I have just ordered eSim this morning, which has been activated on my phone.I did include the number I wanted to transfer and my PAC code in the order process. However, it looks like I didn’t specify a transfer date. Should I have? How long does it take for the number to transfer?I can see both sims on phone but my old O2 physical sim is still connected to my number.

I have an unlimited data only sim for my router and I am going to be traveling in Ireland (northern and ROI) for 6 weeks. Does the below statement from ID mean that the fair usage policy will not apply to me and I can use my unlimited data as if I was at home? 'our fair usage policy applies to all Roam Free destinations, excluding Ireland'TIA

My old number won't transfer over to my RCS chats. I have tried verifying my correct number but it always turns back to the incorrect number, I have tried resetting my phone, I have tried removing the sim card and then putting it back in, I have followed the instructions from Google by turning off RCS chats on my previous device and that hasn't worked. Really at a loss of what to do, can anyone offer some advice?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had actually had any luck in redeeming any of these MSE (gift cloud) sign up vouchers?When I signed up back in June I only did so due to the £30 Curry’s / Amazon voucher which was offered after 90 days of being a customer.  Well that time came & past a while ago, I contacted MSE who told me it was nothing to do with them & down to gift cloud. Having contacted gift cloud, they have finally come back to me stating that I’d mobile have refused it due to it being a “duplicated reward”!I’m at a loss to understand exactly what this means as I haven’t received any reward as yet so how can it have been duplicated?! I’m beginning to think this is all a scam.I’m already not very happy with the service & signal I recieve. Traveling a lot for work I find it hard to get a decent connection in a lot of places.Has anyone else actually got there giftcloud reward or had the same issues?Thanks all

About 4 days ago, I was unable to make or recieve calls.  Samsung A50s.  I can still make and receive texts and use data. It says 3 Network in the corner of my screen rather than ID mobile now, although I'm not sure if that was always the case.  I've tried the sim in two other phones. And i can make and receive calls, no problem.  I've tried other sims (but not ID mobile) in my Samsung A50s, and they work fine.  So the issue seems to be the ID Mobile sim not working fully with my Samsung.  I checked do not disturb and flight mode not on, and call forwarding etc, no issues there.  I reset the network link - took it off search network automatically and manual select - ID mobile doesn't come up but 3 Network does - which I assume is correct as they use 3. But even after selecting it manually, i still can't make or receive calls.  Finally I did a whole fac

I join ID mobile a few months ago. I can’t sent text messages. I have taken out the sim and reset the phone a number of times. It works for a bit then stops working. I have also checked my number is correct in phone and message settings 

Hi, I’m trying to log into the mobile ID app and it is saying that my details are incorrect. I’ve tried my whole families details and ran out of possibilities as to why this would be wrong. I am certain I am using the correct number and have to access the app today to sort a price cap for roaming in the USA. Thanks.

Hi, having followed the series of steps shown by ID Help, I am still unable to send a single, specific short code message. This is rather critical because I need to find out my Talktalk account number, done by messaging 361 with ACCOUNT NUMBER. I need to find out my Talktalk account number because without it I cannot link my ‘My Account’ back to my phone number/contract. Talktalk support have deregistered this connection during fault finding and are telling me to link it back in order to regain access to my ‘My Account’. I have a house move in 4 days and need access to My Account to instigate the move. Can’t get into My Account without the account number, cant get account number without getting into My Account.CATCH 22!Talktalk support is stunningly unhelpful, hours on the chat system, contradictory statements, unfulfiled return contact promises, the whole gamut, beginning to think I’ll be moving house with no ISP, and a contract still running which I cannot access!

I’ve just bought an e-sim to use in an i-phone SE but I can’t find a phone number anywhere. There’s no phone number currently with the phone so nothing to switch over.  Where do I find the phone number for the e-sim? The phone is showing “iD” as the network provider, but I can’t call out. Messages to other iPhones are sent from the iCloud address, messages to androids don’t send.  Please help!

Will I be charged while roaming in Ireland 

I have been using my ID mobile SIM all summer in a 5G router and its been working perfectly. Yet over the last week I don't get any Internet connection even though I have 4 bars on 5G.

07515789158I just had a weird call from this number as soon as I answered it – the line went dead. I dialled it back as I assumed it was a work call but the phone line was dead. I had a look at 07515 numbers and they seem to be O2.The 07515 prefix doesn’t appear to be a premium number but has been associated with HMRC scam calls. Just wondered if anybody had any insight as to this one. I have blocked it anyway in my Samsung android phone.  

Could someone tell me why I can’t make calls and receive calls please? This happened to me over weeks now. Very frustrating…

Hi Everyone, I think there a few of us here with the same issue.  I am unable to activate iMessage or Facetime on my Iphone 16. I have tried all of the resolution steps, none have worked. It’s now been 48 hours not fixed.  I’ve tried to raise a ticket to technical support via live chat. They advised me this is a known issue and would not raise a technical ticket for me as they are working on a fix “for all iphone 16” users.  Has anyone else had this feedback? They would not provide a timeline for the resolution. Brand new phone, can’t even use the functionality properly. Also spoke to apple who have advised everything is fine their end. Extremely frustrating as for some people they seem to be able to raise a ticket and get it fixed, others not.  Hoping a member of staff/community can respond appropriately as live chat aren’t the most helpful. Thanks. 

I am trying to make a call to a premium number but can't despite making a payment yesterday 

I switched over a few weeks ago and my mobile number has still not been transferred. I provided PAC code in application and then again on 9/10. I received a text stating switch will take place on 10/10 but nothing happened. When I enter the PAC code again (it is still valid) to request transfer once more it now states there is an issue, but I still got a text stating switch will take place on 17/10. Just want to know what is the current status as I am still paying bill with old provider as well.

I struggle to make a call in ex12 everyone complains the calls break up....no signal....enable WiFi calls and no different. Never had a problem with ee and sit right next to the hub!! So surely no problem with the hub...everything else works fine. Is there anything else I need to do to be sure it's going over the WiFi? Not that that having no service from id is bad enough. How do I get out of this contract on basis of no service!!

Hi, I switched network on the 24th September and never received a final bill.I have chatted to live chat twice asking for a  final bill who advised it was sent and the second time i chatted to support they said it would be generated on the 15th October and emailed to me which is never was. So now I get an email from letterrequests with a copy of my early September bill and not the final bill that should of been generated on the 25th september which is 1 day after switch.How hard is it to send a customer a final bill? Just wow!How can I get someone at ID Mobile to actually send me a copy of my final bill?

I'd mobile say 90 % plus coverage. But not here.No 4g or phone signal in Honley west yorkshire

Hey!  pretty much as described above but only in certain locations. My sim is an e-sim and it shows as having full 4G coverage (4 bars of cellular coverage too) when at work but for some reason I’m unable to use any data, send or receive sms, or make or receive any calls. I work in a city centre with good coverage too and there’s no reported issues on the coverage checker. this has been going on for a number of weeks.  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

I ordered a Sim a few days ago now and have not had any reply. The message was good news your order is being processed.Don't know how to get in touch with Idmobile to chase up this order.I feel like a credit check was made via carphone warehouse which has affected my score but still no reply or order.Thanks
