Refund - upfront and extra bill HiI recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned.I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse.However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit.Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done.Thank you,Muhammad
