I bought a phone with an iD mobile account in a Black Friday deal.  Since receiving the phone I have been unable to use the SIM card - it just says no signal. I have also tried to register for an iD mobile account but it keeps saying that my details are incorrect.I contacted the live chat for assistance and was told that the new number I have been given by iD mobile is connected to somebody else’s details.  The live chat people refuse to discuss anything with me because they say I am not the account holder because the details I am giving them do not match what is on their system.  I have emails from The Carphone Warehouse addressed to me and proving that I entered my details correctly when purchasing the phone and the contract as well as the invoice and a copy of the direct debit information which also has my details on it. When I contact The Carphone Warehouse to try to resolve the issue they say that my details are correct on their system and it is a problem with iD

Hi - I’m currently switching to ID and I’ve been given a PAC code (yesterday) by my current supplier which is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately - the message I receive on the ID switching site is: ‘Your PAC code will expire before we can process your switch’

I can't make or receive calls, I have full signal but just does nothing

Account is 2 days old but need to access urgent voicemails from medical care providers. It says visual voicemail not available - whatever that is? Tried ringing the number provided but it doesn’t ring. Is this a defect or do I have to wait for access, how long does this take!?

when trying to call, it doesn’t go through to any ringing, the line is just dead. also missed calls and can’t receive any calls - nothing pops up. texts are fine. internet also fine. i have gone through the chat bot help and got stuck in a loop of questions without any help. i have tried all of the suggested guidance from that but nothing has helped

Team, Can someone help me out with making calls? At the moment all phone calls are failing as soon as I hit the call button.So I checked my network settings and everything is still showing as vodafone!!Can someone help me to sort out so I can make mobile calls please? What am I supposed to do on my handset to get it going?Anyway,  when I check the mobile service setting on my phone, it comes up with Vodafone UK. If I click on network selection I have automated currently set but if I unset that I can chose vodafone, 3UK, EE etc. Am I supposed to select one of those?Also, I selected esim when I switched to ID Mobile and there is an option to “convert to eSim” on my phone. Am I supposed to do that?Other than mobile calls everything else works (probably because its going over the internet??).Thanks in advance.

I transferred details of my old telephone number on Friday using PAC and transfer number but was told that phone numbers are not transferred over the weekend so should be by the 8th October. I know I am probably being impatient here but I am desperate to get the number changed as my husband has health issues which require our gp surgery and hospital to contact us from time to time.

Old number hasn’t ported over

Hi has anyone else had this problem? I switched my old number(from 3) to I'd when I got a new contract lately, it went without trouble other than this, every time I call or text someone it's coming up as my number rather than my name(contact saved with old number).How do i sort it?

I'm messaging on behalf of my elderly mother who isn't tech savvy. I've tried using the online chat, but gave up as a bad job after being told the wait time was 90 mins!  When I joined iD you could actually speak to someone.Anyway, rant over, I convinced my mum to sign up to iD on a 12 month contract. Unfortunately, even though the coverage map says different, she isn't getting any calls in her home. No one can contact her.  I have the same issues when I'm visiting her.What options are available to her, I think she's already outside the cooling off period.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks, Stephen.

I've had this problem for the last 10 days or so, although I can still use texts & data. I tried all the actions in the 3G switch off advice but no luck. My phone is supposed to be 4G enabled. However the Network Mode in the phone's settings says LTE/3G/2G. Do I need a new sim from ID, or is there anything else I can do?

I’ve just joined iD and have activated my new eSIM. I want to transfer over my old number and I have the PAC code, but when I fill out the form on the website to switch my number it asks for my new iD phone number. I can’t seem to find this anywhere… it’s not on any of the iD welcome emails and it doesn’t appear when I go into my phone Settings either. How can I find out what my new number is?

How do I knock age restriction off on my phone 

My phone number is { REMOVED } and I pay £6 a month for my sim. I am unable to take any incoming calls or make any outgoing calls and it had been confirmed that my sim would appear to be faulty. I am quite dissatisfied with this as I pay my monthly bill on time by direct debit. Can you plesse sort this at your earliest convenience. 

I have had no help from Customer Services as they said they can't help and to go here instead.I have had so many emails saying that (*Username*, whatever that may be for each one) has replied to my comment. When going onto the community page, there's nothing to show for the more than 68 emails stating that these replies are there. I haven't had this issue before as with other posts, I have seen who has liked my comments, etc.It really baffles me as to why this is happening. Even when I go to check on any further comments from others, nothing has been updated as of yet. Even when liking others comments, it dissappears when I log back in.This is only happening on the latest post about taking photos of the stars/Samsung 24 giveaway.

Hi my coverage is shocking I cannot make a call without it dropping out. I would like to cancel my contract.

Joined I'd 3 months ago was good, now where I live no 4g data weak 5g (expected) calls work fine. Phone flips onto 4g and no internet. Elsewhere 4g works fine so nothing wrong with phone or settings. Told all mast's working as should be in my area. Not much help. I'd signal problem but not admitting.

I have been asked to pay a bill from a previous phone I no longer have for years and I am now been referred to a debt collector. I still own three phones under iD Mobile which I pay regularly.

I recently just got the iphone 16 pro and I am having trouble activating my imessages and facetime it looks to be common problem with an id sim sadly. I was wondering how I could get in contact with someone directly at id instead of the live chat bot that is no help? thanks

Hi,I switched my number from EE to a sim only with ID. All went smoothly. I got my eSim but seem to be unable to add it as the second Sim to my new Samsung A15 (which is also with ID)When I am scanning the QR Code, I am getting an option to add it to my watch? But I do not have a Samsung Watch.I have no idea, if I am simply to thick. But Is there an option to get a “normal” Sim instead of an eSim?

Hi,I decided to get a new contract via Carphone Warehouse but the phone wasn't for me.Returned the phone and contract is cancelled - requested PAC back but my number was cancelled by ID so can't text.Asked for them to send via email but it never arrived. Will I now lose my number - or can I get my PAC.Stuck in no mans land Paul
