This is infuriating!!!  I used to be able to log into my account and now you have locked me out but still happy to take my money!!!!!!

Hi, does anyone know why I get this message when trying to log into the app? 

Here is are the problems - Brought new cellar iPad Air (doesn’t have physical sim slot only eSim)Purchased new SIM Only service from ID - This is delivered by way of email with a barcode to load the eSimInstalled eSim on to iPad using issued barcode (all automated config loaded)I have cellular service (data is active and working) but can not make or receive calls or Texts (which is the more important bit here) PROBEM NUMBER 1 - I need to be able to receive texts from this service on this device!!I have tried to add the number to my apple ID but this requires a OTP which I can’t receive as the device doesn’t seem to have enabled this - HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS??PROBLEM NUMBER 2I have logged onto ID website to register my account, In order to to fully activate I need to enter my Mobile number - (have done this)

I was paying for my sons ID Mobile phone by direct debit. He left home for university 2 years ago and has since replaced his phone with a new one that he pays for himself. I recently noticed that Im still paying the monthly tariff so obviously i want to discontinue.I cant cancel the contract on line as once i have entered the old number, a text is sent to that phone, which is no longer in use.So i cancelled the Direct Debit but today received a final warning telling me to pay up (or else)There doesn't seem to be any phone numbers that i can speak to someone about this.HOW do I legitimately cancel this phone please? The contract shouldve rtun out over 12 months ago.

Hiya me again, I not long made a post but if you had read it you’d know that I’m totally new to contracts.So I have an eSim contract with iD, of course which is why I’m posting here aha. But I still have my old sim card in which is set as my secondary number as I want to use my old number for my home business to put on social media.Anyway, I got a call earlier and I’m used to some usual spam calls. Now I’m not sure if it’s the same on android phones, but when you have two sims on iPhone, you have this little symbol next to the name/number calling you which is P for primary and S for secondary… Anyway, upon checking this spam call came through on my primary number?What makes this odd is, I haven’t given this number out to no one, not even family yet as I’ve been carrying on using my secondary (old main) number as I have a monthly package on there that is unlimited and I don’t want to waste. I haven’t even used my new number on any sites either yet

Is it possible to check app usage on a date about 3 weeks ago on my iphone 12 mini. Unfortunately the screen time function was not activated at the time so cant check it using that Is there another way? Thanks 

I switched my DD incorrectly, have now paid my overdue account, but cant now call anyone all calls go to id helpline.

Hi Wonder if anyone can help, while trying to switch my number over to ID from Three i get the following..Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch. This could lead to switching failure or a loss of services, please request a new PAC code from your old network. My PAC from three expires 15/12/2024, I have been on live chat and they refuse to extend it making me request a new on when this one expires!Can anyone help with this

I'm new to Id Mobile but was recommended by my son in law. Unfortunately I am finding that the download speed is dreadful, max 7mbps whereas I was getting over 20 with Lebara and Giffgaff, and over 40 with Lyca.  I first had the SIM in a Motorola G22 but now am using a new Poco  C65. Same result. Mastdata says I'm in a strong signal area. In fact the mast carrying 3 is about a mile away with direct line of sight. Does anyone expect things will ever improve, especially if 3 use Vodafone network in future? I'm fortunate that I'm on a rolling monthly contract so might well leave but it's a shame that I didn't realise my son in law doesn't bother with data except for social media apps. Would a new SIM help? Any ideas?

Can anyone help me please?  I recently moved from O2 to ID and I can receive calls from most of my family but when my wife or son try to call me it just goes straight to my ID voicemail and then I get a text message to say I have a missed call.  However, when it goes to voicemail the message my wife receives when she is trying to call me says welcome to the O2 voicemail messaging service. Is this a problem for ID mobile when it has not transferred everything over or is it something on mine or their phones.  All numbers are +44 and the Volte is turned on. Any help appreciated.ThanksBarry

hi i upgraded my sons phone to a google pixle 8e it was ment to come with a set of ear buds and hasnt who and how can i find out whats happened here ? thanks  alex 

I have noticed that the charge period on my “next bill so far” is the same date range as the “invoicing period” on my previous bill. Surely this can’t be correct? Next bill and previous bill have the same date range, which one is correct? 

I’ve just joined ID mobile but have not been asked for my PAC code and have been given a new ID mobile number - this isn’t what I signed up for!

I applied for a SIM for my phone, then 2 weeks later applied for another one for my wife, but I've only received one £30 gift card!I've emailed the company dealing with the gift cards but getting nowhere, any ideas?

I am currently on a pay monthly phone contract which is ending in less than 3 months and I am planning to switch to a SIM only plan when it ends. My contract is in a family member’s name at the moment is there a way to transfer it to my name?

I have searched the forum, and acted on advice with no success. I used a PAC to change number. When I text the original number ( the number I don't want) shows, when I call it's fine. My phone receives calls fine. I have tried resetting. How do I talk to ID mobile about this ? When it happened to my daughter ( Vodafone) she has to be sent a new SIM card out.  

I have just changed my plan as an upgrade with ID Mobile, but ID Mobile have provided a new number. I want to keep my existing number and I need to make sure the old contract is terminated as well.Does anyone know what I will need to do? Thanks.

Just got back from Spain and I am unable to make a call to any of my contacts, even my wife who was with me, when making a call it says number not assigned?  But all work in the UK, date roaming is on even tried +34 or +44 the only way I can ring my wife is if she rings me then I can call her by using recent calls? And she is on id, same phone same settings and she can make call? 🤷‍♂️   

Hi, my husband has taken out a contract for the wrong phone for my daughters christmas present. I only opened it and realised it was the wrong one 2 days ago so it is over the 14 days grace period. Would anyone know roughly what I'd need to pay to cancel if there is 23 months left? The live chat was no help and the app won't work because we haven't activated the sim. Thanks in advance
