I have upgraded but my account has not been adjusted I think I am going to be paying two bills why

Had to update  the ID app and now receiving "Sorry, your details do not match our records." message. Same issue on phone and PC. Received an email saying “Hi XXXXX, Great news - your iD Mobile online account has been created! To get started, simply log in and follow the steps to add your plan. Thanks, The iD Mobile Team” Followed the steps and it’s not working. Please sort. Thanks

I have little or no ID signal at my house and rely on WiFi calling .I notice I have a strong O2 signal but it states it FORRBIDEN ?My question is can I and should I be able to use O2 or EE network if it's available and if so why is it not working and what do I have to do to get a better signal ?Any help appreciated Thanks Tam

Trying to log in after the latest IDmobile phone app update, but can't get past the stage of entering my phone number details? It keeps saying the the details are incorrect, but phone number, surname and dob are a correct? Have tried the old phone number that came with my SIM years ago before transferring to my own number, but still no go? Need to get access to my latest bill.

I will definitely be leaving ID mobile absolutely disgusted the way I've e been treated, when i signed up i must have ordered 2 sims as i didn't know what i was doing, there was obviously no activity on the sim as i didn't know it existed a year on iv had tons of e-mails from a debt collection agency, I've  phoned you several times and talked to lots of different staff who say i will hear something in 7 days, still waiting i have talked to the debt collection agency who I've explained all this to, they said they where still waiting to hear from ID Mobile. This has caused me lots of stress at a time i really didn't need added stress. Ive been told i could get bad credit and ive never been in bad credit in my life also im trying to get a mortgage to make matters worse. Regards Tracey Gardiner. 

I am paying for unlimited data , calls and texts and yet I keep getting data warnings. I am have poor connection and my phone keeps turing off with no warning.

Hi all 🙂So, my contract ends in a few weeks and I want to stay with iD. At the moment I receive 250 GB of data for £14 a month, 12 month contract. On Money Saving Expert there is the same for £12 a month, (the link takes me to iD site) so I want to change to this, but if I go onto iD through my app, this contract does not exist.So, my question is, do I have to cancel my existing contract when it matures, and then rejoin and go through the whole joining up again, or am I being a tad daft and missing something?Thanks in advanceCheers Nick

Hi can anyone help please, I have just swapped over to iD and my phone will not make calls or receive texts. When I am looking helpful tips, It mentions about phone compatability ??????????????I’ve never heard anything like this before. I certainly would never have swapped over if I had seen this before hand.Is this true and if so is there a way I can cancel my deal at all or is there another way around it?cheers john 

With the upcoming ban on having undefined increases (CPI +%) in contracts for phone and broadband, I see some providers have started putting a fixed figure in their contracts. When are Id mobile rolling this out? Or are they going to leave it in as long as possible?I'm holding off taking out any contracts until this is clarified.

My wife has a Samsung Galaxy S7.  Under Network mode it says  "2G/3G/4G (auto connect)" but our present supplier (Smarty) says that after 3G switch off "even though your device has VoLTE capability, it won't work on SMARTY and some other providers due to a technical issue related to the timing of our VoLTE launch.”Before switching to ID, I want to be sure that the same issue will not arise with ID when 3G is switched off.The ID website lists the Galaxy S7 as compatible with its SIM only deals but it’s not clear whether this might change after 3G switch off.  The ID web site says: “If you have a 4G (VoLTE) Calling phone, but 4G is disabled within your phone settings, you’ll still be able to send texts and use your data, but you won’t be able to make calls.” but this still doesn’t resolve the issue.  I’m pretty sure the phone will work on 4G (as it seems to at present) but how do I find out if the VoLTE capability will be available with ID?  At present (with Smarty) ther

Today is upgrade day. I'd looked online yesterday via the website as the app wouldn't allow me to sign in and saw that the Google Pixel 9 was £31.99 per month with 10gb data and £39 upfront. Great, I thought, I'll wait til tomorrow and get this deal. So imagine my surprise when I looked on the app and the same deal was suddenly £35.99 per month, with the same data and upfront cost, yet when I checked on the website, it's still £31.99.Why is it still seemingly ok for existing customers to be charged more than new ones? I've been passed from pillar to post on the live chat, but nobody could tell me why there is such a price difference. Anyone in the community have an answer?

I received my new e-sim but no phone and I've just seen the £179 has been refunded back to my account. However online it's showing I have entered into a new 2 year contract with you and I can't reorder. Please help!

I wish to know when will ID Mobile be removed from my Credit Report as it shows its still active even though I've now ended my contract?I ended my contract 20th.October and paid the final bill.

Hi today my sim stopped working. It's the same phone, nothing has changed. I have 4g, the phone shows signal. Yet I try to make calls and it simply just sits there, no tone on daily. If someone calls me it's not ringing. Cuts off.  Help 

I had a load of saved voicemails from my nan who passed away on the 15th of October this year I've just gone to listen to them and they have gone , I'm heartbroken they were there everytime I've accessed my voicemail previously I pressed the save button after listening when I've had one from her and they have been there when I've picked up new messages but today all I got was you have 2 new messages no mention of saved messages I so want them back and want to know where they went 

In the last month I’ve noticed I can’t make or receive calls on my Samsung S10e at my workplace here in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire or at my parents home in West Wales. I can still send and receive texts though.I have recently seen the banner re 3G switched off and have followed all the advice and still can’t make or receive calls.My phone is on the approved list and has VoLTE  enabled. It was bought new and not locked to any network.I’m getting extremely frustrated at missing/not being able to make calls! Especially at my parents home as I have full 4G(LTE) and full signal - this has been infuriating as a family member has been in hospital recently. I have also missed lots of important business calls which is also infuriating!I also notice the huge quantity of messages about the shambles this 3G switch off is causing - if this isn’t sorted very soon I’m sacking off ID and switching to a network that actually bloody works!

There are similar posts about data roaming in Switzerland but none specific enough to solve my problem.While out of wifi, which works fine, I cannot make any calls, emails, sms-messages or go online. I have data roaming switched ON and a spending cap of £50, plus I’ve only started my new £24 pay montly plan 5 days ago and have tons of data left. I tried the iD chat bot which sadly was a complete waste of time, unable to answer any questions, no matter how simply put. Speaking to a human being would be nice. I understand that Switzerland is not part of the EU roaming zone as “it’s not in the EU” (well, nor is the UK!), but I really don’t care how much I pay for it, I NEED data roaming for work!! Please help.

Can see other people on here have had the same problem. When I try to redeem the Apple TV+ subscription I just get redirected to a page stating "UID missing or incorrect".Have already tried the live chat who initially tried to help but when the problem persisted could only suggest I contact Apple - which is obviously impossible!

I have had my iPhone 13 for about a year and have had problems with it since I got it. It doesn’t ring and goes straight to answerphone from some numbers, the reception is awful nobody can hear me no matter what area I’m in. I want my phone replaced. How do I do this? kelly

HiI had an Oppo phone which was on the EE network. I bought a Pixel phone and changed to the ID Mobile network. My Sim card (in Settings on the new Pixel phone) is showing my original number on Sim card 1. People who phone me and text me are using my original number. BUT, and here’s the twist, when I text or phone people, the number they see is the temporary number I was given while between networks.  What do I do so that the number people see is my original one and not the temporary one?ThanksBart
