Hello. I recently switched from 3 to ID mobile, and I used a PAC code to keep the same phone number. However, once I had set up my new ESim, I was given the option of choosing a primary and secondary number, so I chose my old phone number to be my primary. I am confused as to the point of this secondary number, as I was under the impression that my oils phone number would carry over when I switched to ID. Does anyone have the answer? 

I recently purchased an ID sim card, 30GB esim, because my data where i live through Sky was shockingly bad. There are a couple of 3 masts not far away on the development I live on so I thought I would get a good speed. When I was testing after installing the esim I was getting great speeds. I switched off my home wifi so I was using the ID data and testing through the iphone Okla speedtest app. being happy with the speeds I decided to fully switch over so I ported my number from Sky to ID, this happened yesterday and process was smooth enough from what I can tell, all done before midday on the day selected.I have noticed however that if I try to perform a speedtest using the app now it doesn’t connect, just errors saying it can’t reach Speedtest. Data does seem to be working ok, if I use a speedtest through the chrome browser I get results, apps seem to work (sport apps, youtube, etc), everything seems to stream and work but I can’t verify my speeds using the I

Hello. My bill on the app is showing that I have gone over my data allowance by around 75gb. I have not received any messages saying I am at 80% of my allowance. I also have a bill cap at £75 (I changed it today to £20) and had no notification of hitting the limit or my data stopping working. what’s going on here as 75gb is a massive amount to be charged for the extra data. I moved from an unlimited data monthly contract last month. thanks i have just seen another post that shows the data usage as 325gb/250gband someone said that this means they have 325gb left and the rest is rollover.is this correct? ben

Hi I have just took out a offer via email it's a 24 month deal with handset .but I am already on id SIM only deal How do I keep my number? .Do I go on pay as you go or do I port out to another provider and then get a PAC code from them and port my number to the new id 24 months contract SIM. what's the best way please cheers.

I’ve had no phone or internet connection for over an hr now. My husband and son are on ID too and are the same.Can’t find any info about network outage. Had to use another hotspot from another network.anyone have any clue what’s going on?

Hi community, the past week I can’t make calls but data and SMS works fine.My phone is an iPhone 13 Pro Max I know there was a 3G shutoff but I don’t think this would affect me being in the north west area. My partner has the same contract on an iPhone 11 and that works fine. Tried all troubleshooting steps found online apart from a replacement sim as I’m using an eSIM which I’ve had reset. My phone was on a ID 24 month contract and was paid off a few months ago.Checked with ID live chat who couldn’t see any issues, I’m starting to think signing up to a 12 month sim has been a terrible idea. Hopefully this is a good enough reason to switch providers as it’s causing a few issues.

All  Is there anyone who knows how to contact these muppets by phone or email. Upgraded last night, new phone arrives mid morning but Im at work. Existing phone gets SIM disabled so now I cant make any calls and not home till later. I just know this E-sim phone wont set up tonight so I will be left with no phone and noone to call apart from robots, or ask people on here to do their support for them Aaaaaaaaaaaaaarghhhhhhh!!!!!!

I upgraded near a week ago and I got the eSIM email before receiving my new phone, when I did my current service and data dropped out as I assume they switched my contract over. I activated it on that phone, now I have the new phone but the qr isn’t working and I can’t get it working on my new phone, any suggestions?

Hello,I signed up to ID moblie last week and received my SIM card and transferred my old number over this week. I have 5G but no signal or actual service on my new SIM card. It will not allow me to make calls or receive them or text messages. Nor will it let me open FaceTime etc. I have restarted my phone many times and did a software update. Nothing is working. Please could I have some assistance and help.Thanks

I'm on ESA and don't get much left to pay for my contract I only had enough to pay £19.99 a month but for some reason it's gone up to above £24 a month out of the blue.

Is there any reason why I can no longer see unbilled usage in the new app. Same issue occurs on both Android and iOS.I can no longer find this post update so if it’s still there I’d be grateful if you can confirm how I find it.Stuart

Hi, hope that someone can help me or at least give some advice. I requested to move my number to ID mobile. Just set up the new phone, put in the new sim card. I received an initial text message saying that transfer request has been received and it will be done tomorrow (02/10/2024). A minute later I received another, this time welcoming message saying that my number is completely different. I am a little bit confused right now. Is it a temporary phone number until the transfer will be completed or something has been messed up? Thank you for any help/advice.

I have been with ID coming up to 10 years and my signal has always been quite bad but it has come to a point where it is bad in towns. I have tried switching to 3G but doesn't seem to make s difference. My postcode is PE14. Thank you.

When I call an 0345 number, there is no sound on the other end. It doesn’t ring and doesn’t have any message. I have Premium numbers switched on in my account. Why can’t I call these numbers?

For some time now my phone calls are failing.  When making a call, it connects (80% of the time) but after the call starts it gets progressively worse after a few seconds, going form patchy to complete failure and cut off.   It’s getting silly now. The fundamental function of a phone is to make phone calls and it doesn’t. signal is very good with 4G.  Same thing happens on Wi-Fi calling with very good internet connection and speed.  It’s not a signal issue.  All phones are modem iPhones and all have the same problem so not an old phone issue or individual phone issue - We have 4 ID SIM contracts in our house and all are experiencing the same problem. Tried the make a complaint form but you get no confirmation anything has been sent or received.  Tried the online chat but only got a robot or human unable to think for themselves.  Not had any emails back.  Not had any calls back, not that they’d work anyway! please can someone advise when the

I bought two sims. One for son and one for myself. Somehow I transferred my old number to my son’s sim. He has 5g a month and I have 100g.  So ideally I need to have my number on my sim!!

My latest problem with ID! My phone is unable to make calls to a landline. It has no problem connecting to a mobile number though. I have updated the software. I have turned off focus. I have reset the network but I am still unable to connect. What can I do as it is a new phone iPhone-13.

Hi. I’ve tried all the tips but still cant seem to fix this. I just can’t seem to receive verification texts. Other texts I receive no problem. Is it something at ID Mobile’s end that they need to flick a switch? Please help as this is driving me nuts!

I’ve tried every possible combination and looked at the useless guide page which implies a person wouldn’t know their own name or birthday and I still get this message. Also when I try to reset the password of a potential different account I don’t get any emails through at all and this has been happening for months now it’s becoming an actual joke.
