I am out of contract since Sunday and needs PAC to switch my number but am repeatedly being told different things by the agents. The last agent asked for me to send my passport/driving license on the chat channel to be able to send me my PAC when I have already answered the security questions. To send this data via an unsecured channel is in breach of the data protection act. What can I do to get my PAC? 

My phone was stolen and I want a proof of usage and barring.

Why is it so hard to get help from id...! Three week now spending HR after HR on the chat lines and it complaint lines…Oh and dealing with the scummy Scammer who are being allowed to hide on this community board.... YES scammers are reading and responding to your messages... And will contact you directly if they can… ID know this and well, don't seem to care.… The issue started as a roaming one and turned in to a fraud one.  After an hour on one chat I had to give up and go back to work.... ID should be all over fraud....!!! I'm leaving ID as they have breach contract... I hope someone at ID actually takes note as so far they don't seem to care....  

I've paid my bill but my services still have not been restored. Please help thank you

Since Tuesday morning I’ve been unable to make phone calls. I either get an engaged tone, or a message saying “sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”.This has now resulted in me being unable to phone my GP in order to make a critical appointment.Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get a working phone service?I’ve got an eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy S23.Thanks.

Hello When I leave the house my phone seems to flick onto emergency calls only and shows as not registered on network. 

I’ve just recently joined id mobile, and I’ve getting a lot of missed called text messaged. When i do answer the phone it common the call will drop around 30-60 second mark, I've tracked it down to when wifi calling is enabled, if i disable it, i see have no issues will calls disconnecting during conversion. Is wifi calling broken, i don’t have great reception inside my house, is there a fix for this? it didn’t happen on my old networkI’m using an iPhone 17 Pro with esim 

Good afternoon, I would really like to upgrade my phone however the phone I would like you have on your plans if I were a new customer but not as an existing customer. Is there anything you can do to supply the phone I like on the contract that would be suitable for me or would I need to leave and rejoin ID mobile to get the deal that I want. 

Hi there,Hoping to contact ID directly here as I can’t find a way to.Whilst travelling to Thailand via China my second phone, a work phone, was in my hand luggage not in use at all throughout the flights and only in the airports on WiFi.Upon checking into the hotel in Thailand I’ve had a text to say I’ve hit my spend cap of £45 for out of plan charges - I didn’t even use the phone?!My bill now stands at £55 on a £10 sim only for charges the device has racked up when not in use. I can only assume background tasks or messages coming in??Before it is said, I understand the phone should have had roaming switched OFF but it wasn’t actually in use. My main line is also with ID, the phone I’m typing on now, and this hasn’t racked up any charges and the bill is still at £10. Can anyone help?! Or can ID see somehow that I didn’t actually use the device for data access, social media use and messaging etc? Thanks, josh

Hi, just upgarge from an unlimited sim package with ID Mobile to a new iphone with unlimited calls, text and data but I want to keep my old number and use my old phone with the new unlimited package. I see two different mobile numbers on my Mobile Service and now I can receive or make calls on my old number. Can someone help me please? 

My DD date is the 7th of every month, yet my one for November still hasn’t been taken, can someone message me and give me an update on why it’s not been taken out yet please 

I am in India and purchasd a roam beyond add on before leaving the Uk and made sure my data roaming was enabled before leaving UKNow that I am in India though, I cannot get any Internet using my mobile data and can only use my phone when connected via WiFiCan someone please help I have spent a lot of time trying to get it to work and nothing has done the trick!

Your support team didn’t seem able to help me with this, but I topped up my PAYG plan recently for business use and was disappointed when it came to doing my expenses that they could not supply me with a VAT receipt, as I believe is required for any VAT registered business under UK law. Understandably your process is more geared to providing these for contract plans, however I think you also have an obligation to do so for any payments you take including this PAYG topup. Is there somone I could speak to about this?

I’ve lost my SIM card and need a replacement asap

I recently transferred my old phone number to id mobile on an iPhone 17 and it was a nightmare as the transfer took several hours and my old phone number stopped working for many of these so that I had no access to the number for almost 8 hours. Afterwards there were still issues as I was unable to access to FaceTime and iMessage and could only receive sms while connected to wifi. Nevertheless, finally all these issues have gone away. However, there is still a remaining problem as I am unable to receive international sms and this is a serious problem for me for a variety of reasons. I contacted my provider and asked for a sim replacement (I am currently on a eSIM) but not sure it will sort the problem. Any advice?

It’s not a perfect workaround, but here’s something that might help. I used Google Translate to generate a voicemail message like: “The person you are calling is unable to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone.” Then I played it aloud using the speaker function and recorded that instead of stating my name. The audio isn’t flawless, but it gets the point across. I’m with the others on this — I’d rather not share my name with potential scammers.

In order to access voicemail, i was forced to set up a personalised greeting. When i didn't want to.  None of the options in the voicemail settings suggest im able to change it to something generic. Why not? How do i get rid of the personalised greeting?

I can’t pick up any messages because I’ve not set a personalised greeting and PIN number.  this is really problematic as I can barely talk, certainly not well enough to record a message that would be usable, and the instructions to simply make any noise is infuriating because it is really useless to not have the greeting automated for disabled users.  and I don’t want to set a pin as the moment I set it I’ll have forgotten it again, and having to write it down just to get a voice mail meaning I can only do it at home isn’t accessible either.  the new accessibility standards cover this, is there any way to get rid of this ridiculous requirement without simply resorting to turning off the voicemails entirely which now appears to be my only option? 

I am in the USA and desperately need to use mobile data. Roaming is turned on, cap is extended and I have plenty of data on my account. Really need ID to sort what's going on. 

Not letting me make calls after an upgrade 

I received a text from iD mobile to say my new sim would be activated shortly.  I hadn’t requested one and on investigation the address on my account had been altered.  Trying to sort this is an nightmare as I have already wasted over 2 hours ‘chatting’  to 4 different agents.  They wouldn’t do anything as my address didn’t match the one on the account (no as the scammer had altered it).  My question is how do I now cancel my contract with them (pay monthly so no problem) when I cant log in my account? Then I have to contact everyone who has my mobile number (friends, doctors, nhs, etc) to amend to a new one.  How come it’s easy for a scammer to do this? 

Hi,When I paid the £99 deposit and processed my upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max it said it was next day delivery.Once the order was confirmed it then changed delivery to 20th November Please can you confirm that you have this phone available and that it will definitely be out for delivery on the 20th November?Many thanks,Karen

Since the 30th of October, I am not able to receive any OTP from banks or financial institutions. This is causing major probems.It seems several other people have reported the same problem on this discussion forum, but I an yet to see a resolution from ID mobile.
