Fraudulent account created on 11th Feb 2026 by Hazel Wilson In February 2026, I was contacted by individuals posing as iD Mobile support agents (Hazel Wilson, Rachel and a man who’s name I forgot). They falsely claimed that iD Mobile was taking over Three Mobile and that all Three customers were required to switch. They were able to send emails from what appeared to be Three Mobile email addresses and prompted a password reset on my account. Believing this to be genuine, I proceeded.I was charged £29 under the false promise that it was refundable (screenshot attached). A contract was opened in my name without my consent. A device (iPhone) and SIM were dispatched to my address; however, the SIM registered to my number never arrived. Upon receiving the parcel, I immediately called them to clarify that I had never ordered an iPhone and that I believed it had been sent to me in error.
