Hi,I signed up to ID mobile last week. My signal has been terrible. I’m not able to send iMessages when out at work  I can’t access the internet either  I have an app for work on my phone to book on and off and this is taking forever to do, when I had no issues with my other provider  Am I still within the 14 day cooling off period because I am seriously thinking if moving to another provider Thanks any advice welcomed   

Phone showing emergency calls only although I am sitting next to wifi hub and 4G “auto connect”.  I have followed all online suggestions, new SIM card and gone back to factory settings and now at a complete loss as to what else I can do.  I am an “older” smart phone user and the language is a bit confusing but I have spent the last couple of days trying to sort this out but seem to be going roand and round and getting no where.   

Still no network after 3 days now,  so can't receive or make calls,  I'm sim only got a up-to-date phone which says is compatible I've done all the troubleshooting and still nothing..... might go with another provider

Rant alert!Summary: ID mobile security is not existent. My phone number was stolen! Yesterday at 09:24 I got a txt message to say a SIM activation was in process. I was unable to log into the account to deny it was me, I thought I would try again later as I was busy with work.Later that day I realised my phone signal was gone and only working from WiFi, checking my emails I can see that someone has reset my Amazon, PayPal and email account with my phone number so I was logged out! They were also able to work out my bank details from the accounts to try and access online banking. I managed to briefly get access to my accounts by using a recovery email, they then again kicked me out with the mobile phone number for password recovery method.I set up a live chat with ID mobile around 5pm and they advised me the phone number had been stopped, and to get another SIM, I opted to go to Currys and pick one up before the shut at 8pm. Hi I’m new to I’d mobile and just paid my first months bill of £10, I can see in manage my bills that the next November bill says -£15  what is a minus bill if I’m on a £10 monthly plan with zero cap? I’ve definitely not exceeded my usage as I only activated my account yesterday the 24th October due to losing my sim tray and waiting for a replacement.  

Hello, when my order was accepted, the phone was dispatched on the 22nd october 2024 but on the 23rd october, currys had requested for the parcel to be returned back to them from DPD so now it continues to say on the tracking details that “the parcel is on its way back from currys”  but no new delivery date has been given to me, so i don’t know what’s going on with the phone order.I didn’t get any updates on the new delivery date from DPD from ID Mobile or Currys and i need the new phone urgently for work.

I have been waiting 6 days for my phone to change from Vodafone to ID mobile, I think this is absolutely unacceptable & I am regretting changing over now. it’s caused me nothing but problems this week. it says that I cannot contact id mobile before 7 days, so I am guessing this happens a lot with them.

I’ve been with ID since April this year and have only recently not been able to send or receive any texts messages (iPhone). When prompted to put in my mobile number to create an account to post this query, it said that my details don’t match any that they had. How can this be resolved?

So u want me to pay my bill it should be £20 a month but I'd want 70 when I took out contract they told me no hidden charges and also was promised a data bolt on for unlimited data but only have 5gb called and done online chat got nothing back so not paying for a service I don't get and also not paying £70 as should be £20 Anyone else having this trouble 

My voicemail says I have no new messages after one has been left. I have checked this by phoning from another phone and leaving a message myself. No notification and just says you have no new messages

I know I'm not the only one, as much as ID will suggest to me its an issue with theirs/threes network. Everyone I know on either network is having major issues. Let's start. About 1 year ago around my renewal I noticed that signal was slightly poor in one area of my town and that phone calls were every poor. Assuming that i can have full  5g signal at the same time I assumed it was a faulty mast and would be fixed so stayed. One year later no improvement.  Now this last month it has got even worse since the the 3g switch off. I have spoken to someone at id and tried all the usual bullshit they suggest yet again. Rather than them admit there's a serious issue they come up with everything under the sun as a reason for it not working.  My main 2 complaints are having good service and no one being able to hear me properly, yet my end being perfectly clear.The other is a massive decrease in coverage If you're having these issues please let me know, I'm
