My contract has ended and now I want to reduce my plan to a sim only deal. When I log in to my account it only gives me options for a new phone or more expensive sim plan. There is no option for a cheaper sim plan? How do you downgrade?

Hello, please help. Just switched to iD mobile sim only deal from O2 and having nothing but trouble as I can’t speak to anyone to help me. I have put PAC code in from O2 and it says it can’t do it and when I try logging in with my user email and password it’s saying I don’t have an account and I am now blocked. I want to keep my old number and need to switch asap before I go away. Please help!?

Transfer number from previous network. I have the PAC No and transaction No however when I enter the information I get the message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted” . I have checked and the information is correct

I have been unable to sign into my id mobile account or app for months because I have forgotten my password. When I follow the instructions to reset the password I never receive the email with the code. I have checked my span and junk email files and still no email. I have contacted customer services by phone and live chat and both promised a call back, which has never happened. The customer service is atrocious and I have had no help whatsoever in solving this. I have been deliberately cut off on a number of occasions after waiting for ridiculously long times on the phone. Can someone please help as I need to change my plan. And please do not just send a link like the live chat person did as I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!  That’s the whole point!!!!!

I have deleted my Esim account on my phone by accident and cannot find my original QR code and think that it may have already been on my new phone whrn it arrived , i cannot get any further with. live chat isnat available after trying for three days. What can i do 

I'm having trouble connecting to my data via 4g/4g+. The only way I have been able to do so is by enabling 5g but that is draining my devices battery. If anyone else has experienced this problem how did you fix it?

My plans phones will not receive calls. I have two phones on plans for my two sons. They cannot receive calls. This is since the new app was launched. The new app would not let me log in using my old details and so I created a new sign on and registered the phones. So far, so good, but their phones will not receive calls. If this carries on, I am leaving ID mobile. There is no way to talk to anybody and have been told, via their website, that if I cancel the direct debit my credit rating will be affected. Now I am not sure whether I am going to be paying two lots of direct debits for the same two phones. Bot chat doesn’t fire up, this website takes you directly to other peoples chats without letting me free type and seems deliberately orchestrated to avoid any direct contact. ID mobile, please contact me directly.

Can I upgrade early if I pay up remaining  balance

I ported over from EE, received my text from ID to say the port was completed but some calls and texts are showing the ID number whilst others are showing my EE ported number, which is the correct one. Any suggestions on a fix please.

I ordered Pixel 9 Pro thinking that I would receive a £200 enhanced trade in. I ordered the phone on the 22nd August and received on on the 10th September. I initiated the trade in with Currys and filled out the enhanced trade in form.  I have not received a pack to trade in my old phone. ID mobile and Currys have been no help whatsoever. Through no fault of my own I am £200 out of pocket - what are my options?

For a week now I have been unable to use my phone (or the other phone on my account) keep being told to look at the settings over and over but it is not the phone. Got told to take the phone to Currys they confirmed their is nothing wrong with the handset the guy even proved it by putting his own sim card in my phone and it worked. Had several new sim cards each one failing to activate and spent hours on end taliking to iD mobile who say its with tech but no update. I have no ability for my childrens school to contact me, I have applied for jobs so now have no way to be contacted. HELP ME ID MOBILE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Hi all….I have a brand new IDMobile SIM which I have put into my brand new Nokia 106. When the SIM registers, the phone shows “Emergency Calls” and I can’t receive or make any calls/texts, etc.  Have tried SIM in both slots of the phone and it’s the same issue.Can’t test SIM in another phone as the 106 takes a Standard SIM size and all my other phones are Nano

I'm going to Poland for a few days at the end of the month - I don't plan to be using my phone for calls or texts, but I generally use mobile data when out and about (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.). Is there anything I need to do prior to going to ensure I will be able to do this while abroad, or will it connect OK to another provider out there? Also, is there any additional charge or cap to using mobile data in Poland that I should be aware of? If so is there a temporary bolt-on or package I can buy for the few days I'm over there? 

I brought an eSIM through mobiles.co.uk as I want to change from physical lebara sim to ID mobile eSIM while still keeping my lebara number. I originally tried to buy a Vodafone plan however that got canceled but now my PAC number is still associated with that request so the lady on the phone said I needed to contact ID directly to get this sorted before the eSIM can be used with you with my same number. Please let me know the next steps so I can keep my number working!I struggled to get through on the phone as it wanted an id mobile number that I dont have.

I requested and received my PAC code 3 days ago and sent it to Sky to activate my new Sim.Nothing has happened so far, so I now have 2 active accounts with different numbers and providers.  ID have called me everyday since- however, as soon as I answer the call they hang up! What's going on? 

I have a contract with ID mobile for unlimited data and an iphone 15. I don’t even know how much the phone total is. All I know is I’m paying £39.99 a month. I want to pay for the phone completely. How do I pay it off instead of paying for it monthly.

Can I delete a reply on the community page? I'm getting emails due to mistakenly entering the competition via the reply box to the on the community page and now I'm getting loads of emails saying other have done the same but to my competition entry.

Hi, I am a new customer to ID mobile, activating my sim to a new phone purchased through a contract yesterday.  Since going through the usual set up procedures, I have been greeted with my service not working for calls, messages or to use my data. I was expecting a seamless transition switching over to ID mobile using an eSIM, but it has been nothing short of shambolic.I reached out to the live chat this morning to raise my issue and was on with an agent for 2 hours. I was asked to try many things, to which not worked. Lastly the agent in live chat told me I needed a new eSIM and guaranteed me this would work.  Whilst the new eSIM was activating I got cut off from live chat. This meant that I left with 2 eSIMs. Also, as expected activating a new eSIM did not work, it has just confused matters even more, as I now have two eSIMs on the phone. I have been attempting to get back in contact through live chat and the phone all afternoon and into the evenin

I ordered an upgrade a week ago. Phone has not arrived but my bill has doubled 

Hi,4/5G works absolutely fine at home but in London (where I work) the signal is terrible. Can’t get messages/internet/phone calls without being on WIFI or for the odd minute it works. I'm passed the 14 days cooling off period now and I regret moving over.Is there anything I can to fix/help this or preferably what can I do to get out of my 2 year contract & revert back to my old Vodafone (which worked fine!!!)seriously unhappy customer. thank you!!

I've been having trouble making and receiving calls for a few weeks now, even when I'm connected to WiFi. I have the latest update and have switched the phone off a few times too. Everything else is working fine.
