Hi I've just changed my phone and I can't log into my account it just says I'm putting in the wrong details but I'm not please advise!!

I’ve been with ID since April this year and have only recently not been able to send or receive any texts messages (iPhone). When prompted to put in my mobile number to create an account to post this query, it said that my details don’t match any that they had. How can this be resolved?

So u want me to pay my bill it should be £20 a month but I'd want 70 when I took out contract they told me no hidden charges and also was promised a data bolt on for unlimited data but only have 5gb called and done online chat got nothing back so not paying for a service I don't get and also not paying £70 as should be £20 Anyone else having this trouble 

My voicemail says I have no new messages after one has been left. I have checked this by phoning from another phone and leaving a message myself. No notification and just says you have no new messages 

I have 4 dots below the service bars on an iphone 15.  Any ideas how to correct this problem?

I know I'm not the only one, as much as ID will suggest to me its an issue with theirs/threes network. Everyone I know on either network is having major issues. Let's start. About 1 year ago around my renewal I noticed that signal was slightly poor in one area of my town and that phone calls were every poor. Assuming that i can have full  5g signal at the same time I assumed it was a faulty mast and would be fixed so stayed. One year later no improvement.  Now this last month it has got even worse since the the 3g switch off. I have spoken to someone at id and tried all the usual bullshit they suggest yet again. Rather than them admit there's a serious issue they come up with everything under the sun as a reason for it not working.  My main 2 complaints are having good service and no one being able to hear me properly, yet my end being perfectly clear.The other is a massive decrease in coverage If you're having these issues please let me know, I'm

So basically, my contract ends in 10 days, and I will then have an option to upgrade. However I don't wish to upgrade until the new Samsung is released in a few months.  Is this possible to wait before upgrading and if so will my monthly payments decrease considering my phone is now paid for?

This is insane. Never use ID Mobile!I had my phone stolen on a weekend. On the Monday I ordered a new ID Mobile SIM card via Currys as it suggests you do on this very website. After 2 days or so the SIM card arrived at my local Currys store so I picked up the SIM. You can only purchase pre-paid pay-as-you-go ID Mobile SIM cards from Currys, but since it said it on this website I assumed they could simply switch your number over to the new SIM. Bare in mind, I had already blocked my old SIM and handset via the ID Mobile user online portal. You can’t order a new SIM card directly from the user portal like every other mobile phone network in the country. You also can’t activate a new SIM manually via the user portal, you have to talk to an agent via ID Mobile’s Live Chat. So I went to the Live Chat module and got through to an agent who said they can activate my new replacement SIM for me, so I read out the code on the new SIM card and the agent said it might take up to a

Now that 3G has been turned off I can’t access the internet when I’m out and about. I’ve followed all the advice from ID mobile, my iOS is up to date with the latest download etc. but despite this I can only use my phone to access the net if I can find a wifi signal in a coffee shop, on the bus etc. it’s really frustrating and I’m on the point of switching to another mobile supplier. Is it just me or std other ID mobile users now cut off from the internet?  

Hi,I upgraded my account to the £16 all unlimited 2 year account but the app shows i have 42GB/5GB data plan. And the website says I’m paying £16 for 5GB data plan. I have left it a number of weeks just to see if it took time update. Kind Regards Joe

I have a PAC that doesn't expire until 12th Oct but when I provide this to iD mobile I get message that there isn't sufficient time to process this. But I've read that the switch can be done following day. This is frustrating as I don't want to be charged for another month on my old contract. 

Im not happy because when I need contacts well I actually think it will come they won't help me I get just don't go near the company I don't trust them 😭 😞 

I transferred my number from EE but was given a temporary number when I set my new phone up.For some reason the temporary number is stored against the phone in device info meaning I get an irritating “message failed to send” message for every text sent although they do go through. I can’t simply just edit the number and it is driving me crazy! Has anyone found a fix for this? 

Phone does not connect can't make any calls I have a Samsung phone purchased from ID last year which was suppose to be 5G and up to date. Suddenly today I can't make any calls

I sent my phone for trade in 3 weeks ago with an agreed amount of £150 but have had NO response from the Currys trade in email that has been suggested. My carrier states the phone was received so now you have my phone but are not paying up what is owed and are ghosting me!! 

Have a issue with porting my number over from O2. Its been a week now and still not done. I cannot receive calls from any other network but 3 and texts dont work except I can send them to people on 3 but they cannot send to me. Raised time and again with iD and I even have a complaint number buts still not resolved. Any suggestions as cannot speak to a person
