I've now been an ID member for over 9 months and still haven't received any badges. What do I have to do to get some awarded?

I'm thinking about getting another phone and plan from I'D to give to my daughter. I stuck between the New Google pixel or the Motorola RAZR 50 ultra. I've already got the Google pixel 8 for myself so I'm thinking the pixel 9 will be similar to my phone. What does everyone think? Which way shall I go?

I am Colin Allsopp and I am desperate to pay my bill. The gist is that I have done everting wrong and I have tried and tried to put things right. If any one can help me it might safe my life.I have changed my provider and I still have an account with id mobile. I had 2 mobile numbers { REMOVED } and { REMOVED }. I used the 3733 and my Wife used 2378. I have admitted I did wrong but I am honestly trying to put it right. I am not sure how many months is outstanding on each but I am certainly willing to pay all for 2years for both mobiles and what ever penalty for early ending of contract, plus a penalty for my serious errors. Might I suggest £350.I am now at my wits end and hate to break down  but if its of interest to you I am an 80 year service veteran who seems to get things wrong too regular, I survive Cancer but now have an Urology Stoma  but this saved my life. I am trying to update my direct debit details for my contract but i keep getting an “something went wrong message” (same in the app and online) having searched on here i see there is a phone number given to call but it is the vulnerable customer number. is there a way for a non vulnerable customer to get customer support?

Hello, I've recently changed my plan from 47.61 a month to 18.00 a month (no new phone), however this month my bill is 65.66 which doesn't make any sense, even if you add previous bill and new bill amounts together.

I entered my pac code at point of sale online. It hasn't been used/activated by id mobile. After searching help I'm sent to view documents that were attached to an email from id. I found the documents and was told I would find a date that I had requested for the switch. The document states that no date was selected and directs me to page 4 for more information but page 4 does not offer any useful information. What has gone wrong? If this is a sign of how id mobile will manage my account then I'm seriously considering cancelling before the end of the 30 day cooling off period. Something so simple should not be so complicated. 

The list provided by iD includes a mobile called Motorola Edge 40 neo 5G - which does not appear to exist.My phone is a Motorola Edge 40 neo, and I have been totally unable to find out whether or not it is compatible with 5G. There is nothing in the phone settings, and googling hasn’t provided the answer either.I have had this phone less than a year! 

My id bill  was £13 last month and Iam not happy as I didn’t use my phone in Australia yet I have been charged £5 for absolutely no mobile data usage 

I have an unlimited plan but am told that I have reached a cap . On the ID app - not clear how to add on - there is a section to only allow for more data . I need it to call when I am abroad . How do I make sure that when I bought more data - this will allow me to make calls in the US ? 

How do I request a network provider activation for my e-sim

My id mobile app has blocked me it tells me to email id mobile with this report but what is id mobiles email address?

I pay for a 2 sims, one  for my daughters phone & one for mine. Before the new App I could just have a separate account for each sim which she could log into and check her data usage without accessing my sim account. Now both accounts seem to have to registered under the same account/email ie mine. Is it possible for her to check her data usage only without accessing my account??

I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and it hasn’t arrived. I can’t access chatbot as I don’t have access to my phone without the sim and the phone number given sends me back to chatbot! In the mean time I am being billed for a phone I cannot use. What do I do to report the missing Sim card?

You can not fulfil my order: the order you placed through www.carphonewarehouse.com has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The iD Mobile network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages.but I requested a pac code to switch on 12/11/24. I no longer want to switch to iD mobile and want to cancel the port in.  

I cant make or receive calls from sim but data and text are working fine

I have a direct debit active on my account I have checked my bank yet no payment has been taken and now you have restricted my services.I have made a card payment manually but It is still showing as owing please confirm ASAP when this will be resolved and services will be resumed.   

I can't make outgoing calls, can someone help me with lifting the suspension it has been a long time

On My bill I have a monthly recurring charge (the one I signed up for as the direct debit when I took the plan) and I get another line on the bill for the same amount each month against ‘UK’ (nearly as much as the direct monthly charge). Anyone got any ideas what this is as it double the cost of my 10GB plan and I could have gone unlimited!

So, I thought I was going nuts.But I now know I’m not quite there yet, but iD is helping this process move along at some pace.Why is it that when viewing bills via the iD Mobile App they appear in the correct month order and when DOWNLOADED they appear correct:ie. iD-Mobile-Bill-27_02_24 where this is true → 27/02/24 But (2 of us have just checked and double checked) when using the online method and using Firefox to log in to the account, then the downloading of the SAME bill CLEARLY shows:iD-Mobile-Bill-25-03-24 yet this shows the bill for 27/02/24 With that out of the way, the bill for April can’t be viewed or downloaded and the bill for September could only be downloaded via the phone and then dragged to

I had a contract that charged £49 a month for a phone and data however that ended start of October and I have since upgraded to a SIM only that’s £8 a month. The problem is I am still being charged a lot more than £8 (£49, £33 ) even though I have changed my contract. I did not have any late payments since I set up a direct debit so I don’t know why the price hasn’t changed.Could I please get help asap

Hi.  I was with id mobile SIM only. To get a new deal I ported.my number to ee pay as you go SIM card and then used a PAC code to move the number back to id mobile on a pay monthly contract. However it's not working correctly. I can text out but not receive texts. I can ring out and receive calls when in the UK. I'm currently in Spain and can ring out but not receive any calls. My phone is presenting it's self with my ported in number. The number port obviously hasn't worked successfully. It's been a week now and still not working. Can someone from id mobile look into this please ? Number is  [REDACTED]. Many thanks 

I wrongly deleted my Direct Debit but very quickly had my bank reinstate it. I have changed providers on my Mobile and although I have tried many times to make contact with ID Mobile no one is getting back to me. Yesterday will be the 3rd or 4th time I have tried. My latter went yesterday to Salford and requested a bill that I am willing to pay for my lack of judgement. I also requested released from my contract and am willing to pay for early release plus what ever penalty ID Mobile may impose. I don’t think I can use my mobile now to ring any on at ID Mobile but they still have my E mail address and still use it. is there any who can help me further request ID Mobile accept my sincere offer to pay this bill and I already apologised in my letters. Any help will be gratefully accepted.
