Sim card not registering after being fine over the weekend, tried everything and still nothing, samsung a26 5g, physical sim new contract phone which was recieved friday 30th jan 26

According to the app my contract doesn’t end until the 27th of this month.Before I only had phone upgrades available but now Sim Only upgrades are showing too.I’m slightly confused as I thought the Sim Only upgrades didn’t appear until after my contract ended.Is it OK to take one of these Sim Only upgrades before my contract end date without there being any penalty? 

I have had no coverage in my home for two months on my phone or my wives. Leaving ID mobile seems impossible to get any customer services 

I have requested help with this before and had no resolution, I don’t have signal in my home , I get 1 bar at the most 

Hi thereI haven’t been receiving my bills to the email address that my account states the bills are supposed to be sent to.So I logged into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ through Chrome browser and I couldn’t find the bills anywhere.This guide: ...states it should be as simple as Login > Bills, but there is no such link after log in. I clicked around all over the place and couldn’t find them.I don’t have the phone app and I don’t want it. Please can anyone tell me if they have a solution to find the bills through the web browser?Thanks a lot!Neil

Why is my bill higher than it should be. I should pay £42.99 a month but I have been charged £66.83 in February 

I have been receiving 2 emails a month saying ‘Your monthly bill is ready.’ the first bill (the correct one) is £18 and is processed on the 17th of each month. The second email comes 4 days after and is £17, saying it will be processed on the 21st. The second transaction isn't showing on my ID app but I have been making double payments since October. One is listed as ID Mobile and ID mobile limited.How do I cancel one of these payments? its not giving me the option to cancel either of them. And how can I look into getting my money refunded before I contact my bank?

Its not the first time ive had issues with not recieving calls/text messages. checked account all ok. status checker says issues in area but been without use for 1 week. seriously thinking of changing supplier

Moved to ID 3 months ago, previously with Vodafone. I can wifi call on all wifi except one of my work wifis where I need to make calls. I get a fair signal at home usually 3 to 4 bars indicated out of 4. I am in a good signal area according to the website yet my data speed is so poor as to be unusable, yet when at work I get a poor signal 1-2 bars but a usable 10mb data speed Why?

Hello,  I am trying to add two new sim cards to my account. I have purchased two PAYG sims, but can’t work out the process for adding them to me account. I can see that I can add an account, but it requires a mobile number to be added, which hasn’t been supplied. I only have the sim card number. I’m very confused by the process, can someone please help.

Dear iD Mobile Team, Iv been on ID for a nearly a year. However, since December 2025, I have been facing issues with your network. Due to frequent minor fixes I would overlook the part where I keep a record or report the issue. Now, It has finally reached a serious point I am unable to maintain my health and safety.   Extremely poor signal at home and constantly on 2 bars. Most of my incoming calls go to voicemail. Medical professionals/ work colleagues/ Banking security team; are unable to reach me and maintain my health & safety. I have hundreds of missed call messages, and some even come days later. I searched for a mobile number that called me and sent two WhatsApp messages and I’ve been charged £45 whilst in Switzerland. Can I see my visage to show what I’ve actually been charged for as I only had my roaming on for a few moments?

I have transferred to ID mobile - the Pac number worked but i have another number attached to it from before it got switched over which is the temporary number ID provided until the switch. Its  not allowing me to remove or delete this number SO I have 2 numbers. i cant make any outgoing calls and it keeps trying to use the temporary number. how do i remove this temporary number so its all on my one number ?

I am based in North Walsham and miss numerous calls.  I try to call my wife who is on the same network and her phone hardly works. She has missed calls from our doctor as it just doesn’t ring. The network is absolutely terrible and unreliable, meaning, I have no faith in my phone. How do I terminate our contracts on the basis that they are not fit for purpose. If I try and call from home NR28 0HB, on occasions, I have to turn WIFI off to get it to work. Totally unacceptable. Looking forward to help please.

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the live chat and customer support at ID. Its three weeks and counting and still no invoice REQUIRED by Samsung as part of the cashback offer. I’ve contacted ID three times now and first told would receive within 14 days, when not received it would be sent directly, still NOTHING!! Seems you advertise terms which cannot be accessed…..

I don’t understand when my plan amount is £7.00 per month, why for my second month the aount is £8.20 due for collection on February 10th. I see the March amount has reverted to £7.00?

HiThe network coverage in the village of Crumlin, Co Antrim is really bad. Thankfully I don’t actually live in the village, but both my wife and I are aware that we will bf out of reach when we go to Tesco or the barber/hairdresser im the village.i believe iDMobile runs on the Three network. Think the company needs to give Three a shake to get a mast or two in Crumlin.
