Took out a new sim only contract with ID mobile with eSIM, currently using iPhone 13, switched my number from 3 it’s been 3 days now since switch, internet has been working fine, but I am unable to make or receive calls and texts, switched phone off many times, reset network settings, but the problem has not resolved.When I call from another number to this number, I can hear the ringing tone but this phone never rings.phone is fairly new and there was no issue before this eSIM. This id eSIM is the only sim in this iPhone 13 as I have removed the old sim. Please help as I am new to ID mobile, and any help and advice is very much appreciated .

I upgraded on 20th August from a sim plan to a new phone plan for £39.99 a month - I’ve just received my bill for £70.51 from 20/08/2024 - 17/10/2024, but for this to be paid on 1st October? This doesn’t seem right, can someone look into this for me and clarify as I’m confused? 

i have been missing calls since i moved here 7 months ago, i have issues with outgoing call quality but not so much incoming when they can get through.I wish to get a pac code and move immediately to O2. I don’t feel i should have to pay the rest of the contract as it doesn’t work properly . I am in extremely poor mental and physical health, and it is vital to not miss calls from Cancer consultants which i have been . This has to stop now. Please advise.

HiFor the last few weeks I haven't been able to take or receive calls in a few different locations especially at home. I never had any issues before this. I can randomly can do calls when I am in different locations then it quickly changes. It says I have full signal all the time but no calls can connect.  ThanksNihit 

I received an email from iDmobile inviting me to click on a number of star ratings, which led to opportunity to write a review, which I did. At the end of the process, I was asked to log in to Trustpilot. My question is :Is submission of the review conditional on logging in to the review platform or not?I have a Trustpilot account but when I log in and inspect iDmobile reviews, mine is not shown.

I’ve been on ID mobile since January this year (8 months). All had been fine, using my iPhone 12pro.I can send and receive SMS messages, Data works but I CANNOT make or receive calls.Service in the area is fine. Turning off and on iMessage makes no difference. I’ve turned off and on the phone, reset network settings. No difference. I have put the sim into another iPhone and the SIM does not work.I have put the SIM into my Partners android device and the sim DOES works fine. What on earth is happening? Can you (Customer service) please resolve this. 

I have 5gb a month, I rolled over 3 from last month totalling 8 gb, I have used 5gb this month but the 3gb i rolled over isn’t working since the new app update. It is showing 0gb of 5gb remaining instead of 3gb of 8gb remaining. Where has the data gone, I also can’t find a setting to turn data rollover on or off in the new app

So yesterday I upgraded my phone, today I got a text saying that I have used up all of the roaming data and I'll be charged for any extra. I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE PHONE! How could I have possibly used 30GB of data within 12 hours

Hi. I recently upgraded my daughters phone on my account.  we were promised that my daughter was going to get unlimited data. Yet she received a notification that she had reached 80% of her data.  so we are not sure what has happened. I would like to speak to an advisor 

Got back from a weekend away to find the 4 g signal had become very weak in my area. Usually have reasonable speed of 30mbps now down to kbps! Can’t for the life of me get anywhere with communicating this to ID as their Chatbot is obviously dumb. Phone software up to date, others having same problems, 4g drops to 3g. All I want to convey is there actually is a problem with the three network in my area of TQ9 even though three says otherwise, is there anyone listening ?

I recently joined ID mobile but I've noticed I keep getting dropped calls at home. Initially I thought it was coz I had WiFi calling on and maybe when the WiFi signal gets weak it just drops the call but I turned that off now but I'm still getting dropped calls on 5G. I can't find a number to call ID mobile about the issue. 

I have an iPhone 14 and I am not able to receive or make calls or messages. I can however do this through Facebook messenger and what’s app through mobile data. What can I do to resolve this?

I have recently upgraded and just would like to find out if my old iPhone will work with any other sim going forward and if it doesn’t, how do I unlock it?  Thanks 

It was working fine yesterday afternoon however yesterday evening it has stopped working, unable to make calls, use text and use mobile data, I have a pixel 7 and have tried resetting mobile network settings to no avail. It's not a problem with the phone as I have tried 2 other working ID  mobile Sims from other family members and they work fine. I also tried my ID SIM in another family members phone and its still not working.

Hi.Strange one this, I have lost all phone network coverage, but not Internet (WiFi is off), Internet still works. If I put my wife's sim in my phone it works perfectly - So it's not the phone! If I put my sim in my wife's phone it works perfectly.Any ideas? Samsung S23+ta 

Can I use my ID sim only phone in Turkey 

I’ve started a new contract with you, my phone should have switched over YESTERDAY but all I’ve had is the phone with NO sim card!  And I’ve had it a week! I can’t register my phone, or get on the ID website, and I think it's awful you can’t actually Phone someone for help. What do I do?   I’m now paying for 2 phones! Is there someone I can talk too on the phone? 

Replacement SIM card needed for Doro phone 

For the last 2 days I've tried to get a replacement SIM card for Doro phone but to no avail thinking of going to another company 😞 

I have started another thread for this, as the one someone setup that I had joined in has been set to resolved even though its not.If I am on a call with someone (caller A), and someone else tries to ring me (caller B), I am notified that caller B is ringing with the usual beeps and their caller ID on screen, as you would expect.BUTCaller B just gets a dead tone at their end, which they believe may be a network error, or their phone playing up, so they then proceed to call back 5 or 6 times in a row…. giving me a constant string of call waiting beeps while im on the phone with Caller A still.This happens EVERY time im on a call and someone else tries to call This has been happening for months but didnt happen when I first moved to ID mobile Caller B has been people from various other mobile networks I have an Honor Magic 5 Pro I have a client on ID mobile with a different handset to me that is experiencing the same

Heya,I was just checking through my bank account today and I noticed charges to ID Mobile. I however do not have any phone plans with ID (this account I made for the question is my sole link with ID). Just wondering if it was possible for me to refund the charged amounts/see the source of the fraud, and if anyone else have had the same thing occur to them.

Ive bought a new phone and cannot register the new phone number to it. Ive tried to follow steps but stuck at first step as says details not correct. wouldnt mind only asks for new phone number date of birth and surname! I've set up app.
