HiFirst of all I have been with ID mobile for approx 5+ yearsI have 3 SIM only contracts in my name they have been going for at least 1 year I recently thought I would upgrade to an S24 Ultra However I have been told I am not able to and I can only upgrade to a phone worth £29.99 a month! So I am now considering taking my sims and contracts else where?It makes no sense, as if I started a new contract with ID I would be able to get the phone? Please advise? 

HiSwithched to ID today from EE restarted phoneAfter text saying number had been transfered. I can recieve text messages and if I ring my works phone it comes up with my number. But if I ring my number from my works phone my old phone rings. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change. I've tried a network reset and that didn't work.Thanks 

I have my SIM in a mifi in my caravan. It always works fine. I'm in France and though I have a good signal, my data roaming and mobile data is on I can't get it to connect to the internet. I've tried all suggestions on Google for clearing the problem but nothing works. It's doing my head in.

I was recently in Europe in several countries and I could not use my data. Calls and texts were fine but I had no internet. I tried everything I could find in phone settings and iD mobile app settings. I have an android phone (alcaltel 1B, android 11). I am going to Hungary tomorrow and would like to have data. I have been thinking about upgrading my plan, but I won’t if I cant use data abroad.Many thanks

I'm losing my patience. How to get transaction number. No welcome email nor invoice. This is so annoying. Can you please help. 

I entered all the information needed to switch my ID plan to my old number and it was confirmed. But i never received anything of O2 (my old provider) or heard anything since from ID? I have tried to complete the form again and it won't let me? I've set up my online app etc and it's been 2 working days since i have done the process. I've inserted my ID sim and nothing has changed to i've switched back to my O2 sim as i don't want the faff of changing numbers. Can anyone help?

Please can someone help me from ID mobile as I am trying really hard to get my daughters current number transferred to her new phone with many failed attempts on the app and via the web. I have tried for a few days now. We received a text message on 19.9.24 to say that the number will transfer on 20/9/24 but this has still not happened. Your speedy response would be very welcomed.  Thank you

For over a week I cannot make or receive calls. I have dual SIM in Android phone. The other SIM (other company) works ok, ID not. Says ‘This network does not support calls’Also with the ‘enabling 4G’ advice for your switching off 3G, will I still be able to make and receive calls even when access to the internet is not possible?

How do I register my new iPad on the same account as my iphone

Since starting a new contract with an iPhone 15 with ID Mobile, I have never been able to send a standard text message. Hi, I’m approaching the end of my 24 months contract with an iPhone 14 and I’ve been offered an upgrade to the iPhone 16.I’d like to upgrade but unsure if I have to return my iPhone 14 to do so.Could someone please clarify?Thanks

I have almost ‘ZERO’ signal coverage at my home, unable to use mobile data, send texts, unable to basically even talk/ receive calls, instead if/when a call, does connect, we start conversation by saying 20 times to a person who calls….. Recently switched to ID Mobile and I’m not unable to send text messages to anyone. Wondered if there’s a quick fix to this issue and is it common? I can make calls as normal and WhatsApp is fine but texts just bounce back.

Hi,I am going abroad very soon and would like to use data while I’m there. To avoid crazy roaming fees I was wondering if I would be able to use a temporary travel eSim while I’m over there. I have read online that some carriers lock contract phones to the sim they were provided on the contract but I wanted to check if this is the case with ID mobile. Does anyone know?

Ever since I put a question on the Community re no roaming in EU countries happening, I get an email every time someone posts eg new topics. I’m getting far too many emails. If I untick Emails on my profile that only seems to relate to marketing preferences .Any ideas please?

I see this is a recurring issue, but today when I attempt to open the app, I'm diverted to a Web page to "re-register." Upon doing so, I'm asked to add my mobile number, then get an error message "oops, something went wrong." Anyone else?

Hi Community,I am very close to cancelling my contract with ID but thought I’d try this first. I’ve been having a terrible experience with ID calls not connecting, calls not coming though and when I am on a call, it drops 9 times out of 10. What can I do about this? My phone is fine, my previous network was fine, but right now it feels like this isn’t even worth the £4 I’m currently paying. 

Hey, So my direct debit was accidentally cancelled, however when i try to log into the app to set it back up, the app isn’t recognising my details, saying they do not match.

My plans phones will not receive calls. I have two phones on plans for my two sons. They cannot receive calls. This is since the new app was launched. The new app would not let me log in using my old details and so I created a new sign on and registered the phones. So far, so good, but their phones will not receive calls. If this carries on, I am leaving ID mobile. There is no way to talk to anybody and have been told, via their website, that if I cancel the direct debit my credit rating will be affected. Now I am not sure whether I am going to be paying two lots of direct debits for the same two phones. Bot chat doesn’t fire up, this website takes you directly to other peoples chats without letting me free type and seems deliberately orchestrated to avoid any direct contact.
