Hello, ever since I switched to id there is no network even when I'm outside. Can anyone help

Please can ID mobile please send out a replacement sim asap please. I lost my phone and it’s used as a medical device, so urgently need the sim replaced using the current phone number, Have replaced the handset but unable to use as medical device without sim (data) unless connect to WiFi, so extremely Important. 

Please put Mr through to customer service or I an cancelling 

Hi,after I wasted over an hour in a pointless chat, I will try my luck here. I have an account and a number with ID, which is due an upgrade (for my business)I would like to upgrade to a mobile with dual sim.I also have a contract and a number with a different provider (my private number), which I would like to move to IDThe plan is to use the dual sim mobile with my business and my private number. I need to keep both numbers. what is the way forward?The most important bit for me is the transfer from the other provider. Would I need to open another account with a sim only number? How does it work? thanks in advance

I can't get anywhere. My phone does not allow calls. How do I cancel? There are not even clear instructions on how to cancel! Is there any way you can get their help? Can you just cancel direct debit and hope they talk to you?

Hi,I have received this sim card and not active i can not send or receive calls or messages, can not call customer service and can not  register to the application as no messages received.

Hi I ordered a phone with carphone warehouse and returned it and disposed of the sim card the sim card was only used to try the phone. I sent the phone back and got confirmation carphone warehouse received it. However ID mobile tried to charge my bank. Was this charge by mistake and will it happen again? Thank you

Why is ID Mobile saying I'm unable to make calls as I've reached my capped limit. I don't have a capped limit I'm unlimited calls

ive recently upgraded my daughters phone from a pay as you go £10 a month to a contract wt £27.99 a month my bill has just came through as £45 as a montjly recurring charge?!what even is this and how can i be charged £45 when even if i had to pay the two for 1 month £10 + £27.99 doesnt equal £45 my bill also says ive had £7 credited to my account can anyone explain?

When I send a messsage to a short code I am told: Calls or texts to short codes are chargeable and are not included in your standard allowance or Add-ons. See our call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/call-chargesThe linked Call charges & Add-On pages allows me to determine that messages to the short code I am using will cost me £0.15. However, I can’t see how to add this to my plan, on which I have a £10 cap. There is no option under Add-ons. It is odd making it so difficult to increase my spending. 

I have been unable to make calls for two day. I have just come from curry's where I brought the phone from and there is a queue of customers with the same problem 

I have just joined ID mobile today and am using an eSIM on my iPhone XS and I am not getting 5G, however my daughter who is on three is getting a 5G signal at same locations

 Hello,  I currently have a Google Pixel 7 Pro and am wanting to upgrade to a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL.  I am currently in the process of buying a flat and near completion so I do not want any hard credit searches added to my file incase my lender checks before completion.  Can it be confirmed 100% that a hard credit check is NOT conducted of I am to upgrade my phone in the ID Mobile app?  Thank you! 

Hi I am looking to move over to ID but am confused over the one month contracts ?what happens after the month is up ? Wanted to trial a month only to see how good the coverage is?looking forward to your answers 

Can somebody help me cannot activate my new Sim due to when I put the phone number in and it sends a text to the actual Sim that’s not activated

I needed support from ID mobile to change my address but, the only way I could find to contact them was via the ID Mobile Community so I put a message on this site. I was contacted by someone from the community telling me to text my query to a number and they would be able to help me. I did that and that's when the scam started. A guy rang to say he could help. He took my details and said he would process the change of address. Then he rang back to say he was having a problem with my account and he needed to re-register me on their system with my new address. Then he rang again and said he needed to process a small charge to my account as security, which would be refunded within 48 hours. In order for him to assure me that they were genuine, he quoted my bank account number and sort code to me which I had given to ID Mobile. Because of that, I believed he was genuine. Later he rang and said he wanted to apologise for the inconvenience and wanted to send me a gift

Trying to pay bill and app won't work

Need replacement sim as no one can call me how do I request.

I have reminders for my bill but I can not login it keeps saying my details are incorrect - my surname, DOB and phone number are correct.
