I need help

I currently have a sim only deal at £5 a month on id mobile. I've found a deal on carphone warehouse for a Google pixel 9a phone with sim on id mobile with unlimited data, texts, and minutes at 14.99 a month and £119 upfront payment for phone that I want to take. How can I take this deal and stay with id mobile while keeping my same phone  number? I tried requesting a pacs code a but this doesn't work as I'm not changing mobile network. I would like to stay with id mobile on this new deal and phone but also keep my number. The equivalent deal as an upgrade on the id mobile app is 24.99 monthly with free handset which would be £5 more per month compared to the carphone warehouse deal when including the payment of the phone. 

Hope someone can help me set being able to set up and view bills etc  on 2 SIM only  numbers on the App.I've tried everything phone help tried but couldn't help me.  I'm so fed up with it.I put main number on app it has green dot showing active.I add the other number (both been registered apparently) it isn't active?If I delete first main number so I can view the new one but when added back it's not active?I can't make BOTH ACTIVE to view themHelp please only other things to do  is their  a monthly Sims so I can leave but I do like idmobile apart from the App and online same thing happens ....cannot make 2 activeTeresa 

Hi,I am not receiving OTP messages from my bank. I went through similar topics on the forum, did all the suggested steps to no avail. I have physical SIM card on Android phone. The messages from the bank should appear as a short number as oppose to the name, if that helps to pin point the problem. Please help. Thank you for any advise.

I did my upgrade last week, and I paid 2 times, £80, Just I received text menssenge. Not E-mail for conform my new contract or my new phone. The new phone was samsung galaxy se ultra 26. Help me please. I spende £80 pouds for new phone. Kerlane Jackman

Hi all,I’ve been with ID Mobile for a couple of years but I've been having intermittent network problems for months now, and I’m hoping both iD support and other customers can advise.The issue is that the signal drops out completely, sometimes several times a day, and the only way to restore service is by switching airplane mode on and off.To rule out possible causes, I’ve already tried:* A brand new SIM card* A full factory reset* Using a completely different handsetI've also been travelling around multiple areas across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Hi, I don’t know what to do so i’m reaching out to the community. I’ve been with ID for 3 years now, I upgraded to the iPhone Air in Sept/October. I’ve been having numerous issues with coverage.The main issues I’ve had so far:Delay - while i’m on the phone they’d be a delay between what I say and what they say. Person Can’t Hear Me - despite being connected to Wifi Calling people would say “hello, are you there” all the timeAn agent on live chat said I need to get a replacement sim and to be honest things have improved in terms of call quality but now i’m getting sporadic dropouts where i’m losing all coverage completely. The iPhone shows no bars (not no signal, just no bars) switching the phone to airplane mode and off again seems to restore coverage but more concerningly several people have told me they have tried to call me and they said they get a message about “not being available”.I have a voicemail so no idea what is goin

I can’t log into ID Mobile because my phone says Emergency Calls Only.I have been logged out of WhatsApp and can’t log back in.My Yahoo email was hacked today, too, so I suspect that I’ve been hacked. Can I do anything to find out what’s happening on my ID Mobile account before the Chat opens again tomorrow? 

Hello, Im having very annoying problem with my ID account.  I would like to set up my monthly bundle to be recurring every month but there is no option either on my ID app or on my acc online. I received message multiple times about this possibility yet there is no way to do it. I even tried going to Currys to set up direct debit but customer service guy said he cannot do it and that he never seen pay as you go person having bundle.....   which is stupid because i ve been with ID for around 2 years now. I am getting frustrated and agitated when every month I have to connect to my friends internet in order to repurchase my bundle. I even tried topping up my account with spare money but once my bundle runs out ID app wont let me repurchase new bundle while using top-up money and only when connected to wifi or someone elses internet.Please help , I've had enough!

Hello. A few days ago I switched to ID mobile on a sim only plan. Then my wife asked me to get her a monthly phone contract so I applied for one with ID but was rejected. My wife applied with her details and was rejected too. I have to wait 90 days before I can take another contract. The thing is I'm still within my 14 day cooling period. I spoke to live chat who weren't very helpful. I asked them can I cancel my current sim plan and rejoin ID on a monthly phone and sim plan, or can I simply add or upgrade my plan. I also asked them if I would be accepted if I cancelled my sim only or if I would be blacklisted and out of offers. The logical path is buy a new sim and change number to preserve it. Cancel within 14 days the ID sim only plan. I just don't want to go through all this hassle and the be rejected and have to find a different provider. The chat agent offered to cancel my contract but gave conflicting advice if I could get a new contract. Hi, how come my Internet speed has dropped dramatically 

I want to keep my number and provided a PAC code. I am unsure if ID are providing a new SIM card or if I have an E SIM how can I find out as I haven’t received a physical SIM card 

My mum was going to join ID, but she decided just hours after placing the order that she didn't want to go ahead with it. Despite contacting customer service and the phone not yet being dispatched to DPD, they told her to refuse it upon the delivery attempt. She did exactly that. Over a week later and they only managed to return it a few days ago back to Curry's. She has not been refunded (which I understand can take up to 2 weeks (if they even bother)) but she has also received a bill, despite making it clear on several discussions with customer services that she wanted to cancel the order and contract from the very first contact with them. The lack of response or care from customer services is honestly almost laughable. Especially the lack of knowledge from the agent who felt more like making sense of a conversation when talking to someone on Reddit. I have unlimited data calls and texts - am I able to use in Egypt ??

I have received my new SIM card today from id and put in my phone, when I puchased the plan I provided the PAC code from my old supplier, but I have been given a new number and not retained the old one, does it take a while or should it be straight away when the sim is put in the phone ? 

Could someone tell me why I am unable to use data abroad please?

I’ve increased my plan to allow me to access the internet on my Google TV.  With hindsight this was a very foolish thing to do as the phone signal is so poor the connection is unreliable at the best of times - eg having to walk about the flat to get even one bar, then calls dropping when finally made, which usually results in me asking the people I want to call to instead call me!!But I’m now on this 200gb plan using very little data.When I put the SIM card in my wife’s iPhone it behaved the same as when it’s in my phone.  Frustratingly, she does have a tolerable signal and it is strong enough to watch the Google TV when on her Giffgaff Sim. Advice pleaseAdvice from website:  Can I improve my signal?A lot of things can affect the strength of your signal. However, I’ve since been charged around 45p per minute by iD Mobile as an access charge, which was not made clear to me before or during the call.I only received a text message explaining the higher charges after the call had already taken place, which did not give me a fair opportunity to avoid the cost.I feel this was misleading, as the advertised price did not reflect the true cost of the call. Had I been clearly aware of the full charge (including the access charge), I would not have made the call.As a result, I am requesting a goodwill refund or credit for this charge.I would appreciate you reviewing this and responding as soon as possible.

Looking at international roaming I have never used this before. The gb of data is this for the whole plan so for 10 days you get 20gb of data is that for the 10 days inclusive or split per day? Do you only get data not calls or texts? It doesn’t mention anything about this. 2gb a day for all data/whatsapp/facetime calls/maps ect does not seem sufficient enough for any trip? 

Would Id give me an earlier upgrade date by 1 month than the original early update date ? 

Hi how do I find out when my contract ends

My account phone number doesn’t match my number and when I call or text people see different numbers however in contract number is correct 

New Samsung s26.  Constantly slow charging.  Tried multiple different chargers and not working. Overnight the phone doesn't reach 100%
