Hi do the sim only have WiFi calling included 

I changed over from EE to a new ID Mobile account with e-sim.  all went well for first day or two until the actual porting date. Was receiving calls and texts on the number I ported over from EE. Now, suddenly, there is no ID Mobile signal to be had on my new iPhone. I see other people have recently reported this problem and have struggled to find a solution.  tried all the usual things like turning phone off and on etc.

I have followed all the steps advised following switch off of 3G to check status of phone etc & its taken hours, however am still unable to make or receive any calls. I have internet & messaging. Has anyone found a further fix? I am looking for a chatbot, but no luck so far

Hi I'm looking at adding another phone for my partner to my contract is this something someone can help me with please? 

I’ve just joined iD Mobile, and have 3 SIMs to cover me and my family.My house is in a radio dead spot - We don’t get a signal from any mobile provider. For this reason, we’ve previously used VoWifi when calling from home. This has worked perfectly for all of us using both Three and Lebara (Vodafone) SIMS. Bizarre thing is, that with iD Mobile,  my wife’s phone (Motorola G73) and son’s phone (Redmi Note 11) work fine with VoWifi, but mine doesn’t. 😫I’ve tried resetting the Network, and have prioritised VoWiFi over mobile network.  My phone is an (now this is a mouthful)  IIIF150  Raptor, running Android 13.To see if my SIM Is dodgy I swapped with my wife’s and then my son’s SIMs into my phone - these also don’t switch to VoWiFi in my phone.My phone is dual SIM and when I fit my iD contract SIM to one slot, and Three a paygo SIM to the other slot then the the Three SIM  happily works on VoWifi  but the iD module doesn’t.

I will be late paying my bill this month. As I have not been paid. Can I have an extra couple of days or can it be on next months 

I am trying to transfer my number from previous network. I have the PAC No and transaction No however when I enter the information I receive the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”. I have checked and the information is correct. What can I do to resolve the issue?

So I was late on paying, but I have just paid it and nothing is working no data?? So they just took my money and not able to use my phone? 

I have my phone which is a Samsung A14I think..I can upgrade it in June if I want to or alternatively wait until my 2 year contract is up in August 2025..Since the summer it only charges to 80%..And now it takes all day to charge...I bought a new charger but it's still the same…I can't afford to buy myself out of this existing contract. I don't know what else I can do...this phone won't last until June...

I don’t have a capped limit and have unlimited calls and texts. My reoccuring bundle is paid and up to date. I am only calling UK local numbers. Please help

My family has a number of iphone 11’s on iD SIM only deals, and 2 on contract. Will they all stop working at the end of 2024, or just move seamlessly onto 4G? Do I have to upgrade the phone or the SIMs, or neither? Thanks

Took out a new contract this week and got a PAC number. When I try enter it to switch it says it has issues. The phone is arriving on Tuesday. Do I have to wait for the phone before I can switch? 

Hi!I've ordered an ID mobile sim card and I am trying to use my PAC code from my former mobile network to keep my number but it doesn't work. I can't find any 'transaction number' anywhere. The only number I have is my ID order number and when I try to use it on the form to keep my phone number it says "an error has occurred". What am I doing wrong? Thank you!Stephanie 

I am unable to login to my ID  mobile app as it says information is not correct . My all payment is completed and now I want to switch  my plan. Can you please guide what are the ways as I tried live chat option but its not working.

To whom it may concern: Hi, nice day. This letter is in response to a recent transaction. I received two charges of £33.04 on my monthly contract yesterday. Initially, it claimed that the payment failed, so I tried again. When I checked my balance, I noticed that two payments had gone through, and the ID mobile app showed that two payments were made successfully on the same day. Please grant me my return for the second payment. 

I expected to be able to have two numbers and switch between the two. It was one of the things that attracted me to ID. But how do I make it work? I wanted to keep my old EE number so got a PAC. But still no two numbers. Thoughts??

I recently got a new iphone 13 which was in a bundle that comes with a switch to ID with 500gb data monthly, I transferred my old phone onto my new one, which transferred everything, including my old contract with three. I chose to keep my old number and gave ID my PAC code and was told that the transfer would happen on friday on its own. On friday my plan with three did end, but I was not and still have not been changed over to ID even though they said that I have now been linked to their E-Sim. I have no data and my phone says I have no service and i dont know what to do to change over to ID as it says it should have happened automatically by them. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have been left unable to contact anyone unless I am connected to wifi, which I cant do outside as I have no data. Thanks.

I am an existing (second contract) ID Mobile customer.My wife and eldest daughter also joined recently (on my recommendation).I decided to also move my youngest daughter (14) to ID and ordered her a SIM during the Black Friday sale.This order was subsequently cancelled as I apparently failed an ‘internal security check’!The algorithm for this is clearly flawed as this was a genuine purchase from an existing customer.Needless to say, none of us will be renewing our contracts when they expire. 

I’ve chosen a phone for my upgrade last week and completed everything on the app and it said everything has gone through yet I still have yet to receive my confirmation email or anything. I figured this was because the phone was on pre order?  The upgrade I chose was a Black Friday deal to the google pixel 9pro at £36.99 a month and upfront cost of £9 of that helps.
