Hi, I have ported my number to id mobile yesterday however I am having issues getting any OTP to come through. This is a particular issue as I have a ton of apps which won't setup without doing this now. I've tried live chat which got me to check all the settings which all seems ok. The last thing they did was send me another eSim which hasn't solved the problem.Could it of been an issue with the porting process?

I am travelling to Dallas next week for 6 days. I have onlly recently gone onto ID mobile monthly from having a contract for years.It dawned on me that i might get roaming or usage charges that my contract used to cover.What is the best way to do this ? i will be using my phone for maps and whatsapp only really  / limited emails - I wont be ringing or MMSIs it better to buy an e-sim for USA or just put a cap on my usage? please can someone assist

I'm going to have to leave id it's the calls that are an issue I have ful signal at home ( no landline) Nearly very time I ring someone they can't hear me as I'm breaking up. It's getting to the point of annoying now as I'm trying to book something very important and they can't here me obviously as our names are spelt incorrectly. That tipped me over the edge I need a network I can use for calls 📞 

Hi. My texts aren’t sending? I’ve done everything it says on the community page, and also removed the sim etc but still not working. 

I joined idmobile in April and now want to switch the rest of my family (3 other accounts) to idmobile.However, when I try and do this, I just keep getting rejected saying the credit check has failed. I’ve checked my credit rating - Experian shows it as 999 out of 999. I’ve also had an account since April, paying by DD each month.It was rejected in August but customer care said they were not able to advise why this was, so they asked me to wait a month and try again… I waited 2 months instead, but still it does not work and my order is rejected. None of the reasons given in the email apply to me.I don’t want 1 user on idmobile and the rest of my family on something else, so I’ll just switch myself back if this doesn’t work.This is also the 2nd post i’ve tried to make here asking for help. I’m trying to submit my PAC code but keep getting a message telling me there is an issue with it. I have had a new code issued by my old provider but still have the same problem. I can’t find anything to tell me what else I can try??

I arrived in the Netherlands on Monday 21 October. I had accumulated a 7Gb data allowance on my plan, because of minimal usage. Within 24 hours, the entire allowance was used and in the app it showed I had no data left for the rest of the month. But there is no way I used that much data. In fact, when I go into my phone setting and check the data usage there, it tells me I used 98.90Mb (ie not even 1 Gb) of data between 30 Sept and today (24 October). I would expect there to be perhaps some discrepancy between what my phone considers data use and what IDmobile measures as data use. But I would not expect such a massive difference. Not happy. Any help appreciated. This has happened before. As far as I can tell, data roaming in the NL is included in my plan.

I'm thinking about getting another phone and plan from I'D to give to my daughter. I stuck between the New Google pixel or the Motorola RAZR 50 ultra. I've already got the Google pixel 8 for myself so I'm thinking the pixel 9 will be similar to my phone. What does everyone think? Which way shall I go?

I am Colin Allsopp and I am desperate to pay my bill. The gist is that I have done everting wrong and I have tried and tried to put things right. If any one can help me it might safe my life.I have changed my provider and I still have an account with id mobile. I had 2 mobile numbers { REMOVED } and { REMOVED }. I used the 3733 and my Wife used 2378. I have admitted I did wrong but I am honestly trying to put it right. I am not sure how many months is outstanding on each but I am certainly willing to pay all for 2years for both mobiles and what ever penalty for early ending of contract, plus a penalty for my serious errors. Might I suggest £350.I am now at my wits end and hate to break down  but if its of interest to you I am an 80 year service veteran who seems to get things wrong too regular, I survive Cancer but now have an Urology Stoma  but this saved my life. I am trying to update my direct debit details for my contract but i keep getting an “something went wrong message” (same in the app and online) having searched on here i see there is a phone number given to call but it is the vulnerable customer number. is there a way for a non vulnerable customer to get customer support?

Hello, I've recently changed my plan from 47.61 a month to 18.00 a month (no new phone), however this month my bill is 65.66 which doesn't make any sense, even if you add previous bill and new bill amounts together.

I entered my pac code at point of sale online. It hasn't been used/activated by id mobile. After searching help I'm sent to view documents that were attached to an email from id. I found the documents and was told I would find a date that I had requested for the switch. The document states that no date was selected and directs me to page 4 for more information but page 4 does not offer any useful information. What has gone wrong? If this is a sign of how id mobile will manage my account then I'm seriously considering cancelling before the end of the 30 day cooling off period. Something so simple should not be so complicated. 

The list provided by iD includes a mobile called Motorola Edge 40 neo 5G - which does not appear to exist.My phone is a Motorola Edge 40 neo, and I have been totally unable to find out whether or not it is compatible with 5G. There is nothing in the phone settings, and googling hasn’t provided the answer either.I have had this phone less than a year! 

My id bill  was £13 last month and Iam not happy as I didn’t use my phone in Australia yet I have been charged £5 for absolutely no mobile data usage 

I have an unlimited plan but am told that I have reached a cap . On the ID app - not clear how to add on - there is a section to only allow for more data . I need it to call when I am abroad . How do I make sure that when I bought more data - this will allow me to make calls in the US ?

I pay for a 2 sims, one  for my daughters phone & one for mine. Before the new App I could just have a separate account for each sim which she could log into and check her data usage without accessing my sim account. Now both accounts seem to have to registered under the same account/email ie mine. Is it possible for her to check her data usage only without accessing my account??

I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and it hasn’t arrived. I can’t access chatbot as I don’t have access to my phone without the sim and the phone number given sends me back to chatbot! In the mean time I am being billed for a phone I cannot use. What do I do to report the missing Sim card?

The iD Mobile network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages.but I requested a pac code to switch on 12/11/24. I no longer want to switch to iD mobile and want to cancel the port in.
