The phone contract £6 per month is not working and needs to be cancelled.  Even when the funds are paid for the monthly payment the phone will not work so this needs to be stopped.  Tried to ring 7777on the phone and onAlternative  phones but we cannot connect.  This is not acceptable and want this resolved immediately.   please contact on how to competed this please and cancel he last months. Hi i have had my phone delivered its s24 and comes with a free laptop but i need email  with  invoice number and the actual invoice showing that i actually got the s24 and the date of purchase i need this to get laptop of i cant get it i wont keep the phone the free laptop was a big part of me taking the contract out 

I had booked my port to take place 3 days ago but number still not ported. When entering details in to my ID App error message comes up saying it's booked in  but there is no reference to it an any of my emails from ID. How do I get confirmation when it  will transfer over? 

Is there a number to phone to speak to an actually human agent about upgrade options? I can only find the automatic phone line and I want to discuss my upgrade options with an advisor. Can someone tell me if there is a phone number I can call? Thanks

Hi there,  I order the iPhone 15 with a contract a few weeks ago. DPD have been trying to deliver my phone since 15th of Novemeber. DPD only deliver Mon - Fri 8am -6pm unfortunately I work these hours and cannot be home for this. They are unable to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place meaning I will never receive my phone.  I have contacted DPD to try and change my delivery options but they said I cannot do that and it needs to be done though you guys as you placed the order. If there is anyway, can I pay extra for this to be delivered at the weekend? Hi, I've have a Google pixel 7a on contract until May 2025. I'm having battery problems. It's only lasting for around and hour, if I'm lucky, when in use. I don't use phone during the day at work but the battery is dead by the end of the day. Surely a phones use should last as long as the contract at least.I don't have loads of apps, don't play games, I only really use for emails, social media, and calls.Is there any rules when in a contract and when the phone is not working properly?

Hi, the iD mobile website says: “You can order an iD Pay As You Go SIM card online, over the phone, or at any Currys store.” I went into my local Currys last night and they told me that it wasn’t possible to get one in store, and that I’d have to go online, but I can’t see an option to just order/pay for a PAYG sim? https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals/pay-as-you-goAre these monthly prices, or are these just one offs? So, for example can I pay £6 for the 1GB package, and for one month get unlimited calls and texts and 1GB of data, but then cancel it for next month and then just start paying for what you use?And on that note, I can’t even find the pricing any more, my mum is on iD and I’m trying to sign up my nan too, but the only pricing page I can find is this and it’s way more expensive than what my mum is paying 

After a number of texts telling me my phone (samsung xcover 5, android 14, oneui 6, updated today!) would speak 4g volte if I enabled it in the settings, I had a go.There is no 4g listed under settings> connections> mobile network> network mode (https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-xcover-5-android-11-0/connectivity/select-network-mode/, matching idmobile’s instructions).The coverage checker says I should be golden - “ Yes – Excellent service “.What else can I try?  My other phone’s a Nokia e5, so the SIM’s not gonna talk 4g in that… Thank you.

Hi, My partner has just taken out a new contract with ID and switched her number using a PAC code. The number has moved over to the new sim. But she has now just received a final bill from ID and now here SIM isn't working?  Can't make/received calls or texts. Please can anyone advise?  Thanks

Using both internet browser and the app, I cannot find the live chat button to chat to an agent. I have just taken out an id mobile contract from carphone warehouse and the signal and speeds are atrocious. So for data I will be getting another cheap SIM, however my phone only has one physical SIM slot and an esim slot. So I would like to change my id mobile physical SIM to an esim so I can use the other SIM from the other provider

Hello all. I've just set up my voicemail on my Samsung A35. I had to record my name to set the voicemail service up.Is there a way to revert back to the old system where one could just select a recorded generic message? ie, "This person is currently unavailable, please leave a message."For work purposes I don't want my name read out in my voice.I can't find a way round this, and I've been on live chat and followed all instructions.Thanks in advance for any replies.

I’ve had multiple people say that they have received a number not recognised message when I am out of signal, when I’m in signal it all works fine. I also do not receive missed call alerts from their call. 

I’ve tried to add a mobile plan for my Galaxy Watch Ultra but it says that it couldn’t set up your plan, make sure your phone is connected to a mobile network, then try again.The phone is connected to my iD network, this worked seamlessly when with my 3 network.Has anyone managed to add a watch to their plan?ThanksMark

Help:- I cannot phone out to my land line on my mobile and phone into my mobile from a land line phone.Here  are the facts for you to suggest whats wrong:-(1) I have brought a 4G SAMSUNG A20e "UNLOCKED" smart phone on eBay,as my old 3G is defunked.(2) My network ID MOBILE told me that my old sim would most probably work.Put it in the A20e but no go.I visited ID MOBILE in Southampton and got a new sim which had to activate on line. This I did; it worked!IMPORTANT ID MOBILE sent a text message to my A20e phone and I received it.So its connected to the ID network.But still no phone in/out.(3) Mobile tel No is { REMOVED } my landline home no is { REMOVED } Note my land line is working I've checked(4) When I try to phone every thing goes well at the start I can enter my home No and press start and the phoneseems to be working but no contact is made.On the text message sent by ID there were instructions to updatesettings for
