I am trying to set up my account and it says that my details are not recognised. I kept my old number when switching but it does not recognise this. It recognises the id mobile number I was given but as I don’t have that number I cannot get the text to verify the account. Help please!

Received a Final Bill and the SIM hasnt been received after 6 working days. Therefore inactive and unused.Cancelled after 4 working days of ordering as old SIM had run out, expecting ID SIM to turn up. Now 7 working days on SIM has arrived was told we can use it as PAYG since they failed to deliver in due course.

I just ordered a return for the iD Mobile deal, as my town has no proper coverage. I don't know what to do to stop PAC. I marked it for Wednesday this week, but now I don’t want it to happen. I want to keep my number with my current provider. Please advise.

How do I turn off voicemail

I have moved from o2 to ID and everything is working fine but if I try to purchase anything online then payment is always declined despite funds available / card details correct et etc. My bank say it’s the mobile supplier’s problem but I’m not sure. Has anyone had this issue / can suggest a solution? Thanks”

I’ve chosen a phone for my upgrade last week and completed everything on the app and it said everything has gone through yet I still have yet to receive my confirmation email or anything. I figured this was because the phone was on pre order?  The upgrade I chose was a Black Friday deal to the google pixel 9pro at £36.99 a month and upfront cost of £9 of that helps.   

I have an orange eSIM  in an iPhone 12 I have just signed up to ID and been given an eSIM, which is working fine, but I have to keep switching between networks as my iPhone does not support two eSIMs can I exchange my ID eSIM for a physical SIM card?

Hi I upgraded my phone yesterday and I am meant to be receiving 100GB of data a month, yet only says im getting 20GB hoping this is a visual glitch as would be seriously disappointing if not 

My number is porting today (13/2/24) and I was disconnected from my old provider since 930am. The new iD mobile sim has said NO SIM in 3 different handsets. If i ring my number I get the option to leave a voicemail (not my old voicemail message) so I assume that the number has ported across. LIVE Chat say they cant help until after 6pm which is conveniently when they close for the day! Before I get the usual check this and that etc.. I have turned the phone to airplane mode - that didn't work. Done 3 reboots and that hasn't worked either.Any ideas or have i got a dodgy sim that needs to be replaced? HELP! I need my phone for work as a hotspot!

Returned to ID mobile and bought new phone and package. inserted new SIM but data not working. Old number ported today but still having data issues. Weirdly some emails come through on Garmin and show they are new but when I try to open them, it says I’m offline and to check network settings ( which shows ok I think!)Need urgent support to get resolved 

I referred a friend prior to April 2024, and to my understanding there used to be a separate link for instances such as this. I’m trying to view my reward, which I have previously been able to do, but now can’t find the required link for viewing a reward for a referral prior to April. Hello,I recently (01/12/2024) went to upgrade my contract from a Galaxy s22 with unlimited everything for just over £36pm  to a Pixel 9 pro with unlimited everything for around £34pm. I noted that the upgrades menu stated the pixel 9 pro was out of stock but still available to order so went agead with the order, adding a 10000ma power bank to the order at the checkout.A payment was taken of £19.99 for the powerbank, but nothing for the contract upgrade, and no confirmation email or anything. So what has happened? has the contract not gone through and I just bought a powerbank in an overly roundabout fashion, or does the contract not start until the new handset has been delivered? there has been no contact from iD either way so please could somebody help me out here - I dont want to be missing out on value from a lack of proper communication.  

DPD lost my parcel, tracking hasn't updated in over a week now. DPD informed me that my parcel is lost. I have been contacting ID everyday to contact DPD ASAP. I have been waiting over a week for this upgrade. Now I was informed that I have to wait up to 29 days for an investigation. Is this a joke. It is so ridiculous that I have to wait another month for an investigation for I phone that I do not have and I paid an up front deposit on. Why can't ID send me a replacement and deal with DPD in their own time and get their money and phone back if it's found. This is the worst customer service ever. I regret buying it from this company. This is the worst company ever, I will never use this again. I want my phone that I paid for. It is not my problem to now have to wait for some investigation. Check my tracking, it is clearly missing and DPD even told ID that it's missing.

DPD have confirmed they have lost my phone but I have been told I just wait 6 working days for my handset?To add insult to injury, I have been billed for a contract phone I have never ever received!   This phone is for a vulnerable customer who relies on the phone to act as a lifeline in the event of emergencies and as a result has been left at risk due to the lack of willingness to resolve this problem sooner.Has anyone else had this problem and what are my legal rights here because as far as I am concerned the provider has breached the contract by not providing what they claimed they would provide at point of purchase that clearly stated "next day delivery".ID are refusing to rectify this and they are also refusing to cancel the contract until investigation is complete.   It's understandable but when the tracking company has confirmed it is lost, I fail to see why I should be left in limbo and unable to get a deal elsewhere  while I wait for the investi

My Dad account was frauded around 12 to 18 months not long after he took out a contract with ID mobile. It was eventually sorted.However he has now tried to move networks and have been trying to get the phone unblocked as the tesco SIM won’t work in the phone. He has been told ID mobile do not block phones. However it would appear there is some sort of block on his phone to not allow it to work with another network.  He has spoke to numerous people and no one can help or explain what is happening or if there is anyway to get the issue resolved.He has a perfect phone that can no longer be used  so extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any experience of this or able to provide any more information. ID mobile have not been very helpful in their response to this issue. 

Over the past 2 weeks my average network speed has been declining and now I have hit the point where it is preventing me from working. I work from home and cant afford a proper broadband setup, and so rely on an unlimited data SIM with iD. frequently I have no internet access, or simple browser pages take minutes to load, messages can take up to 5mins to send (or just dont) and so on. Why is this happening? I need this rectifying as it is quite literally costing me amounts of money I can't afford through lost work.   (find attached the lowest and highest data speeds I have logged today. both are pretty awful)   fun  addendum: it took over half an hour to post this  as the internet was so slow the image upload kept

Found new deal with ID via car phone warehouse where I can preorder but can't find it with an upgrade
