Hi thereI haven’t been receiving my bills to the email address that my account states the bills are supposed to be sent to.So I logged into https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ through Chrome browser and I couldn’t find the bills anywhere.This guide: ...states it should be as simple as Login > Bills, but there is no such link after log in. I clicked around all over the place and couldn’t find them.I don’t have the phone app and I don’t want it. Please can anyone tell me if they have a solution to find the bills through the web browser?Thanks a lot!Neil

Why is my bill higher than it should be. I should pay £42.99 a month but I have been charged £66.83 in February 

I have been receiving 2 emails a month saying ‘Your monthly bill is ready.’ the first bill (the correct one) is £18 and is processed on the 17th of each month. The second email comes 4 days after and is £17, saying it will be processed on the 21st. The second transaction isn't showing on my ID app but I have been making double payments since October. One is listed as ID Mobile and ID mobile limited.How do I cancel one of these payments? its not giving me the option to cancel either of them. And how can I look into getting my money refunded before I contact my bank?

Its not the first time ive had issues with not recieving calls/text messages. checked account all ok. status checker says issues in area but been without use for 1 week. seriously thinking of changing supplier

Moved to ID 3 months ago, previously with Vodafone. I can wifi call on all wifi except one of my work wifis where I need to make calls. Previously connected with the same phone but Vodafone Network to the WiFi and could wifi call, so not a phone issue. Have tried:Resetting phoneResetting network settingsNew ESIM  IT have tried (on the WiFi side)Disabled SIP ALGEnsured Ports for UDP Traffic are open and not blocked, and checked with an Nmap Scan.Enabled Fast Roaming and revoked Sticky sessions to ensure you are always on the best possible connectionEnsured all settings match sister sites configuration Any help would be appreciated!

I have a new phone and my existing IDMobile sim seems to partially works (I can use 4g etc and send/receive messages on WhatsApp and signal) but the actual phone number cannot make or receive calls or sms.  How can I get my phone number working again!?

I get a fair signal at home usually 3 to 4 bars indicated out of 4. I am in a good signal area according to the website yet my data speed is so poor as to be unusable, yet when at work I get a poor signal 1-2 bars but a usable 10mb data speed Why?

Hello,  I am trying to add two new sim cards to my account. I have purchased two PAYG sims, but can’t work out the process for adding them to me account. I can see that I can add an account, but it requires a mobile number to be added, which hasn’t been supplied. I only have the sim card number. I’m very confused by the process, can someone please help.

Dear iD Mobile Team, Iv been on ID for a nearly a year. However, since December 2025, I have been facing issues with your network. Due to frequent minor fixes I would overlook the part where I keep a record or report the issue. Now, It has finally reached a serious point I am unable to maintain my health and safety.   Extremely poor signal at home and constantly on 2 bars. Most of my incoming calls go to voicemail. Medical professionals/ work colleagues/ Banking security team; are unable to reach me and maintain my health & safety. I have hundreds of missed call messages, and some even come days later. People have often reported issues with my network, where when I tried to call someone, it would not go through, but they would still receive a black call but cannot hear anything. I searched for a mobile number that called me and sent two WhatsApp messages and I’ve been charged £45 whilst in Switzerland. Can I see my visage to show what I’ve actually been charged for as I only had my roaming on for a few moments?

I have transferred to ID mobile - the Pac number worked but i have another number attached to it from before it got switched over which is the temporary number ID provided until the switch. Its  not allowing me to remove or delete this number SO I have 2 numbers. i cant make any outgoing calls and it keeps trying to use the temporary number. how do i remove this temporary number so its all on my one number ?

I am based in North Walsham and miss numerous calls.  I try to call my wife who is on the same network and her phone hardly works. She has missed calls from our doctor as it just doesn’t ring. The network is absolutely terrible and unreliable, meaning, I have no faith in my phone. How do I terminate our contracts on the basis that they are not fit for purpose. If I try and call from home NR28 0HB, on occasions, I have to turn WIFI off to get it to work. Totally unacceptable. Looking forward to help please.

I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the live chat and customer support at ID. Its three weeks and counting and still no invoice REQUIRED by Samsung as part of the cashback offer. I’ve contacted ID three times now and first told would receive within 14 days, when not received it would be sent directly, still NOTHING!! Seems you advertise terms which cannot be accessed…..

Hi,I tried the ID Mobile network at the beginning of January to test it and understand if the coverage was decent but, surprisingly, it was even exceptional (downloading at 400MB and more).Therefore, I bought a contract phone with ID Mobile plan via mobiles.co.uk and in the very first 2-3 days the network confirmed to be as good as when I had tested it the very first time. However, since yesterday it’s been extremely poor, so that I have barely the 4G coverage indoor (before full 5G) and any speed test shows download speed below 4MB! How is that possible? I mean, if a network coverage is bad, it should be like that since the very beginning. How is it possible that it moved from being exception to totally useless suddenly?

I upgraded handset on the 02/01/2026 with the delivery due date being the 05/01/2026, DPD never came, wasn’t given my 1 hour slot, so rescheduled for the next day, same thing happened, so I rescheduled again and so on up until the 14th, I then contacted ID saying my parcel tracking is stuck, its never out for delivery please help, they had told me the handset had been return to Curry’s for some reason and they’re sending it to back office to investigate, so I wait the 48 hours or so they told me before I should contact them for an update, this was 17/01/2026, they told me that they are going to get Curry’s to send it back out on Monday 19/01/2026, that I will receive new tracking and I had been credited £10 for delays, bare in mind that I haven’t seen my handset for over half of the month and the £10 awarded credit doesn’t even cover a quarter of the bill, so here I am on current day (Wednesday 21/01/2026) with no email telling me that Curry’s have dispatched the order so I got in t

HiThe network coverage in the village of Crumlin, Co Antrim is really bad. Thankfully I don’t actually live in the village, but both my wife and I are aware that we will bf out of reach when we go to Tesco or the barber/hairdresser im the village.i believe iDMobile runs on the Three network. Think the company needs to give Three a shake to get a mast or two in Crumlin. 

If my contract start date was 27 February 2024 when is my last monthly contract payment due?

I have just taken on a sim only 24 month contract.  Will I be liable to pay the yearly increase charges. Many thanks
