I am reposting this in hopes that a different subject area might elicit a response. i cant make or receive calls since Thursday 3rd October- UK I have been with Id mobile for years using a SIM only card currently in a Motorola Edge 20 lite which is fully updated . I update my plans regularly , last time a month ago. On Thursday 3rd October I stopped being able to make it receive calls. I can text, use internet, apps etc. without a problem. I have completed all the checks as advised as I saw there was an issue around 3G. I am usually on 5G, sometimes dropping to 4g depending on reception.I have read several other community members similar concerns but I can't find what's causing the problem or how to resolve it out side of the checks which I have completed.My phone is an accepted device.Any solutions please as I'm now getting desperate?Thanks in

New Samsung S24 and IDmobile plan purchased via mobiles.co.uk.I've attempted to port my number via a triangle port to my new ID mobile sim.My new physical ID sim wouldn't work. No calls, texts or data. I contacted ID mobile via twitter who sent me a Esim. I've installed the Esim, I can now receive phone calls but Data is stuck at h+ and turns off occasionally. I still can't make phone calls. When I go to sim manager the Esim shows as a unknown number. Can someone please help with this?

Hi,I sent a member of my family a friend referral code that they used to set up an account with id mobile in Sep 2024. however, neither of us have heard anything since and I have emailed uk-idmobile-queries@awin.com as mentioned on another post here but I have not received a response. Please can someone in customer support at id mobile pick this up as I am concerned that this scheme is simply a marketing ploy with no actual incentives paid out, especially after reading another customer’s issues with being passed to giftcloud (whoever they are) and nobody seemingly taking ownership of the problem. Thanks 

Why can't I make a phone call when my phone is connected to my home WiFi?If I want to use my id SIM card to make a call then I have to turn offy WiFi on my phone first.

I've sent a couple of texts this afternoon and my phone is using the number attached to the sim provided by ID and not the one my phone should have switched to.  Previously it has worked fine.  Can you help, please.

Hi, I would like to upgrade my phone, I cannot access my mobile as wont charge to get access to it.  So to log on to ID mobile it asks to send to email which I can get to but then sends a code to put on to my mobile which I cannot access. thank you

As someone who has just spent years on EE and then Vodafone with no signal problems at all, I took someone's advice and agreed to try ID mobile. Sadly, I know after only a week that this is simply not the network for me. Poor or no signal, losing calls mid conversation, etc means I want to pull the plug before I've really got started with ID MOBILE. DO i go in-store to Currys where I picked up my sim from, or do I have to cancel online? 

Hi, I have 2 ID plans, one ends Feb 2025, the other not til 2026.Is it possible to swap the numbers on the plans?Then the one which ends in Feb 2025 I can cancel that plan and don't mind losing that number but need to keep the other number so would like that on the plan that doesn't end til 2026.Thanks in advance 

The phone contract £6 per month is not working and needs to be cancelled.  Even when the funds are paid for the monthly payment the phone will not work so this needs to be stopped.  Tried to ring 7777on the phone and onAlternative  phones but we cannot connect.  This is not acceptable and want this resolved immediately.   please contact on how to competed this please and cancel he last months. Hi i have had my phone delivered its s24 and comes with a free laptop but i need email  with  invoice number and the actual invoice showing that i actually got the s24 and the date of purchase i need this to get laptop of i cant get it i wont keep the phone the free laptop was a big part of me taking the contract out 

I had booked my port to take place 3 days ago but number still not ported. When entering details in to my ID App error message comes up saying it's booked in  but there is no reference to it an any of my emails from ID. How do I get confirmation when it  will transfer over? 

Is there a number to phone to speak to an actually human agent about upgrade options? I can only find the automatic phone line and I want to discuss my upgrade options with an advisor. Can someone tell me if there is a phone number I can call? Thanks

Hi there,  I order the iPhone 15 with a contract a few weeks ago. DPD have been trying to deliver my phone since 15th of Novemeber. DPD only deliver Mon - Fri 8am -6pm unfortunately I work these hours and cannot be home for this. They are unable to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place meaning I will never receive my phone.  I have contacted DPD to try and change my delivery options but they said I cannot do that and it needs to be done though you guys as you placed the order. If there is anyway, can I pay extra for this to be delivered at the weekend? Or would it be possible to get this delivered to another address?  Thank you so much for your help, Rebecca Lafferty

I don't use phone during the day at work but the battery is dead by the end of the day. Surely a phones use should last as long as the contract at least.I don't have loads of apps, don't play games, I only really use for emails, social media, and calls.Is there any rules when in a contract and when the phone is not working properly?

Hi, the iD mobile website says: “You can order an iD Pay As You Go SIM card online, over the phone, or at any Currys store.” I went into my local Currys last night and they told me that it wasn’t possible to get one in store, and that I’d have to go online, but I can’t see an option to just order/pay for a PAYG sim? https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals/pay-as-you-goAre these monthly prices, or are these just one offs? So, for example can I pay £6 for the 1GB package, and for one month get unlimited calls and texts and 1GB of data, but then cancel it for next month and then just start paying for what you use?And on that note, I can’t even find the pricing any more, my mum is on iD and I’m trying to sign up my nan too, but the only pricing page I can find is this and it’s way more expensive than what my mum is paying 

After a number of texts telling me my phone (samsung xcover 5, android 14, oneui 6, updated today!) would speak 4g volte if I enabled it in the settings, I had a go.There is no 4g listed under settings> connections> mobile network> network mode (https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-xcover-5-android-11-0/connectivity/select-network-mode/, matching idmobile’s instructions).The coverage checker says I should be golden - “ Yes – Excellent service “.What else can I try?  My other phone’s a Nokia e5, so the SIM’s not gonna talk 4g in that… Thank you.
