not solved. I really don't know what to do because I contacted them on Thursday and still they haven't contact me.

HiI recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned.I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse.However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit.Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done.Thank you,Muhammad

I can only make WhatsApp calls since switching. It looks as though no primary number is added to my phone  - could this be the problem? How do i resolve please?

Hi I transferred my old Lyca mobile number to new id plan account. I had a message saying transfer has been completed. But when I make outgoing calls and when I receive incoming calls my old number does work fine with no issues. But when I sms message someone it shows new ID number and not my old number. What can I do??

How do I use WiFi calling on my ID Mobile Pixel 7? The cellular signal is awful in my house.I bought a Pixel 7 from ID Mobile, have selected WiFi calling in the settings, but no calls are made via WiFi.The Pixel 7 does not appear in the supported WiFi calling phones supported list on the ID mobile self help section.Searching the internet and this forum suggest that ID mobile need to specifically whitelist the pixel 7 for WiFi calling on their own systems. 

My daughter is going abroad to Australia and travelling maybe to Thailand does ID cover this area? Is there any extra charge going for 120 days

I’ve got a Samsung Galaxy S24 and voicemail is switched on and when I check my id account, voicemail is switched on but doesn’t work.Voicemail did work fine on my previous S22 with id mobile account so why isn’t it working now?Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Trying to switch to ID from sky as prices are much better and free roaming but i want to buy two sim only as we have paid off devices and will hand them down to the kids and buy two new devices for the wife and I. all items can be added to the basket but then it will not let me check out as i have too many pay monthly items?  I'm using the blagged codes from MSE would this make a difference?

Hi,Yesterday I received the £100 currys voucher as part of the Google Pixel 8a offer back in October.I went online tonight to order a Nintendo Switch as our son wants this for Christmas, as you can imagine having a £100 voucher as part payment is a big financial help to us this year as money is tight.I added the switch to the basket and went to the payment page, added the voucher which was accepted. I entered the correct card details and tried to pay but the website said payment couldn’t be taken and to try again. I did so a couple more times but the same error appeared.I emptied the basket, closed the browser and tried again. When entering the voucher codes again it now shows ‘insufficient funds’ and the voucher amount has been redeemed so now stands at £0! :(I am so upset, has anyone else experienced this? Can someone please help? We have no order processed so why has the voucher amount been used?Many thanks.

Hello, I currently have a UK mobile number with another provider on a physical SIM, but I am abroad for a few months, and it has stopped working. I am considering transferring my number to your service so I can generate an eSIM, as the current provider does not support this. Before proceeding, I need to confirm: will I be able to activate the eSIM from abroad, or does activation require being in the UK? I'm fuming i had an account which was in my name and email  it was a sim for my husband a  few months ago my husband left on negative terms I stopped paying for his sim tried to contact you numerous times you then sent my payments off to a debt collection company for £14.00 which was pathetic in my views i then spoke to a lady from Id mobile who sorted it all out even refunded me my 14.00 but then as I had a missed payment on my credit file she assured me that this would be amended well I'm still waiting as my missed payment that I didn't miss is still showing on my credit file negative i waited 6 years to get a credit file as I myself had an Iva and I've got a lovely credit file apart from you so I would appreciate you doing what the lady told me she was doing and take that missed payment off my file ASAP thabks

This issue isn't about me ,it's about my mum becuse she owns a ID mobile simcard but she's out of the country that's why she hadn't paid her mobile bill yet so I don't know what to do for her, can you give advice ?

HiI've been unable to access live chat to resolve this issue of registering my PAC so that I can keep my old number.I did not provide any PAC at the time of transaction. I requested for the swap over to be on the 20th of this month so this might be a reason for the issue message when I tried today to register my PAC. The only reason why I tried again to register my PAC is because I have not received any confirmation email or text and today has been my first chance to actually download the app, update my account details , ect.Basically I do not wish to lose my existing number and I don't know whether the PAC swap is in process because there has been no response from ID Mobile to confirm this will happen on 20th Dec as requested.Thanks.
