Where is the link to the ID Helpline? My account has downgraded to SIM only, following cessation of my monthly contract, but my direct debit has not been reduced. There seems to be no way to contact ID which is frustrating.

Just upgraded to S24, transferred existing working SIM, plan is active, but have no connection to mobile networks or data, only WiFi. SIM still fine in old phone! 

I have just purchased a 500GB, unlimited calls, unlimited texts plan with ID mobile with an iPhone 16 Pro. The sim works fine with the iPhone, getting around 100/120Mbps download on 5G.When I remove the sim and put it into my 4g router the data speeds become unbearably horrifically slow. We’re talking <1Mbps which is basically completely unusable. Does anyone have a fix for this or does ID mobile know why the speeds are being so drastically reduced when the sim is in the 4g router? Considering cancelling the whole plan if this can’t be rectified as with my previous provided (UW/EE) I could interchange between phone and 4G router with no drop in speeds whatsoever. Thank you​​​​​​

Hello I’ve been with ID for a few years, and have recently upgraded to a tariff that offers more data. Despite placing the order while logged into my ID account, a brand new number and plan has been created and added to my account, rather than just upgrading the existing plan. I looked to see if I could just cancel the new plan and just retain my original line, but I was informed via text that I’d be charged £12.29 if I cancelled today. I’ve literally just activated the sim, yet somehow they want to charge more than a full month’s charge (£7) if I cancel today, and worse it’s because of ID’s inability to simply add an upgrade to an existing plan. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best course of action? I don’t want or need the new plan, but I’d like to keep my existing plan, so I don’t lose my existing number. Is there anyway of cancelling the new plan that ID have wrongly set up, without me ending up out of pocket? HiToday I went to turn my data on and it said insert sim card. My sim card hasn't changed and has always been in. I went into sim manager to turn it off and on again but it's not letting me. I press confirm to turn it off but it stays showing as on, even though it's not registering. I have restarted my phone multiple times but no help. I have also tried installing the software update but it keeps giving me unknown error. It's a samsing s22

Hi. Moved to ID for the price and heard it was powered by the 3 network. Signal ok - just - at home HD2 2RA. But at work HD5 0RH 4G is non-existent and I’ve just seen all 3G is being switched off and is the only signal I get inside the building. So when 3G is switched off, what am I going to do if 4G is unavailable? Wish I’d not switched now.Darran

my phone number has not been carried over properly to my new phone, some people still get a txt from my original number some people receive a txt from a different number  i moved to id at the end of sept and bought a google pixel 8, i chatted with someone about the problem and they sent me a replacement sim and said it would be linked to my original number however when i’ve used the new sim it just says emergency calls only

I changed my bank details a few weeks ago. On 11/6 I had a failed and a successful payment taken and then I got messages today (15/6) saying I had missed a payment and my services were going to be disconnected. I paid immediately and realised I had paid already only 4 days ago. Very confused about what's going on. Ideally I would like 1 payment refunding as I dont wish to pay an additional month ahead if it's not needed?!

Has anyone else had an issue when on a call and someone else tries to call.  I have call waiting, so when on the phone, I’m alerted to someone calling. But the caller is getting a dead tone or even number out of service, so they try again and again thinking they are not connecting by my end it’s notifying me fine. I don’t have voicemail as I got fed up of getting a missed call, dailing voicemail for the message to say “give me a call”. So I turned it off. But even pressing the Send to voicemail button (Apple) the caller is not getting the busy tone.  What on earth is happening. 

I am a vulnerable customer. I have been on the phone with ID for almost 2 hours today. The first agent gave me the complete wrong information. I was expecting a text message that never came. So I rang them again tonight. Again sent another hour on the phone. This Agent told me I was misinformed. She also told me there were no records of my previous call to them earlier today. She told me she was just about to put in a complaint in for me and put me on hold. But then we got cut off. I immediately ring the vulnerable customer phoneline again, only to be told that they are closed for the day. At no point was I warned of this, as a vulnerable customer. I was in the middle of cancelling the end of my contract. Will the agent continue to cancel the stop without me or will it now be completely cancelled tomorrow?  The aim of today was to keep my old ID number, despite getting a new phone with ID. First I was told it was possibl

Was in the process of upgrading and now I've struggled to get back in I've lost the chat

After a week my number has swapped over yesterday. Ive given it a day, restarted numerous times, but nothing works still. No data, calls texts. When I try call it says mobile network not available. Also shows no bars of signal most of the time. What else can I try?? 

My wife and I both have Pixel 7a phones which were bought on contract from idMobile approximately 9 months ago and have been able to make/receive calls and use 4g/5g data in our house without issue. However, in the last couple of weeks we have been unable to make calls or use the internet in the house. I have seen the news re-3G switch off and the advice on switching on Volte but can not find the option to switch Volte on on our Pixel 7a’sCould someone advise please ?Thanks

I’ve suddenly found that my phone will no longer receive or make calls at home (CM5).I can receive and make text calls and use the internet.I checked coverage using ID Coverage Check and the result was excellent coverage.When I was at the NEC Birmingham, Kettering, Cornwall, Reading M4 services etc, the phone service is fine. I believe the phone is working ok (done suggested checks etc), using 4G, but is it ID coverage causing the issues.ThanksNeil

Hi , I have two contacts with ID Mobile , One nearly 2 years old , One just over a year old … The Minute i leave home (connected via WiFi) i cannot for the life of me connect to the internet on either phone , have trouble receiving and making calls , and issues sending SMS … anyone know how I can make a proper complaint about this as iD mobile get £70 a month off me and my phone only really seems to work on WiFi , which I obviously pay someone else for!
