Hello all, can anyone help with roaming. It says i need to get a roam beyond pass as the place im going to isn’t in the free one. It says it does cover Jamaica but when I go to purchase one there isn’t a Jamaica option. Can anyone help please?

Am still not able to make or receive calls when am in my house if go outside its fine   Ive tried every thing thats been suggested on here ive missed a couple off important calls please help spoke to ID mobile few minths back and they was checking speed or sonething on my phone but bever heard back looks like i made the wrong choice switching to ID mobile never a problem when was with EE or 3

it says the switch has been successful and i have confirmation of my bills but i have no service no 4g or 5g no calls no text no nothing and i cant use my phone, i call and no one answers the phone

Just ported my old number to new id mobile account.  I think the transfer has worked (though still having issues with messaging app) but my iPhone still shows the temporary number as my primary number. I can’t overwrite the number myself. How do I get it to change?  

At the end of September I traded in my old phone as there was an offer of an extra £250 when getting a pixel 10.I followed all the instructions, entering the trade in order number on the dedicated form for the extra 250First problem was the return package didn't arrive.  I contacted support and eventually a package arrived. I returned my old phone and maybe a couple of weeks later I got the standard trade in price paid.I was already aware the extra 250 was a separate payment. However is still hasn't been paid. Despite several emails, I'm getting nowhere.Shortly I will be passing this to the Communications Ombudsman as making any progress to resolve the issue has been like banging my head against a brick wall  

I have recently swapped my phone but I keep getting ‘not registered on network’ errors when trying to make outbound calls.  Incoming calls appear to be going straight to answerphone.  Also, although not sure if it’s connected, the 4G network will not activate either.  Any ideas?

This morning I received a text from ID saying that “your India 5-Day Add-On with 10GB expires tomorrow”.Can anyone explain why I’d get this, considering I’m a brand-new customer with absolutely no need to contact anyone in India?

I want to transfer them to ID.Although both numbers are in my account with the other provider, one is used exclusively by my wife.What is the best way to transfer the numbers from mysingle account with the other rovider to two seperate accounts with ID - one for me and one for my wife.

Hi,i received a message from id mobile that reads:“just a heads up, your India 5-day Add-on with 10 gb expires tomorrow…”and it goes on providing a link BUT I did not buy (nor intend to buy) such a add-on and I don’t want to receive any advertising about such add-on. Can you please stop sending them?

I have repeatedly attempted to register my account and am unable to do so. So how can I cancel my account immediately. I have no wish to continue with idmobile

My new phone was faulty, had to send back to iD before they would send out a replacement. Now they’ve cancelled my plan and can’t get through to on chatbot to ask why they’ve cancelled my plan when I only ever wanted a replacement.It’s been really hard to get to the correct information from iD and every operator I’ve spoken to on the chat has given different information, cut me off or not listened to what the issue was.I just want a replacement phone and my contract - anyone else had this? 

Hi, week or so ago I took out a new ID simo plan via mobiles.co.uk. Was a customer of ID earlier this year on a different contract data speed where good in my local area, back before Three/Vodafone network merger and MOCN was a thing. Data speed and consistency is horrendous in my area now so will most likely cancel within 14 days.  Do I have to submit the request to cancel via cooling off to ID mobile or via the original retailer mobile.co.uk who is also owned by Currys like ID. If I cancel within 14 days how do I get a pac code since I've already ported my number to ID and what to keep it.

I’m an existing id customer and have bought a new esim only plan for my son for his first phone.  I’ve created a new account with a different email address but can’t add the new number to it?  It says sorry your details do not match our records?  grateful for any help

Hi iD Mobile,I’ve just seen a £40 default from an old account and I’m really upset about it. I understand reminders were sent, but at the time I’d lost access to the email & account and didn’t realise there was still a balance to pay.I’d really like to clear this up straight away and make things right. Is there any chance the default could be reviewed or removed as a goodwill gesture once it’s paid?
