Nationwide Bank Scam Blocking
Hello, I am currently in disagreement with Nationwide Bank. They have repeatedly told me they have called me for outbound security, however I have not received a single call from them. They have now been telling me its possible my mobile provider could be blocking their number for scam protection. I have a feeling they just aren’t ringing me but saying they are. But just want to confirm whether ID Mobile block specific numbers on my behalf. I don’t know what number they are calling from however. My wife is an ID mobile customer and has had the exact same problem with nationwide, so I don’t think its any specific settings on my phone. Has anyone else had this issue? Or know any more about what it could possibly be? Thanks, David
