Both have a MotoG6, fully paid bills, etc. We’ve tried calling each other, calling friends with no luck. Can still send a receive texts.Tried switching phones on and off, checking the ID access point settings, switching on and off roaming, flights modes, wifi.Partner is awaiting a call back from the doctor, so not great.Any other ideas?

Number transfer hasn’t happened as promised, can anyone advise when this may happen. I am unable to log in as neither no are recognised. Not a good start to a new contract, wishing I had stayed with O2 and they were dreadful!

My out going calls are fine but people trying to ring me are getting the message ‘call failed for some and number not recognised for others’. I tried from a phone just 4 feet away and got the same message 2 times then it connected.I have factory reset the phone. Put the sim in another phone and still the same problem.I have tried moving to another room and also moving outside, but still the same problem.Do you think that there maybe a problem with my sim and if I got a new sim it may work? 

I cannot make or receive any calls and it is not to do with bad service or Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data” option is set to “5G Auto”. I have also turned off and turned on phone and it runs on 4G or above. Any help please as it is really affecting my work?

Hi there, I am trying to access the app so I can raise my cap to make international calls. I was previously logged into the app, but this time was prompted to re-register. When trying to add my iD Mobile number, I get to the stage where I have entered my mobile number, last name and date of birth and it sends me a code, but every time I enter the code I get an error message saying ‘oops, something went wrong’. I have tried multiple times and am entering the code correctly. Please advise as I currently can’t access anything. 

HiI have been with ID for years, I'm trying to port a number from 3 to use with ID and have the PAC code. when I use the form on the ID website it is asking for a “transaction” number which I do not have anywhere. It seems the transaction number is given when the contract with ID starts, I don’t have the original letter.Thanks

Hi,my sim stopped working so I downloaded the eSIM onto my old phone as new phone wasn’t here - now I have my new phone but it has no sim and can’t transfer eSIM please help

Have just switched to ID from Smarty as I was enticed by the roaming data available (30GB compared to my previous provider 15GB) as I’m going to Spain & France for 6 weeks.  Then received an email from ID today telling me to check my APN settings.  Couldn’t find these in the settings menu on my iphone 15, so searched the articles and stumbled across the issues people were having with using data whilst roaming.  I’ve downloaded the unlockit.co.nz app and installed the id carrier settings, but am nervous that this wont work and I’ll be left without data whilst abroad for the 6 weeks.So my question is whether there is any way to check if I will be able to roam using my data before I actually go abroad, or will I have to chance it?  Or do I cancel my switch and go back to my previous provider (where I could manually change the APN settings)?

My phone has suddenly stopped receiving and making calls. I have 5G but when I make a call the network drops and the call fails. I can send and receive text messages though 🤷‍♀️! Anyone else had this problem? 

Got my new iPhone delivered on Friday, but can’t get my new sim to receive a signal. I thought the sim just hadn’t been activated yet but I have since read that they are sent out activated.  I also can’t use my PUK code to activate my old number to the new sim.  Could someone help please?

today i moced from O2 to ID mobile. i have the text to say service has started but cannot make or receive calls on the ID sim, i have taken my number with me 

I've had a 1.5gbp plan for ages. I was given 500mb complimentary every month's as well. This data was getting rolled over prior to the app update . Now I can only see 1.5gb data. The extra 500mb is gonr.  And nothinh is getting rolled over! Where do I see rollover on the app? I have made no plan changes.  Can you please fix? 

My dad is having trouble logging into his iD mobile app, and I think I know the reason why.I think prior to porting his number to iD a few years ago I entered an incorrect date of birth. Is there any way I could get this rectified? Could someone from iD contact me. My dad simply wants to be able to log in to the app and view his billing each month.

I have switched to IDD however my phone number has not. I don’t remember seeing an option to select a date for me to swap numbers from my old provider however I certainly do want to keep my old number. I have tried to request a PAC but it does not work, and I have also tried filling in a form but it says my PAC isn’t verified? IDD do not have a call service unless it is automated and I really need help. I need help from an actual agent. what do i do? 

I thought i had lost my phone but i found it later in the day.But i blocked the ID Mobile Sim Card to be on the safe side. I am now trying to reactivate the Sim Card but you are sending me a one time passcode when my Sim Card is blocked.Why are you sending me a code to a phone that is blocked.

The way to contact ID mobile for help and address our issues seem to be way too robotic there is only access to help through live chat which isn't able to understand our needs and we need to have actual people who can answer to us by phone to better the lives of everyone who needs help from our phone provider IDMobile. Thank you very much for reading this I hope we can get a response as soon as on behalf of everyone using IDMobile and those who may choose to join the Provider.

Hello, I have just joined iD and took out a plan which has unlimited data. The app says that I have 100GB allowance and 0 remaining. I can’t find how to contact iD to sort this? Thanks,   

I've been trying to log onto the ID Mobile but it's always saying, sorry etc and nothing is there. So I can't retrieve my statements to actually pay it. It's just a waste of time, this company, they've given me a bad credit score now because of all this, it's their fault this has happened. I cancelled the DD as I thought that I didn't owe them anymore as I'd stopped using the mobile after the contract had ended. Though I think they've added more money on the account as they said beforehand that I didn't owe them anymore. So who's right or wrong here? Mobile companies are always ripping off people when contract ends they're still charging you even you don't use the mobiles. I've had it done to me many times, it's wrong. So I'm not sure how this can be rectified as I'm unable to get through to them.

Hi, I bought a breeze esim for my Galaxy S23 FE with ID mobile. When I click on add eSim it just spins and then stops. I can’t get beyond that. Can anyone advise? Esim is for USA. Thanks.
