I've had such a terrible experience in my first two months of joining this network I'd like to understand my right to cancel, on the basis of ID not delivering on its side of our contract.For example I've been in London to and had not signal on the train, no signal whilst walking around near Waterloo and no signal when I go indoors (any property).I'm not able to receive or make calls or get any emails, or connection to platform like TeamsI brought this phone for work and it doesn't allow me to do anything, unless I'm in WiFi

Since moving to ID I haven’t been able to make phone calls or send/receive texts. I want to switch to a new network but can’t send the text for my PAC code. How do I do this?

Sim card was activated and worked on the Friday, Saturday Phone says sim not detected. What do I do? I've switched phone off and on and I've tried activating the sim again. No luck

For some reason today my Alcatel 3L phone no longer makes or received calls. In the notification bar there are icons consisting of a telephone handset and moving bars when either a call (in or outgoing) is in progress. I don't believe it is a phone setting because it works fine when my partners SIM card is inserted in my Alcatel. When my SIM card is his phone it exhibits the same problem. This leads me to believe that it is either a network or SIM card issue. Does anyone have any idea how this might be resolved?

Ordered a replacement card as mine got lost, 3/4 weeks ago and I have been told they will take out the money out for my plan, do you think I could have 1 soon as I have missed a few appointments. 

I have recently joined ID and unfortunately since joining whenever I am making calls away from my home at any location across the UK as I have tested whilst travelling I am either not able to make calls or they cut off during a call and then will not allow me to callback. Extremely frustrating as I work in the community with vulnerable patients and need to be able to contact colleagues/services to ensure my safety. I have seen this issue in another chat, they recommend turning VoLTE on but I have no option for this. I’ve tried the live chat and keep going round in circles with this, there are no connection issues in my area or where I have within the UK, I purchased this IPhone with my SIM direct from ID mobile so should therefore be compatible.My experience so far is unsatisfactory as I cannot find any option to speak with a human and this phone and contract are currently not fit for purpose-please can someone from ID mobile contact me to discuss as a matter of urgency?

Hello, I asked for my pac code on 13/10/24 and I was given a pac code. When I got a new phone, the pac code didn't work, so I had to contact ID mobile on 8/11/24 for a new pac code. For some reason, I have been charged for another month when I haven't used ID mobile since 13/10/24 when I asked for the pac code. Please cancel this payment

Having just joined iD Mobile I am already staring to wonder if I made the right choice. I installed the mobile app from Google Playstore. I created an account. Was asked if I would like to use ‘biometrics’ to logon. I pressed my fingerprint scanner and the app asked about notifications, I declined these.On looking at my login details I appeared to have set up the ‘biometrics’  (ie  flag was on).I logged out. Closed the app. Opened the app again. All I get is the offer to ‘Get Started’.I can still open the app using username/password.I understand that the app version I have is the latest.It is installed on a new Samsung Galaxy S24FE with the latest version of operating system.Techies please sort out.

There's a few topics already but I need to make one. I received my phone on 10th and I'm still waiting for my number to be transferred. I spoke to live chat last week and said they were waiting for a file from my previous provider but it's taking so long.What's the the maximum time anybody has waited? I didn't expect to be without that number for this long and it's causing problems now as I need it to access some things. I guess it's been six working days so far, I hope it happens soon. 

I had a contract with ID mobile for 2 years starting nov 2023 and ending this year early November. When the new iPhone came out this year(iPhone 16) I bought a separate contract as it was cheaper and a better deal so when my old contract runs out I will move to the new contract. I was paying for 2 contests for a couple of months but only using my first original contract/sim/phone. Fast forward to my original contract ending, now I want to use my new contract I try using the sim and it's there's no connection. The phone is working fine, but the sim is not connecting or has no connection. I checked and on purchasing the new contract I received no welcome pack just a confirmation of a direct debit. I try to activate the sim but I have no number with id that I can find now to make an account. The sim is not connecting so I can not get a mobile number from that and from the few emails I have no mobile number has been provided. All I have is a direct debit reference number and a SIM card

I had a contract with id for 2 years, in the last past of this contract the new iPhone came out. I bought another contract during my first contract so when the original contracts is finished I had a new phone and new number. Yesterday the original contract expired and now the new sim isn't working, my old id account is deleted and I don't know what this new sim number is to makee another account or to activate it. I didt receive a welcome pack or nothing just confirmation of a direct debit. Now I have a new phone but no working sim. Tired using my old and new sim both are no service. Please help!!!!

Hi,im trying to pay my final bill but having issues. To give background, I have an existing contract that I’ve now cancelled. I transferred my number to an EE payg sim. Took out a new contract with iDmobile, then transferred the number back. My old account that I’ve terminated, I can login but it won’t show my account or bills etc. just says oops an error has occurred. I think it’s because my mobile number exists twice on two accounts, maybe causing an issue? I cancelled the DD and will make the payment manually. However, I ring 7777 from my mobile and it says my account balance is £0 as it’s pulling up my new contract account. I’ve tried ringing from another mobile on another network, but it only gives the option to enter a mobile number (same issue account balance £0). I was hoping it would allow me to enter the account number of the old contract.  I want to pay the bill but not sure how? Can a link be sent to me to make the payment online? Or a bank transfer?

I want to purchase two Black Friday ‘phone and tariff’ deals for my children, but not activate them until Christmas Day.  Can I delay the activation of the deal to achieve this.Thank you.Alan Foley

Brand new contract from Id mobile with new sim and new iPhone 15. Saying sim not supported - this phone number can't be transferred because your account is eligible!!! I have transferred my sons data over to this phone from his other phone now it's wiped his mobile data from his old number!!??

I’ve entered the wrong date for my pac code to be activated, I’ve put next Monday instead of today. Any ideas how I can change this to today?

I'm on Rugby Stadium in Edinburgh and guess what, no signal at all, such a BAD network. Im using my Partner data from Lyca mobile and work great. Shame on you ID mobile, no signal in place like this, horrendous🤦🤦🤦

For a number of weeks I have had difficulties making and receiving calls. Sometimes it works - sometimes it doesnt. I have been on the chat line (twice)and seen a technician in Currys. I have changed the SIM but the problems remains. It all started after the 3G turn off. My phone is compatible, it has VoLTE and network mode for 4G. Beginning to give up all hope. Any final suggestions appreciated.

I can't make calls abroad keeps saying number not recognised ? 

I have recently joined id mobile.I have been calling people with no issue but recently I needed to get in touch with a handy man...I called him and he asked me to text through details and when I did I never heard back from him.I called to ask why and he said that a message came through but from a different number. I am guessing that when I moved my number across this was synced for call but it has not been for sms and therefore the id mobile sim no is being attached to sms messages .can you please fix this Chris

Am not 3G, have the ID logo top of screen.  No bars.  Have tried all recommended fixes but nothing.Can’t find how to request replacement SIM on line.Chat box takes you round in circles.Live chat, agent came in, dropped out without anything, wait time increased to 41 mins then 221 mins.Curry’s not seem to offer ID SIM  (only another brand).What to do?!thank you
