For a week now I have been unable to use my phone (or the other phone on my account) keep being told to look at the settings over and over but it is not the phone. Got told to take the phone to Currys they confirmed their is nothing wrong with the handset the guy even proved it by putting his own sim card in my phone and it worked. Had several new sim cards each one failing to activate and spent hours on end taliking to iD mobile who say its with tech but no update. I have no ability for my childrens school to contact me, I have applied for jobs so now have no way to be contacted. HELP ME ID MOBILE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Hi all….I have a brand new IDMobile SIM which I have put into my brand new Nokia 106. When the SIM registers, the phone shows “Emergency Calls” and I can’t receive or make any calls/texts, etc.  Have tried SIM in both slots of the phone and it’s the same issue.Can’t test SIM in another phone as the 106 takes a Standard SIM size and all my other phones are Nano

I'm going to Poland for a few days at the end of the month - I don't plan to be using my phone for calls or texts, but I generally use mobile data when out and about (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.). Is there anything I need to do prior to going to ensure I will be able to do this while abroad, or will it connect OK to another provider out there? Also, is there any additional charge or cap to using mobile data in Poland that I should be aware of? If so is there a temporary bolt-on or package I can buy for the few days I'm over there? 

I brought an eSIM through mobiles.co.uk as I want to change from physical lebara sim to ID mobile eSIM while still keeping my lebara number. I originally tried to buy a Vodafone plan however that got canceled but now my PAC number is still associated with that request so the lady on the phone said I needed to contact ID directly to get this sorted before the eSIM can be used with you with my same number. Please let me know the next steps so I can keep my number working!I struggled to get through on the phone as it wanted an id mobile number that I dont have.

I requested and received my PAC code 3 days ago and sent it to Sky to activate my new Sim.Nothing has happened so far, so I now have 2 active accounts with different numbers and providers.  ID have called me everyday since- however, as soon as I answer the call they hang up! What's going on? 

I have a contract with ID mobile for unlimited data and an iphone 15. I don’t even know how much the phone total is. All I know is I’m paying £39.99 a month. I want to pay for the phone completely. How do I pay it off instead of paying for it monthly.

Can I delete a reply on the community page? I'm getting emails due to mistakenly entering the competition via the reply box to the on the community page and now I'm getting loads of emails saying other have done the same but to my competition entry.

Hi, I am a new customer to ID mobile, activating my sim to a new phone purchased through a contract yesterday.  Since going through the usual set up procedures, I have been greeted with my service not working for calls, messages or to use my data. I was expecting a seamless transition switching over to ID mobile using an eSIM, but it has been nothing short of shambolic.I reached out to the live chat this morning to raise my issue and was on with an agent for 2 hours. I was asked to try many things, to which not worked. Lastly the agent in live chat told me I needed a new eSIM and guaranteed me this would work.  Whilst the new eSIM was activating I got cut off from live chat. This meant that I left with 2 eSIMs. Also, as expected activating a new eSIM did not work, it has just confused matters even more, as I now have two eSIMs on the phone. I have been attempting to get back in contact through live chat and the phone all afternoon and into the evenin

Hi,4/5G works absolutely fine at home but in London (where I work) the signal is terrible. Can’t get messages/internet/phone calls without being on WIFI or for the odd minute it works. I'm passed the 14 days cooling off period now and I regret moving over.Is there anything I can to fix/help this or preferably what can I do to get out of my 2 year contract & revert back to my old Vodafone (which worked fine!!!)seriously unhappy customer. thank you!!

I've been having trouble making and receiving calls for a few weeks now, even when I'm connected to WiFi. I have the latest update and have switched the phone off a few times too. Everything else is working fine.

The ‘my number’ is showing in phone settings as the phones sim number and not the number I brought with me to iDMobile on a new iPhone 14 contract.  Some texts are delivered but say that they haven’t been. Others are not delivered at all with the same message. Also some texts look as though they’ve been delivered, but have not been received by the other person.My number is being shown on recipients phones as the original sim that came with this iPhone and not the number I gave to iDMobile with the PAC code when transferring. I’m about sick of all these glitches and would like to know about cancelling the contract.

Hi I paid my bill and for some reason my service still hasn't been turned on and I need to ring my workers as an urgent call and I can't do this because you service doesn't wanna turn back on forme

I have just registered with ID and installed my eSIM.  It seems near impossible to navigate this website, or find any useful help regarding transferring my old number.  I found information on google how to do so, and now it is asking for my transaction number which i was never given.  I  never recieved a welcome email from ID with this number on.  This is not looking very promising for first impressions, is it too much to expect to be able to speak with a human on the phone.  I am starting to regret my decision already.

Last Thursday I went to carphone warehouse and took out a new plan and new phone. I specifically asked for unlimited data . I only realised when I setup my id app he’d done the 100gb plan . I went back but said they’d have to cancel everything and do another credit check for a new contract which I don’t want. They say after 30 days I can change my plan to unlimited. 100gb monthly cost is £40.99 and it should be exactly the same for unlimited according to their website. When I change my plan to unlimited after 30 days will it be £40.99 ? Anyone help please

Recieved a text to say I had requested a PAC code, I hadn't so I went onto online support and after an hour I was told they had blocked the request, this morning I got a text stating transfer was complete, I contacted them again and said it would take 24- 48 hours to sort as PAC code wasn't blocked!! my phone is now not working, k sent a message on messenger and have now been told the fraud team will give me a decision in 30days by letter!!!! This is appalling. They quite clearly have a poor security system, how long has it taken to resolve for others? 

I've had an issue with my email, and can't  find the welcome email with my transaction number. I need to transfer my old number ASAP. please help

Am fed up not being able to check data usage via the app (no longer works - login just puts me into an eternal loop) - it’s time to move on.By the looks of it others are having this problem many recommendations for a different provider (15gb a month sim only)

Hi, I upgraded to the new idmobile app and it let's me log in with my email and password but when I input my last name, phone number and date of birth it doesn't recognise me. I see this is a common problem, what can I do to fix this? Thanks
