I need proof of usage for an insurance claim. How do i go about getting that?

Hello I transferred from O2 to ID mobile on Saturday via currys store. I gave them the PAC code and was told I would be transferred over today. I put iD mobile sim card on my phone however my number has not transferred over.

So online isn't letting me sign in, said they're sending me a text with a code - never sends. App updated to the new one so I said oh I'll try to log in... nope... not working either. Says error as soon as I enter my mobile number, last name and DOB. So can't access my account ever again! Thanks! Oh also I'm autistic - and this whole situation has caused me to have a massive meltdown - this would have all been avoided if ID had just stuck with the same app and had not changed anything. Thanks for making this so much more difficult than it has to be. I'm so tired, stressed and fed up... I just want to check my account and now I cant ever do it.

Hello, I am trying to make payment with my card via the app and it is not accepting my payment. It has before i dont know why all of a sudden its not.

I'm around 6 months into a,2 year contract with a s23. The phone seems to have an issue with the microphone where people say I'm very quiet. It's been sent off to be repaired by Samsung and they replaced some motherboard on the phone. Happy days. But I've still got the very quiet microphone. Sometimes people say it goes crack and then loud their end and it happens on everyone I speak to. How many times does it need repairing before they deem it as replaceable. Or where do I stand?

I was using ID mobile for 3 years with sim only, I have now taken out a new phone on contract but it isn’t updating on my ID App with my new monthly bill, although I have cancelled the previous monthly payments. I have tried to delete then re-install the app but still no update.

I lost my phone while on holiday. I have been into Currys today to get a new SIM card, they told me I can transfer my old number onto it but I’m unsure how to do this or get my PAC code without my phone. TIA

Hello. I purchased the Samsung s24 ultra recently and it came with a clear case. The problem is I want to take the case off for a new one and for the life of me I can't now get the case off. I've tried trying to insert things to lever it out but risk scratching my new phone ! Any ideas how to get the clear case off ?

Hello I have recently changed my contract & have received the new SIM card. As I was already with ID mobile can I not continue using the old one?

basically my old contract ended and i got a new one however i havent been able to login onto my social media or my email accounts due to 2fa being on the old number, ive tried many ways to work around it but this is my last resort even after trying to log into my old iD account it was coming up with an error. i have proof of billing details and everything most likely needed however i have lost the actual sim card but i will continue to try find it. please get back to me asap as my email accounts are the most important to me!

iD uses the Three network, so why is the performance so much poorer on Id? My wife is with Three and gets excellent coverage at home. I am with iD and often have no signal, in exactly the same location . It’s really annoying when waiting for a login passcode, to have to move away from the computer and wander around to get a signal. Can it be the phones? Mine is a Moto G7 plus, wife’s is a Moto G10. Both support the same frequency bands, neither is 5G.

The new app won't work for me. It's stuck in a loop saying oops something went wrong every time I log in 😔.

I’ve recently moved to iD Mobile. The mobile coverage is awful in my home and nearby streets. Unfortunately, the cancellation period is now over, so I’m stuck with it. With plans to remove 3G, will 4G coverage improve in time?

My contract: £8/month. Unlimited data, unlimited texts, data 10GB (which often rolls over to give 20MB) with a £5 cap.Most months my total bill is £13 (£8/month plus £5 cap?). The bill states “Rest of World Roaming £4.17” Can anyone tell me why I get this? My data allowance is hardly touched, so I would have thought I have plenty of “room”. As regards going abroad, I do travel (via a ship) to Norway a fair bit - Norway is included in the data roaming section, therefore I would have thought “OK”. Could it be I am being charged if I use the phone whilst in international waters, i.e. between the UK and Norway? Any pearls of wisdom gratefully rec’d. Thanks, Andy

Hello I referred a friend and she has received her £15 currys voucher but I haven't. It's been over 6 months now since she has been been a iD mobile customer. Why I haven't received my voucher?

Unfortunately my claims wasn't accepted because date on invoice was late. I paid upfront for phone and sim deal 26.02.24 129£ with delivery 01.03.24.Invoice date shows 29.01.24 was accepted. Now from 01.03.24 same phone and deal with upfront 70£ sounds more better. Should I have chance to claim airbuds and smart tag 2 ?

Any indications that the Xiaomi 14 and 14 ultra will be coming into stock in April, I know ID have done Xiaomi flagships in the past. Due upgrade as of Monday and find present choices very underwhelming. As things stand probably going to be heading off to Vodafone for the OnePlus 12.

I have just gone to look at my upgrade options, £44 a month as an upgrade, but if I look as a new customer the exact same phone and package is coming up at £40 a month, why is this? No existing customer deals??

Have lost phone (non ID) so need new ID sim to replace the one that was in it….Doesn’t seem to be a way to do this from my account, can you please advise?Thanks.

I work for NHS, out in a van every day, delivering vital equipment to people’s homes. I was with O2, data coverage was okay, I use Apple Maps every day. Since switching to ID the data coverage has been dreadful most places I go. Absolute rubbish, wish I had never changed network

Hello! I am new to ID Mobile. I had my new sim which put in to my new Google Pixel 7. Then ported my number to ID from O2 via PAC code. Everything has ported fine apart from RCS (Google Chat) messaging. If this is turned on the message sends from my temp ID Mobile Number - So the recipient see that temp number and not the number ive ported over. Things I have tried to resolve the issue without success so far: Cleared Messages Cache Cleared Google Play Cache Cleared Google Services Cache Turned messages off, Turned phoned off, waited for 30 mins, turned both back on Used Google RCS De-register service and entered my phone number. I also contacted live chat who to be honest seemed rather confused and didn't understand and tried telling me RCS was chargeable and i would need to up my cap (although I'm on unlimited data and its a data service 🤷🏻) Any kind folk out there go any bright ideas to get it working? TIA

Is it at all possible to shorten the time I need to wait for the PAC code to be ported over to my current ID sim?

Hi I am a new ID customer. I have received my SIM & added the ID app to my phone. The app needed my ID phone number & so I added it. But my number will change in a few days to my "old" phone number as it's in the process of being ported across from my old provider. Please could someone tell me if this number will then be automatically added & updated onto the app or do I need to do something. Thank you, Bob Speight
