Hi, I have recently moved to I’d and my phone has transferred over now I have no network coverage? Nothing on my phone is working unless through WiFi?

Tried everything , live chat not opening tried several brawsers. 

My contract with you is up for renewl in 41 days and I was wondering if you plan on stocking the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, as this phone is of interest to me.

There is no phone service in my area and has not been for the last 24 hours at least. How can I find out what is happening and when the fault will be fixed?

I am being overcharged. My contract is £47 but they taking out £64. Who to contact?? 

Pretty much as per title.I was on a PAYG sim with ID mobile, but because you can’t upgrade while keeping the same number, I had to switch to Honest mobile and then back to ID mobile. This happened in the span of a couple of days.When switching back, ID mobile gave me an eSIM. I activated it and it worked fine -- I could call, send SMSs, and had 5G. However, on the day the number was supposed to be ported, the eSIM stopped working. The very moment the number was ported, I lost all signal on my ID mobile eSIM -- no calls, no SMSs, and obviously no data.I reached out to support and they told me the usual -- try to reset the settings on your phone, bla bla bla. I went through a million useless steps, and it was still not working. They then issued a new eSIM.The new eSIM also doesn’t work -- just like the previous one, the network returns “DENIED” when my sim tries to connect to the antenna, basically. I’m a software engineer and looked into the SIM -- the net

I’ve purchased a deal from ID mobile last year, iPhone max pro.  However since the I’ve found mobile data very problematic.  Mobile data is slow and very patchy. I can use data is a particular location one day, the next day it won’t work at all.  Restarting the phone makes no difference.  This is in the Swindon area. I was in central London last week outside the British Museum went you use maps and no data. Ive gone to the conclusion either the phone has an issue or the data service provided by ID mobile does!?! Data access is very important to be, more so than phone given my use of music streaming, maps, browsing etc.Any suggestions?

I transfer my o2 line to ID but phone call not possible. Why? Internet perfect working but call signal not working

Got a contract and old payg need the number from old payg to new contract, how?

Hi everyone. I'm confused. I finally got my new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. Yay. I got my PAC from O2 this past Monday and did what I had to on ID mobile site to register the PAC with them and got the text to say we have the number switch over request for the following day. Tuesday came and went and nothing happened. I got an email notifying me of the delay and that ID mobile are working on it and shortly will credit my account due to the delay. Wednesday evening my old imported number shows now as the number on my phone when you look in the SIM area of the network settings and also when you look at the RCS setting in the messages.  I can receive calls from some people on my ported number on the new phone and some calls still go through to the old phone. Why? Likewise with texts, I can receive most texts on the new phone with the imported number. I can send to my parents who are iPhone users but when they reply it comes through on the old phone.

Just wondered if anyone has had similar problems. Signed up for ID Mobile last week. I was assured everything would be seamless. It seems there's a different definition of 'seamless' in ID Mobile land!The sign up - no problem The PAC milarkey was all doneThe new sim arrived the next day and I did as instructed i. e. Take out the old sim, put it in the new one..... Nice and simple.Now the fun starts! Turn the phone on and I have a new number. No one is answering my calls as they don't recognise my number. I'm sending texts but they are from the new number. Friends and family have no idea what's going on. Neither have I as I'm not the one receiving the calls/texts. ID Mobile  then tell me my switch over date is 4 days time. The old sim goes back in and I wait. On switch over day nothing happens all day until 7pm. By now I'm messaging IDM. I'm assured everything will be wonderful once the switch is done. 7pm and we s

Switched to ID as needed an eSIM not physical one Quite like the new issued number but obvs need to retain my old one. Is there a method to keep the newly issued number on 2nd phone?

I have been having a issue with my sim as I can text no problem but can't call out or receive calls every time time I try to call it says not on a register network yet have no problem texting I have tried changing sim to sim 2  same issue have changed phone and does work in different phone but don't understand why won't work in my Samsung a20e was working fine last week and now stopped. 

I would like to use my SIM in a portable router rather than using the hotspot on my phone. DO I need to change the settings? 

So noticed ID use a pin system, I had to stop using Amazon for expensive items for this reason, our house is empty 8-4pm 5 days per week, DPD are in my area 12-2pm so I can see the issues already and in NI they don't have weekend deliveries.  Any solutions to this issue? Had I of know about this pin situation I wouldn't have ordered 

Is it really 30p per MB in Australia?   Thats £300 per GB which is an amazing rip off if I am right.   Do IE not do anything cheaper?

My phone is damaged beyond reasonable price and I have 7months to the end of my contract. Can I buy out the contract (pay off the 7months) and take out a new ID mobile contract?

So today I upgraded my phone from iPhone 13 to an 15 plus. I selected an ESIM contract however since then on my current phone I am unable to call or to receive calls. I am still waiting for delivery of my new phone.  I have activated my ESIM but still no joy. I have now 2 separate signal bars ? The bottom bar has signal the top has no service.  I’ve tried to turn i message on and off, restarted my phone, I’ve checked the service area and still not happening. What’s going on  

Hi I got my new sim and put in another phone until my 3 sim expired due to pac . I then put the ID sim into my iPhone 12 .. trouble is my old number hasn’t imported and on account my new number still showing! How do I get my old number back as I’ve already given pac code to ID Mobile.. thanks 

My iPhone won’t connect to my iMessages and I have done all the steps you have told me to try 

Changed over from O2 to ID today. Brand new iPhone 16 Plus. Can make calls (since updating MY Number in Apps - thanks to this Community posts) but still can’t receive calls. I do revceive notification messages that I have missed calls.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I am using my phone abroad, iD eSIM is switched off. Data switched to mobile only. No network signal on my phone. Despite this have incurred charges of £34. My data allowance is 5GB but I thought if I was using the phone to make WhatsApp calls via wifi it did not eat into my data? I cannot access any information to see what has caused me to incur charges out of plan, it just shows a total, not a detailed breakdown. My bill was capped at £20 so not even sure how a bill of £34 is even possible? Cannot seem to connect to iD via Chat either, which is irritating 

What is wrong with this supplier for gods sake. I have had my i still line now over 6 months. I was told when I took it out that I coukd apply for a 2nd line for my daughter so I could upgrade her old handset and move from O2 and keep my bills together. I have been declined the dam credit so many times yet my score is still well over 900 on experion and 610 on clear score. The email keeps saying failed a credit check. I have checked my credit score and nothing g is wrong with it yet I can't get the 2nd line I want. Feel totally mislead as I made it very clear I wanted the 2nd line ASAP. Yet I am still not able to get it. Had several emails to say I can apply yet when I do it is declined. It's a bloody joke. Anyone else have any ideas what I can do? Thanks for your time.

Good Morning, I purchased a pixel 9 for my son and although he has WiFi he can’t send or receive calls and texts. I did the switch with the PAC and he has kept his old number. I read to go on app however I can’t set this up as his phone is not receiving texts it accepts the details but we don’t get the code. Please Help! 

have had an email me thanking me for an account query. i have not made a query and have been a revent scam victim through ID Mobile so am naturally comcerned why i would have received this email in case someone else has accessed my account again.  how do i chat to an assistant to ensure what contact was made about my account, as it was not made by me!
