Hello,I recently (01/12/2024) went to upgrade my contract from a Galaxy s22 with unlimited everything for just over £36pm  to a Pixel 9 pro with unlimited everything for around £34pm. I noted that the upgrades menu stated the pixel 9 pro was out of stock but still available to order so went agead with the order, adding a 10000ma power bank to the order at the checkout.A payment was taken of £19.99 for the powerbank, but nothing for the contract upgrade, and no confirmation email or anything. So what has happened? has the contract not gone through and I just bought a powerbank in an overly roundabout fashion, or does the contract not start until the new handset has been delivered? there has been no contact from iD either way so please could somebody help me out here - I dont want to be missing out on value from a lack of proper communication.  

DPD lost my parcel, tracking hasn't updated in over a week now. DPD informed me that my parcel is lost. I have been contacting ID everyday to contact DPD ASAP. I have been waiting over a week for this upgrade. Now I was informed that I have to wait up to 29 days for an investigation. Is this a joke. It is so ridiculous that I have to wait another month for an investigation for I phone that I do not have and I paid an up front deposit on. Why can't ID send me a replacement and deal with DPD in their own time and get their money and phone back if it's found. This is the worst customer service ever. I regret buying it from this company. This is the worst company ever, I will never use this again. I want my phone that I paid for. It is not my problem to now have to wait for some investigation. Check my tracking, it is clearly missing and DPD even told ID that it's missing.

DPD have confirmed they have lost my phone but I have been told I just wait 6 working days for my handset?To add insult to injury, I have been billed for a contract phone I have never ever received!   This phone is for a vulnerable customer who relies on the phone to act as a lifeline in the event of emergencies and as a result has been left at risk due to the lack of willingness to resolve this problem sooner.Has anyone else had this problem and what are my legal rights here because as far as I am concerned the provider has breached the contract by not providing what they claimed they would provide at point of purchase that clearly stated "next day delivery".ID are refusing to rectify this and they are also refusing to cancel the contract until investigation is complete.   It's understandable but when the tracking company has confirmed it is lost, I fail to see why I should be left in limbo and unable to get a deal elsewhere  while I wait for the investi

My Dad account was frauded around 12 to 18 months not long after he took out a contract with ID mobile. It was eventually sorted.However he has now tried to move networks and have been trying to get the phone unblocked as the tesco SIM won’t work in the phone. He has been told ID mobile do not block phones. However it would appear there is some sort of block on his phone to not allow it to work with another network.  He has spoke to numerous people and no one can help or explain what is happening or if there is anyway to get the issue resolved.He has a perfect phone that can no longer be used  so extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any experience of this or able to provide any more information. ID mobile have not been very helpful in their response to this issue. 

Over the past 2 weeks my average network speed has been declining and now I have hit the point where it is preventing me from working. I work from home and cant afford a proper broadband setup, and so rely on an unlimited data SIM with iD. frequently I have no internet access, or simple browser pages take minutes to load, messages can take up to 5mins to send (or just dont) and so on. Why is this happening? I need this rectifying as it is quite literally costing me amounts of money I can't afford through lost work.   (find attached the lowest and highest data speeds I have logged today. both are pretty awful)   fun  addendum: it took over half an hour to post this  as the internet was so slow the image upload kept

Hi All, I’ve had a headache with another provider on the Three network who say my Xperia 10iii is excluded from VoLTE compatibility, even though it is a VoLTE enabled device, and the 3g switch off therefore means I cannot use the Xperia 10iii with them.It’s a dual SIM phone, and the daft thing is I also have an ID Mobile sim in there which works fine. My question is, is the other provider being difficult, or will my phone stop working with ID as well?? 

Can't make receive calls since porting to id disabled customer left with out number no resolution offered from disability team left with out service since joing a few weeks back 

I ordered the sim car last week and so far I haven’t received it. I haven’t even got an email saying that the card has been despatched. Moreover the  network switch was done yesterday leaving me without an active phone number. There isn’t a way to track the order. What am I supposed to do? I can’t even go to the live chat as I have to enter a mobile number to send a verification code!!how can I speak to customer service to sort it out on way or another?

Hi,This is unusable, not even fit for a Whatsapp voice call or web browsing.My problem is not the download, it’s the upload. When you use the Internet you constantly sending data, requests towards servers and so on. Voice calls need at least 0.3-0.5 mbps, video chat is quality dependent, but 2-3 mbps would be ideal BOTH WAYS. This is 0.08 .. 5G or 4G network, same..West London mostly, but Central London is pretty much similar.I’ve seen 6/0.5 mbps UL/DL a few days back. That’s like 15 years old telecom adsl internet speeds… I type something into Google and it starts loading after 10-12 seconds.. 

transferring my old number from O2 to iD hasn't been done, who can i speak too?. 

We can't connect to the network at all in Postcodes OX10 and RG8. Have been through all the troubleshooting steps including trying different phones and factory resets of four phones.Other phones we have use Smarty and Three, so all using the same three network, and none can connect at all.The coverage checkers and network status all say everything is fine, but clearly not.What to do next? 

Hi, my sim card is not working... I got a new contract from mobile. Co. UK and they are unable to do anything, how do I get a new sim card sent out? It's impossible to contact Id as it's just a chatbot. Live chat is no where to be seen. 

Hi, I have tried to get a new sim only plan for my son but each time I try to buy it, I keep getting that the purchase has been unsuccessful. 

Years ago, I was in the Car phone ware house and J was recommended a phone contract for my son, who has special needs and very vulnerable. On the ASD spectrum. So I did a contract in my name, but my son, was using the phone and I was paying by direct debit, till in Jan 2020 ( not sure of the date) he was assaulted in the quadrant , sutton surrey and his phone was stolen, he rushed home and I reported to the police, I have asked the police to send me the report  to upload all details as well, I also called ID to explain Benjamin Brew my son phone has been stolen, so they must blocked the phone. So far as I am concerned I paid all my bills by direct debits till the unfortunate incident, Wgetger my last bill was an oversight, I don’t why ID registered an outstanding debt on my credit file. I currently have a monthly rolling iD sim only account. I’m wanting to buy a phone through mobiles.co.uk which has an iD sim with it. Do I have to cancel my current iD account, get a PAC and then provide this to mobiles.co.uk to rejoin iD or is there a simpler way? iD upgrades cannot match the deal I’m getting with mobiles.co.uk

Hi, I have been with ID for a week and wifi calling is not working. As we have very weak 3 network coverage, I need wifi calling to be able to make calls from home. 4G calling isn’t working either. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hello, I have upgraded my phone and contract today online, however this afternoon i seem to have lost all network coverage to my current phone. I’m assuming this is connected, but am I now stuck with no reception until new phone handset arrives?   

Why have my monthly payments not been taken this month normally the 1st of the month.

 I am having major issues with both my ID numbers in Central london. When i call or am on a call the person on the other end cannot hear me. this has been happening too often as when people call or i call them they cant hear me or it will start where they can hear me but in mid call they cant any longer. it is happening on both my numbers. This is not acceptable!

I'm trying to purchase a SIM only deal but keep getting this message:“Oops, it looks like your details may not match. Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page."The details are correct and do match. Spent 50 min with the Live Chat yesterday and got nowhere. Anyone who has managed to solve this issue?
