Can you please give me an extension for my bill for the next two weeks I am struggling at the moment due to living costs so I would much appreciate it if you could not terminate my line until two weeks from today and I will promise to pay thank you

I had no electricity for 24 hours but I could not call the electricity companies freephone (900) number to get this resolved.  No other numbers anre available as Spanish rules that utility emergency contacts must be 900 numbers.  I had to go to a neighbours to use their phone.  Surely this is not acceptable as the nature of these numbers are for emergencies.

I have two plans - 5GB and 20GB. Can I swap the phone numbers on them?

The signal is rubbish I never have internet 😡 and I need my phone for work I am so upset I made the move to you guys how can I stop my contract and go back to a better provider

Hi im having issues with my signal in Salford hospital can you help with this cos irs really bad 

DPD lost my parcel and they won’t even cooperate or help me with it. I’ve been trying to get answers for over two weeks now, but no one is taking responsibility. The parcel had all my personal belongings and prescribed medication — I’m an international student who just came here for studies, and this has caused me a lot of stress. I even asked my sender to raise an investigation, but DPD replied saying they can’t because it’s been more than 14 days, even though I’ve been contacting them constantly since the very beginning! They’re not even willing to locate the parcel, offer compensation, or take accountability. I even offered to pay extra charges if someone could just help me find it, but they refused. This level of negligence and lack of empathy is unbelievable.

Hoping to find some help here, the 5g in my area was amazing up until a few months back when it broke…I used live chat to talk to someone who seemed helpful at the time and checked for me. I’d already checked the coverage map and it said there was an issue that they’re looking into. I was told this issue would be fixed at midnight. Many weeks later and no 5g, which a lot of us rely on for work. I used live chat again but got nowhere and eventually was ignored.Theres no phone number for ID to speak to anyone and curry’s who are the in person stores can’t help with this, so here I am trying this route.Can you please fix the 5g antenna, please?Otherwise you’re going to loose a long time customer and 5 other colleagues to the likes of EE who have working coverage in the area and are easy to talk to.Thank you.

Hi I am trying to log in to my account to cancel my sim as it’s out of contract but I only use it as data in my iPad so the pone is not connected to receive Tex so I can’t get in, this is very frustrating as there are no numbers to ring or I can’t find an email address to get in touch with any one, help would be very much appreciated 

Hi, I joined last week and today I was supposed to switch to my old phone number today. But a big bad surprise awaited for me today as the old number died in my other phone but it did not transfer to the new phone. I contacted customer support and they blamed the old provider (O2) for the issue and do not know when (if?)  it will be sorted. Now, I had that phone number for many years and I had several providers and I have never faced an issue like this….I am appalled and I am already regretting having joined this provider. 

Please can someone from iD mobile check for me if my SIM is activated? I have no mobile reception, only WiFi. This is driving me demented! 

I have started a contract with an ESIM however discovered later that my phone is not compatible. I cannot find any way to contact customer services and I am being charged for a sim I cannot use. Is there any way to change this? I cannot find a number to contact and the automated chat doesn’t help as it doesn’t understand my questions.

I’m using the iPhone 16 and I have had multiple people tell me that I break up constantly on the phone. I tend to get 1--2 bars only, when checking the coverage checker it says I should get “excellent” coverage and 4 bars. If I go outside into the street, I will get 3 bars, but inside is never above 2. I never had any problems on my previous provider.I’ve also enabled Wi-Fi Calling, but that only seems to activate if I turn on aeroplane mode, is that correct behaviour? And is there a way I can just force that on? I’m just very disappointed right now, being able to make clear phone calls is about the bar minimum I expect. I have restarted my phone and router, updated to the latest version of iOS, turned aeroplane mode on for a minute and turned it off and nothing seems to improve the signal. I’ve looked into “mobile boosters” but I don’t know how well they work, if at all.

Recently my brother passed away and I have been off work for 3 weeks trying to deal with the loss and not being able to pay my bill this month but cant afford to have it suspended either can they help, can I pay double next month as im now back at work and could afford to do that? Thank you 

My Data Service has been poor this week, listening to internet radio out and about at lunch, and it has been dropping in and out quite often, which is unusual as for the last 18 months its been great, this was the reason i moved to iD from my previous network that kept dropping out!I hope this is just a blip, or I will need to move on again!  

I have had the s24 ultra for the last few months and the phone itself has been great other than calling people which is the whole purpose of having a phone,  when I call company's who use call centres , all of them tend to not be able to hear me they say my call is cutting out , I have tried my sim card in an iPhone and the calls to the same places has been flawless , has anyone else had this issue , I also had this issue with my previous s21 , thanks in advance 

Hi, I’m using an iD Mobile PAYG eSIM on an iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 18).I’m currently roaming in Spain and connected to the Orange network.Calls, texts, and mobile data all fail, even though the phone shows signal. Safari says “Connection not secure” and other browsers say “No Internet.”I’ve already reset network settings, turned data roaming on/off, manually selected Orange, and restarted the phone.Please can you re-provision my roaming profile and reset my roaming/data bearer permissions on your system? It looks like the line is registered on the network but data access isn’t authorised.

I have a new iphone, and using a PAC code came across from O2 to mobile iD. I am pretty sure I have activated the SIM (I asked for a physical SIM). Does anyone have any suggestions? I can’t find a completion email, also can’t work out how to request this again!Yours in desperation!

I upgraded to the Pixel 10 on 28 August which was in the promotion period for getting a £100 Currys voucher when you got a 10.There is something I want to buy ar Currys for £600 so the voucher would be very handy! Has anyone had theirs yet? Any idea when it will come as it is now over 30 days since the promo finished.

2 phones were taken out fraudulently in my name and I found it on my credit report. I reported this to iD 15th Sept. They removed 1 phone but not the other so I am getting missed payments and my credit score is dropping. I keep calling but they just say I need to wait 30 days but it's been longer than 30 days now. I am applying for a mortgage so this is the worst time and they don't seem to care. Is anyone else having this issue?

I can see from previous posts this is a historic issue so how do I get my gift cards working please? I received them quickly after placing SIM only orders on 26th August 2025 but went to use them yesterday and one comes up with error and the other says balance of zero when I checked the cards using the online balance checker

It appears in the billing history that I was billed twice in the months of July and August. Can you tell me if this is correct?
