My daughter is currently at university and is doing a semester abroad next year in Prague. While away she won't be returning to the UK. Is this ok for a SIM only contract through ID Mobile or would it not meet the fair usage policy?

I can't find any information on the  international roaming data bundle and tethering. Is it allowed, or is blocked? I'm off to the US for work and need tethering.  Thank you

I’ve recently moved across to idmobile (about 2-3 weeks) and think I may have made a huge mistake!!The signal and network coverage are terrible, I’ve noticed a huge difference from my previous provider. I’ve checked the signal checker etc and although it says coverage, I have 1 bar and cannot load anything.I cannot load anything at London Waterloo despite it saying 4g, can’t even buy my train ticket!!!My handset is new so it’s not that either, just bad coverage.Any ideas as how can I do 2 years never knowing if I’ll have signal??

How do I contact Someone about my bill being taken twice then as I’ve looked through my bills it was taken twice in July as well both this month and Julys was taken on the 5th and then again on 11th

Hello I text u already regarding my situation and my service incl Internet and calling is suspended now. I can't make a even phone call. I mentioned that I'll sort outstanding bill by 24th of November but u just block my services leaving me with inconvenient situation. I lost my phone and have had to get various documents for my insurance company. I have went through the live chat agents 3 times and each time ive been told to wait 48 hours and i have received nothing. I’ve even gone to my local Curry’s but they are adamant they can not help. I need my proof of usage document for my lost phone, how do i solve this?

I had an old plan on my Google Pixel 6, which when I reached the end of the 24 month contract, I stayed on the data only plan for £6 per month for over a year. The ID Mobile app said I can upgrade my phone. I finally did last week. I have yet to recieve any confirmation email, and my app hasn’t updated with the new plan. It is still saying I have a £6 per month bill, and I can’t see anywhere the details for my new plan. I have received no email or correspondence. That being said, ID mobile sent the phone and I got it fine. I do not know where ID are billing the new contract. I know i can’t put private info like my phone number and or email on this thread, but would someone be able to reach out and help me? I don’t want my DD going somewhere I don’t know.

I'm sick to death with your coverage. My calls constantly drop, I can't use my phone in my flat or outdoors as I've got no signal. I thought it was my data so I upgraded today to unlimited data, but it now seems this isn't the problem. I want to use my consumer rights by using my 14 days cooling off period. I'm not prepared to pay the £341 quoted to leave. Tried speaking to customer service who put me through to Currys (why I don't know as they don't provide my network service)  anyway they put me back through to Id mobile who them kept saying they couldn't hear me. So it now seems I can't use my phone at all for calls. Who can I contact to get this contract ended?

Hoping to switch to ID but I'm not sure about the network coverage in my area at home and at work. I've done the network coverage checker online and its a little hit n miss. Home says I should get 4g but it seems I'm in a dead spot as there's a mix of colours. Same with work. My question is should I start with a month sim only deal to check things out before I commit to 12 or 24 months? Don't want to be stuck on a network with poor coverage Thank you for you replies 😊

So we have no signal today in LA105AU. And I can’t login using the app either.  Something has gone wrong with the network because nothing has changed with my phone. Please advise

Due to switch over from O2 today, not changed so far. Do I need to switch my phone to the esim first, then wait for my old number to transfer over? Got a notification from O2 that I was leaving, PAC provided at sign up. I’ve tried restarting the phone several times. Also can’t get OTP for accessing the ID app. Text never arrives?

I ordered my upgrade yesterday and have had the upfront payment taken from my account. Was told it would be next day delivery, next day nothing ? Can someone please let me know how long this usually takes ? It’s the Samsung ultra s25 I have ordered 

When is first became an IMobile user my agreed bill was 25.99. This lasted 3 months.  Since April 25 onwards I've been charged the following for May-Oct.£42.78 £46.98 £48.78 £52.14 £47.28 £47.28 £47.28The monthly recurring charges (whatever that is) started un April at an extra £12.50 and increases every month. Thr increase now stands at an extra £16.25 on top of monthly bill. I haven't change my phone tariff or upgraded.Why have I been charged all this? 

ID Mobile, i am unable to receive or make calls. I can only connect and call via whatsapp.I my number is called directly, the call gets a message the phone cannot be reached or to an answer machine…. there is no ringing to connect, this has been going on for months

I would like to be able to receive all of my UK calls while I'm abroad, how can I do that please? I have increased my cap, but it's been limited to £25 which has already finished. One of my very important calls cut off today and the person who was calling from the UK couldn't call me back because my line was unavailable due to the cap.

I’ve had the email from 02 that my account is closed and now my number isn’t working. Have an email fromID that the switch will complete by 10pm. I’ve inserted my ID sim and am waiting for my confirmation tex and email…. A bit confused as the email that my old number with be fully transferred as I requested with my pac number.  Will this happen after I get my switching email and text as I still have the id number.

Hi I used to have a lebara sim. Then I purchased a plan with ID eSIM. At the time, it said I could keep my old number, so I thought this would be the lebara one. But now I have a different number with ID. How can I use the ID sim but with my old number from lebara? Pls advice.
