It has been 12 days since my purchase but I still don’t have an email with a redemption link for AppleTV. When can I expect my link?

Hi everyone,Both myself and my wife joined ID recently. I moved over to my ‘old’ mobile with eas but my wife has tried twice without success. She was informed it would happen on 26th July so tried again last Friday and was told it was move today(30th July) Still nothing.RegardsJohnny

cannot send SMS messages, access Google maps and using data is very hit and miss.  I have tried all the troubleshooting steps where I manually change the number the message is sent from (the correct one is selected)I have reset the networkI have been resent a new SIM card.ordered the iPhone 15 on the 29/11/24 through the car phone warehouse website.I have contacted ID mobile through their website chat, Facebook chat & rang customer complaints who have logged a job.I can receive SMS messages, I can send/receive iMessages.I cannot send SMS texts and I cannot use 5G data or google maps at any time. Accessing apps when not on WiFi is sporadic.Please sort this out ID mobile. I have been to Currys where I collected my phone from and I am still no further forward. Currently my service is just not fit for purpose.

My daughter has bought a new 1 month bundle today (December 31st), but it says the bundle will expire on 16th Jan. Any idea why?Thanks, 

Hi, I've recently moved to IDMobile from Giffgaff. However, now my signal coverage at home is very poor and callers constantly say I'm breaking up when talking.This is rather frustrating, is there a way to fix this?My postcode is LS18 4AW Thanks, Tom

I want to switch my daughter from o2 to ID and add her to my account t as she’s 15. How do I do this and allow her to keep her old mobile number?

Lost sim so upgraded my plan to keep number but how do I get newly activated sim to use my original number ,? Steve

Yesterday I tried to call a large company regarding a kitchen gadget. The number is an 0800 number but I got an automated message saying that I'd reached my cap. I don't have a cap as far as I'm aware as I have unlimited minutes and I thought 0800 numbers were free anyway. No other mobile company has ever charged me for calling an 0800 number. I waited an hour on online chat and eventually spoke to someone who said that as it was a business number there would be charges of 45p a minute plus an access charge so I would need to set up a spend cap if I wanted to make the call. Is this correct? 

My number switch has not taken place today . Please can you check the status 

Hi!  I am at my wits end trying to pay a final bill for a closed account-in the princely sum of just £6!I held 2 accounts-one for my wife and my own -which continuesThe wifes account was closed a couple of weeks ago but on which I still owe £6 which I am more than happy to pay...as the account is closed though, I cant get in to pay it!Im receiving threatening emails now for this terrible arrear.Can you please instruct as to how I may pay this direct please?

Hi, I glady recieved a new pair of apple airpods with my new phone.However, I have found them to be nearly inusable on account of them constantly falling out of my ears.I am very concerned that this expensive item is going to hit the floor of worse, break and become unuable through the period wilst I am still paying them off in monthly payment.I see this as a product defect and as such, kindly, what might you be able to offer to help put this right?As a suggestion, I have noticed the airpod Pro have more of an in-ear fitting with rubber buds, I would be willing to exchange for a pair of these if you would be so kind ?ThanksHarle

Yesterday morning I received a text saying my number was being switched to new provider so I jumped on the ID chat to say this wasn't me and ID said they logged it with the technical team.Later that day I lost all data and ability to make calls. Jumped on chat again and they said its logged and will take 24-48hrs.I've since alerted all my banks and updated security where possible as 2 days is a long time to wait.Called customer service first thing this morning to confirm the team are working on it and it isn't simply 'logged'.I was told they will call me on my partners phone number I provided or email me with an update today but I've heard nothing back.I understand it takes 5 working days to switch back but the lack of communication and updates is just as frustrating/worrying as the issue I'm experiencing. 

HiyaHave ported many times over the years from various providers with no issues…..Moved 2 days ago from GiffGaff to ID Mobile with new phone.  Old phone (with GG sim) still says ‘Giffgaff’ as network and SIM says my number although functionality lost - cant phone out, text, etc so something has worked. New phone (with ID Mobile SIM) absolutely fine and works and everything OK. Why is my old SIM showing GiffGaff still? I have phoned GG and they say I am not on their system anymore etc etc and as far as they are concerned, it has all gone through.ID Mobile say nothing wrong their end because it clearly all works (which it does).Why am I concerned? Should I just cut the GG sim up and assume its all gone through fine? I am concerned as to why my GG sim still shows it as a network signal?!?????Hopefully someone can help!(Ironically, this is also the same for my mum who has moved across as well the past 2 d

I’m sorry to hijack this thread. But I’ve being trying to ask a question but it fails to publish. I have done everything correctly. I am logged in. I have added a title and composed my question. Finally selected a category, added a tag & clicked create. The button changed to show it was working. But nothing changed.No confirmation  that my question had been posted.In case anyone here can help, my question is.When I try to view my payment history it just says “There’s Nothing here”. I’m trying to find out if I forgot to pay my last bill.Thanks in advance

So My number should have transferred a couple of days ago. The agent sorted this out for me, prior to receiving my phone. I think something has been actioned as when I request a new PAC code O2 tells me there is a problem and cannot provide one. My old number is still active.Sadly customer service is saturated and the AI is of no use. Is there anything I can try (other than restarts) until I turn to CS? It’s frustrating that I need two phones for text mssgs!

Hello my contract can upgrade in March if I don't want to renew has my phone is ok could I just go onto sim only to make it cheaper

Is anyone else having problems transferring their old number from a previous provider. I was previously with 02 and obtained my PAC number from them and gave it to ID when purchasing my new phone. I was given a changeover date of the 31st December today, but nothing has happened. I eventually managed to get a live chat and was told that it would not transfer till the 2nd of January after 6pm?. I have an email from ID that clearly states the switchover date is today the 31st. Is this the norm with ID.THANKSALAN

I have just switched to this provider. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences that I have ever recieved from a mobile company.  I signed up for a new deal online paid the upfront fee and followed all the instructions using PAC to transfer my existing number to this network, and the new phone,  only to find out that they have the wrong mobile against my name, wrong email address, wrong date of birth.  I tried contacting them to put matters right, but was given another premium number. I am have now spent over £20 in excess of my call charges to out matters right.  I am left without a mobile phone, can’t make any calls send any messages, receive any calls etc.  Can’t even call the complaint department to log a complaint.  Not sure where I go from here. In the meantime I  am contacting my bank to put a stop to the monthly direct debit . If anyone has expereiced the same and managed to resolve it, please do let me know, as i am toally stuck!!!

Hi, I have purchased a data add on plan for us .  Data roaming is on, on both phone and id account but it’s not working.  I was on hold on the chat yesterday for most of the day.  Any ideas? Thanks

Wonder if anybody can help. I've been having problems for a while making and receiving calls on my galaxy s22. I have found by swapping the SIM card from the number one slot to the number two it works fine. Anybody any thoughts on that

I have no service on my phone whatsoever. It will not connect to any network. How do I resolve this issue??
