Hi, I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Cornwall, before i went I added a Lebara sim to my phone as I knew that the id network had no coverage where i was going.My phone can take 2 Sims. I have now returned home and my id SIM doesn't work. Any way to get it working again?Tia.

HelloAs part of the switch to ID mobile, I've opted to keep my old phone number. I supplied the PAC his seems to have been enacted ok but with the exception when I send a text message people see a different phone number to what I'd expect. Is there a known solution to this?When I make phone calls or receive texts it comes up as the number I'd expect (ie the number transferred over)Thanks Tim

I have tried several times but can't log into my account both via the app and online. Come on guys, we are in the 21st century and a DEVELOPED country. Customers shouldn't be experiencing such issues and shouldn't take hours to get such things resolved. It's frustrating and ridiculous!!!! GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER

Realised I had been paying full contract price when contract ran out months prior.Thought I had changed this successfully after receiving email confirming my new billing price to be £14 for same data, calls and text allowance, yet now it’s two months later I receive another email claiming my usual DD of £40+ will be taken soon. I understood the final payment/last months charge would be the higher price yet do not understand why my billing info page says I will only pay £5 this month, yet receiving emails that ID will charge old contract price. 

For the last few days I've been unable to make outgoing calls. When I try to call, it says 'calling' on the screen but it doesn't ring, then cuts out.I can send and receive text messages fineMy husband is on ID too and has no issues.

I've realised that my plan has changed from a 90GB, Unlimited Calls and Texts to 1.5GB, Unlimited Calls and Texts, both priced at £10.00. I don’t know why this has changed, or if it is a glitch. It says this on the app and also when I log in on the website. Please help me resolve this, Thanks

Hi I ordered a sim from you, I then messaged via email from {REMOVED} that I would like to cancel and sim was no longer needed the day after . You have taken a payment of £17.00 out of my account that I would like refunded please as I am not using it and asked within the refund cancellation policy time with no response thanks Lauren Lewis 

ID mobile don’t care that you’ve got issues with coverage, that you’re disabled and need that coverage, or that they’ve told you the phone is yours, then when offering a release of contract taking that back and asking you for the phone that they tell you, you’re not paying for, it’s just your minutes, etc.  No-one wants to take ownership at all, don’t care that you’re not going to have a concrete place to stay due to your landlord selling and you need a great service.   It’s like talking to a brick wall, I don’t know what else to do to get them to understand and actually do something instead of replying to my emails, then I give them the information and then they reply with something completely different. I’m over it, it’s causing me no end of stress and they don’t care

I recently ported my number from O2 last week. On the day of the switch it appeared to have completed without issue. However within 48 hours the number inexplicably changed to a random one causing my girlfriend a good deal of confusion when she tried to contact me. I have been onto customer service and eventually they told me that there had been a second incoming PAC code which had ‘overwritten’  my number from O2. They claim there is nothing they can do to recover it so through no action or fault of my own It is dead in limbo. I tried calling it but just got a number not recognized message.After this and none existent  data in the city centre I sorely regret switching to iD.Trying to do a search on the issue doesn’t turn up anything and O2 said they could not help either.I don’t believe for a moment that it is impossible to recover, there must be something that can be done or somewhere for me to turn, right?

Hello Community! I’m back on iD for the third time! I see a lot are having trouble with the new iD app, I’m guessing the reason everything changed has the account management behind it; the previous two times I was on the network I had to use different email addresses as their backend couldnt handle using the same email for a different mobile account. ANYHOO… The app doesnt have a section for changing the Customer Service PIN that I can find, and calling an operator to change it negates having the PIN in the first place, so does anyone know how to change it? edit: In the message received with the PIN, and also stated somewhere on the website, it states you can change the PIN in the app

I had a lot of calls , local in UK . I see one of the call has been charged by 0.4 for 1 min, can anybody please explain me why has been charge as it is a local mobile no. ? thank you  

Hi I have pre-ordered the hazel pixel 9 pro 256gb and checked with live chat when estimated delivery is  end of October.Has anyone else been told this? Other network providers are saying mid September and when I placed the order ID mobiles website it stated that too, don't want to wait that long as it seems other people are getting them sooner. Any help me much appreciated 👍 

I travelled from Italy to Switzerland for the day my phone worked fine in Italy but as soon as I entered Switzerland nothing …. My phone showed that I had 5G and WiFi and I was connected to Swisscom and my limit was high …. But could not access any of my apps….Apple Maps, google maps my travel card,  even the IDmobile app.  I was told that 3/ID mobile jjust does not work in Switzerland is this true for future travel??

Just starting using id moblie today have I made a mistake?? Very bad signal and 4g and seeing this message when checking status all day. Is this normal? I'm in northern ireland . 

I’m trying to log into my online account/app to view my plan details. I’ve registered an email address, created a password, etc. But when I get to adding a number to my account, I put in my surname, date of birth and phone number and it says “Sorry your details do not match our records, please try again”. I’m concerned that someone may be registered to my number mistakenly, and have no way of accessing my account to change billing or cancel the contract. I’ve had multiple conversations via the live chat - all of whom say they can’t proceed as I’m not the account holder. They also said the number isn’t registered, so how can I not register it to my email address?!

Hi,I am not receiving anymore OTP text messages sent by my overseas bank.  This was working perfectly on 14th August 2024, but stopped thereafter.  My bank reconfirmed the number was correct in their system and validated with their technical support that the SMS was correctly being sent on their side. I have tried multiple troubleshooting from this community and other websites, including iPhone restart as well as factory reset, Network settings reset, forcing manual network selection, checked blocked numbers, SIM card on another iPhone,…  And nothing works!  I can still receive other SMS but not the OTP from the overseas bank. I saw in another feed that the customer had to change to a different network but I would rather not, as I am otherwise extremely happy with ID Mobile.Can anybody help?
