Hi,I purchased a phone online and didn’t receive any proof of purchase or confirmation email. I need to return the pay monthly phone unused with sim card and packaging and can do to a currys store but I have no invoice.I tried to use the webchat but is unavailable. I then downloaded the return request form which it says on the website to return to a Salford address but on the downloaded form gives a Southampton address.Kind regards,Sarah

Hi my current 24 month IDmobile contract ends on the 30th September 2024. I am wanting to cancel this contract fully when its ends on the 30th September but how do I make sure this is fully cancelled on the 30th September and I don't carry on being charged.I have also purchased an IDmobile 12m SIM only contract to start using after the 30th September. The only issue is I am wanting to keep the same number I currently have with the 24m contract. So two issues really:How do I make sure I don't carry on being charged once the 24m contract ends on the 30th. How do I then transfer the number on the 24m month plan to the SIM only plan.Please can someone help as I cant find anything online and I have never changed contract to sim with the same provider before. Thanks!! :)

Is there maintenance work going on the network in Paignton, Devon as I cannot make or receive calls today?  When will service be back to normal?  The post code checker says working on the network.

I have a new account with ID mobile.  When entering the phone number, DOB and surname the app sends a message that my details are not recognised.  I have followed tutorials and guides but they do not help.  It advises to contact customer support. Can you please advise? Thanks

I had my phone stolen 2/9/24 and I need this blacklisted ASAP for my insurance. Although I purchased my original phone through iD mobile I’ve already had to go through my insurance and therefore I have a different IMEI number. Because of this iD mobile said my stolen phone was not associated with my account and could not blacklist it. I have been waiting over a week for technical support to get back to me but I still have not heard anything from them. Could someone please tell me a way to blacklist my phone ASAP?

I have a PAYGO account.  I have over £5 credit but I can’t make calls or send texts.  When I log into my account on idmobile.co.uk it says “You currently don't have an active plan.” but when I go to “View Your Plans” I **do** have an active plan. What on earth is going on?

Hi everyone, I recently sent off an old phone to take advantage of the enhanced trade-in offer for the Pixel 9 Pro XL, which promises £200. The original trade-in value for the phone was £25. However, the Currys engineers have discovered a fault with the phone and are now only offering £3 as it's been classified as non-working. My question is: Will I still receive the enhanced trade-in value of £200, or does the reduced offer due to the fault affect the enhanced trade-in as well? Thanks in advance for any help or advice! 

I receive the above issue when logging in to view my account.  I have reset my login username and password which is now correct however the app says my mobile doesn’t match records when I’ve had this number for years.  how do I go about getting this issue resolved to view my account ?  thanks 

Hi, I’ve been sent one of those ‘cheapest deal’ emails and there’s an option on there with no equivalent on the upgrade page when I log in. The version on the logged in dashboard is 10GB per month worse. Both are exactly the same terms (Sim only rolling monthly contract) at exactly the same price.I tried chatting to an agent but was abruptly told it was “not available” which doesn’t surprise me given ID’s track record of contactability.

I pay for my Son’s ID mobile contract but the account is set up with his email address and I can’t access it. How do I cancel or amend the plan?

Hello, I have traded my Iphone 11 pro max for pixel 9 last month. It was under enhance trade in offer. The value for the iphone came up £155 and the additional offer payment was £150. I received the £155 on 2nd September, However i haven't received the £150 yet. I did fill up the form and i have reference number as well. I have emailed curry's about this and they are just going in circles. I have checked the forum and this is the common issue with the trade-in scheme. Seems like curry's doing it intentionally. ID mobile, please look in to this as its a common issue faced by many customer. I am wasting time on this thing for a while now.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you 

I have one mobile number that when it calls me goes straight to voicemail. I have saved the number in my address book even saving it as favourite. Anyone else experienced this? If so did you resolve it and how?

Hi can any one help, third time of asking come on customer services you must be able to help, this is my problem, I pay my monthly bill, I can go on line and view all my details, I also have the 4 digit security number, but when ever some one gets back to me about my issue you ask for my Name, Date of Birth, post code, address, telephone number, when I give you all the information you say my account is registered under another name!!!, please be honest is this just a delaying tool as you are unable to address my issue.    

My daughter gave my husband her old phone that he didn’t actually want. He has never had a phone and doesn’t want one. I signed him up to what I thought was a monthly contract like me but it turns out to be a two year one. Is there any way to end the contract or at least change it to another that could be ended sooner.He has no wish to have a phone or number and any initial activity was by me setting it up for him. please help as there is an over £128 fee to close without

Recently visited Guernsey and was shocked to havecno data access.The week before I was in Torrevieja and had no issues whatsoever.My data contract is unlimited so why did I experience these issues ? Please help or advise folks...

I’ve just switched my plan from 20gb data to 12gb data. I then received a text saying “You’ve now used 100% of your 30GB roaming data limit. From now on, roaming data will include a surcharge of £3 per GB.” I’m confused, does this mean my new plan doesn’t have data roaming included? Have I genuinely gone over my data roaming (not been with ID mobile for more than 3 months, last holiday was a month ago, so surely not)? 

I used the pac code to transfer from O2. It says it would occur on Tuesday 17/09/24. It said it had. I received another email today 18/09 saying it was all sorted and transferred. However when I contact people it’s still using my temporary number. I’ve turned my phone off and on again so many times. It says in my contacts my number in the correct one (the old number I had transferred over), but any texts or calls to it are not coming through. Can anyone help me please I’d really appreciate it! 

I am a new user of Id and am in Sweden. My app tells me I have 190Gb of unused data. My roaming usage in this period is 608 Mb. My roaming cap is 30Gb. But my roaming data has now stopped with no message or alarm of any sort. What is going wrong?

Trying to make an international call but says my cap limit has been reach. Yet i have data and unlimited calls remaining. I had to buy extra data addons this month is this why?

I am able to upgrade but I want to drop down to a sim only plan. How do I do this?
