Hi all, I need to update the address of my ID Mobile account, so that it updates on my Experian Credit Score Report. It is currently an old address and I need the new one.Just over a month ago (on the 15th Aug 2024) I managed to change the BILLING ADDRESS inside of the ID Mobile website (I clicked “View my plan” --- “edit details”--- and changed it there).I expected this address change to be reflected in my Experian Credit Score Report however it still hasn’t updated, 35 days later.Should i just be patient, or is this Billing address not the correct address to change- perhaos there is an “Account holder’s address” or suchlike that needs changing instead? Please help! It’s affecting my credit score and therefore my chances to get a mortgage approved, not to mention being the most dull way to spend my time troubleshooting.Thanks!Roddy  

hi  everyone, I recently purchased a phone through mobiles.co.uk, and this came with an ID Mobile Sim. Now I wanted to port  my number over, so I installed the SIM card in my phone to find out what the original number was so I could get it changed to mine. I was surprised to see that my own existing mobile number came up as an option, I’m not sure if I put my telephone number in when I purchased the contract but I have not actually ported it over yet so I’m not sure how that’s possible.existing mobile number came up as an option,So I selected it, it  shows as no signal and I can’t make calls using thisI’m quite confused, my old SIM card still has my telephone number on it, and this new ID Sim seems to have the same number as well so I don’t know how I can get this resolved.

My wife and I are both have ID as our mobile provider. We have been unable to receive calls and make calls for two days -I hope there is some form of refund for this lack of service. We both have the ID Mobile apps, but when trying to use this way of contacting ID -a message tells us that our devices are NOT compatible with your app. We cannot contact you in other way, other than using this PC.I have left questions on your website, only to get a computerised ‘standard’ reply -Is there ant Live peson who can answer -WHY YOU CAN SENDOUT BILLS BY E-MAIL BUT WE CANNOT GET IN CONCTACT WITH YOU. I raised a complaint on Monday (ref:423575753) and also asked for the technical team to look into a query related to my lack of call access to 4G network. I was told it would take up to 48 hours for the technical team to respond and the complaints teams would respond within 3 days. It’s now over 3 days since I raised the issue and I’ve received no response. 

I filled in the PAC code to switch my number and it originally said the PAC code had already been used? (I had only asked for it 5 mins before?).. but I got the messages saying my number switch would happen yesterday which I had requestedIt didn't though... What do I do now???Get a new PAC code and try again?I'm stuck Cheers

Trying to access certain websites, including innocuous ones like archive.org, is blocked for me despite →Using Chrome to access such sites sends me to https://www.three.co.uk/support/internet-and-apps/accessing-and-blocking-adult-content. So, how does one get around this? Edit: 1) I should note, this is as of this afternoon; I’ve been with iD for three years and this is the first time I’ve had this problem. 2) This is while using 4G, not any other kind of networking like a home Wi-Fi network or whatnot.

My latest bill was £68, normally £22 for the last 11 months, and my data usage is 97gb - normally 2gb. My phone as well if showing 2gb used.  I and sure someone is hijacking my data.Last month my PAC code was hacked and I got a new SIM, so I suspect they have found a way to use my data. But I cannot reach id to ask for help. Live chat had a queue of 113 minutes all day and kept cutting out every time my screen went to screen saver.I have changed passwords, run play protection in the Google app store but can't seem to stop it. Help please, someone.

Sometimes a phone call won’t connect. There is silence rather than a ringtone but the seconds counter works and then the call cuts out after 20 seconds.Phone is Samsung A34. My wife's is identical and this morning hers  connected to Curry’s when mine wouldn’t when ringing the same number.

My old phone is broken and won't boot. How do i disconnect the esim and get on to my new phone?

I have recently been experiencing very poor connectivity especially making calls. Its happening both receiving and making calls. When receiving calls the callers complaint that its keep ringing and I do not pick up, causing arguments some times, as it never rings on my phone. While making calls there is always a long silence as if the world has come to an END. very frustrating and annoying. what the solution can be?

Have gone through previous comments but cannot get WiFi calling to work (it used to) which renders my phone useless inside my house if I want to make a call.

Hi. I have just switched from EE to id mobile, I've received messages saying emy number has transferred over, however when calls are made to me they are going to EE voicemail saying unavailable, I can Make calls OK and send and receive texts with no problems

My port was meant to take place on 10 Sep, it didn’t happen. It was then meant to be done today, 17 Sep. Still nothing. Livechat tell me just to wait and I will get a text when it’s done. But I don’t have a sim or eSIM for the old ID n7mber I am trying to drop as they failed to activate. Please help.

I have just received my replacement sim card and am trying to activate it. When i get to the screen to enter my sim card number, i enter it and press submit. After I do this the wheel spins for a bit then a pop up appears that says “Oops sorry, something went wrong please try again.”. I have tried it now many times and no success.Any help more than welcome !!!!

Im trying to register my account on IDs new system but when trying to add a mobile the system says my number/name/dob is not recognised. Does anyone have their email address I can contact?This should be a problem directly for customer service but I guess its ID mobile has made it easier to complain in public than to send them a support ticket (live chat had 90min wait times)

Not sure if I’m the only one with this issue but I’m getting fed up of it. I put my card details in and it took the money out but then it decided to say payment didn’t work and gave me an option to pay again, to which I did assuming it didn’t take out the money, and it declined because I don’t have the money in my account. I find this ridiculous now because it’s not the first time it happened. I used to really enjoy using iD mobile but I’m considering switching soon. Sort it out!

Recently changed from 3 to iD Mobile, porting my number. I am using an iPhone 12. I have set up voicemail and it is very erratic.I am missing calls, which go straight to voicemail. Just now I got the text advising receipt of a voicemail, but cannot connect when dialling the voicemail number so cannot get to the message. However I can make other calls. Voicemail number auto sets on +447782333123.I have tried a soft re-set on the phone, toggling Airplane mode, toggling WI-FI calling, taking out and reinserting the SIM card, but no luck.Help please!

I have paid 16 times over the last 12 months I talk on live chat and they say it right. How can it be ? This month again it's saying there is an outstanding bill and I pay it. And it's still saying there is another outstanding bill. I can't set up a direct debit because it keeps saying I have an outstanding bill. Even though my payment date isn't till the 14thPlease help me I don't have any problems with my other id account
