I ported my number from o2 on 31st January. Calls are going to voicemail without ringing which is driving me mad as I have service according to my phone. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning the e-sim off and on but to no avail. How do I resolve this? 

I haven’t been able to receive SMS text messages, though I can still send iMessages and texts. Last night, this left me in a really vulnerable situation—I couldn’t get a verification code to book a taxi home when public transport wasn’t running. I’m really disappointed this happened and honestly feel lucky that nothing worse happened. Being alone in that situation as a young woman was stressful and unsafe. I’d appreciate it if this issue could be fixed as soon as possible, and I’d like to discuss compensation for the trouble and risk this caused. Please let me know when I can expect a resolution.

I joined ID mobile through Mobiles.co.uk the other day. I was given a new ID phone number on E-Sim which i activatedYesterday, I spoke to an ID Advisor about porting my EE number across to ID Mobile. He said this was done and would happen sometime on 30/12/25 (today at time of writing this)My EE service stopped working about an hour ago but my number has not ported across to my id mobile e-sim or account.I contacted EE who confirmed the PAC was used by ID Mobile and account closed but now ID Mobile advisor cannot see any sign of the port.Surely they must have my EE number on their system somewhere as it’s been ported over according to EE?I really don’t want to lose my old number Any advise please?

Good morning  I have no WiFi calling for the last month or so. I have reset network and tried updating carrier setting by visiting my local store and my WiFi calling still does not work. My phone is a iPhone 16, ID carrier settings is 64.2. the other issue is at home I have 0 signal so cannot make a phone call without WiFi calling. 

Ive finished my contract but would like to stay on I.D mobile but I dont need a new phone. I only want to have a sim only contract but struggling to find how to do so Any help would be amazingThank you 😊

Really disappointing customer services. Apparently the customer services support is now closed, despite me trying to contact them within the company stated office core hours. Apparently the porting has happened from Vodafone to my new phone with ID mobile. This is not the situation. Neither phone will make calls or receive them. I received an email to state the new service would be active from 22:00. I have taken part in numerous chat bot and customer service chats without this matter been resolved. I do not have a QR code to scan to activate the new eSIM. I was told I would receive an email once the activation was complete. That was three days ago.  I have been going round in circles for days!!

I want to know how long ive got left on my contract

I have just tried to upgrade my SIM only contract to a Samsung S25 Ultra and have been told I am not eligible for this phone.This is despite having 2 phone contracts and a SIM contract on my account, this seems a ridiculous stand.Is it necessary for me to.leave ID to get the phone I would like, as I would rather leave than sign up for a contract I wasn't happy with.I hope you can help

Hi,I am unable to receive SMS messages in Vietnam as my ID mobile sim card will not connect to any of the local mobile networks in Vietnam. I tried the automatic and manual selection method, and it shows all local networks as forbidden. This is only a recent problem and searching through the community it appears that I am not the only person this is happening to,Please help as this is a big problem for banking etc when I cannot receive OTPs etc.

It’s not possible to register for an ID Mobile account online for a new customer because there’s a glitch in the ID Moblie website, which comes up with that annoying message ‘Oops something’s gone wrong’. Very irritating. Usual crap.

Hii When i when I ordered the same I request for to keep my old number I submitted my all the details online and I chose date 31 December but it's not done yet 

I began a contract on the 29th of December and submitted my PAC. My number should've ported yesterday but it didn't. I think it is very odd that I didn't receive a message from my old provider saying they're sorry I'm leaving them. I have submitted a report on the app, but I don't think iD are porting my number. Please can someone explain if my number is still being ported?

How can I order a traditional PAYG sim (no plan) with iD mobile, please? Looking to move to iD mobile from another network provider and have PAC code to keep existing mobile numberI’ve asked iD mobile online via Live Chat and agent says need to go to store. I went to Currys store and they say they only sell monthly plans and need to order online. So I go back to Live Chat and again they say need to go to store. So I’m going round and round in circles. I ask if I can speak to manager or another agent. Live chat agent said no as I’m not a current iD customer and speak to another agent same response

Cannot make calls

As of late, I simply cannot make calls on my mobile from my home address. I reboot my iPhone,. get 4 bars, can make calls for around 5 mins then it just stops. And yes, I am using WiFi calling also. But that’s not the point. Why am I paying you for a network that is does not function? It’s absolutely appalling. Given I live in suburban London it’s astonishing really, it’s not like I’m in the middle of nowhere. It’s the same story when I’m in the City. Cannot make calls under any circumstances.This is my work number and you are making my life extremely difficult and making me look extremely unprofessional. It’s the same story with my personal phone which is on 3, same network. Something is very wrong here.Please respond, failing that I’ll just get these numbers transferred to another provider.

Sorry. Being thick.  Have an ID sim only deal. Moving to a contract but want to keep number.what do I do?  

I bought a new phone for my daughter for Christmas, so I had to take out a new ID mobile contract rather than upgrade from her existing ID mobile one, so she wouldn’t know.  I thought I’d just be able to transfer her old number to the new phone with a PAC but I can’t find an option to do that - help? 

I joined iD a few months ago from O2 and started a new contract that came with an iPhone 15. I transferred my old number to my new phone and everything was fine. I then took up an offer on a second iD contract which I intended to use in a cellular iPad for emergency and occasional mobile use and went for an e-sim. I left O2 because I couldn't administer all three of my accounts under one but I can't add the iPad e-sim to my account because an iPad can't receive the SMS required to add the sim to my account.  I contacted online help and they suggested I convert the iPad e-sim to a physical e-sim, put it in a phone, get the SMS to add to my account and then swap it back to the iPad - makes total sense and I said go for it.However, they keep sending me  (FOUR times now) a physical sim for my original account (iPhone 15) and not the second account that is still active as an e-sim on my iPad and still not added to my account. They deactivated my original

how do i request a new esim code (I don not have access to the Id mobile app) or the phone number (not the one on this account ) as I accidentally deleted the esim of my phone after using the one time code. I want to either cancel the contract or get access to it so I can cancel the esim.
