I've had a 1.5gbp plan for ages. I was given 500mb complimentary every month's as well. This data was getting rolled over prior to the app update . Now I can only see 1.5gb data. The extra 500mb is gonr.  And nothinh is getting rolled over! Where do I see rollover on the app? I have made no plan changes.  Can you please fix? 

My dad is having trouble logging into his iD mobile app, and I think I know the reason why.I think prior to porting his number to iD a few years ago I entered an incorrect date of birth. Is there any way I could get this rectified? Could someone from iD contact me. My dad simply wants to be able to log in to the app and view his billing each month.

I have switched to IDD however my phone number has not. I don’t remember seeing an option to select a date for me to swap numbers from my old provider however I certainly do want to keep my old number. I have tried to request a PAC but it does not work, and I have also tried filling in a form but it says my PAC isn’t verified? IDD do not have a call service unless it is automated and I really need help. I need help from an actual agent. what do i do? 

I thought i had lost my phone but i found it later in the day.But i blocked the ID Mobile Sim Card to be on the safe side. I am now trying to reactivate the Sim Card but you are sending me a one time passcode when my Sim Card is blocked.Why are you sending me a code to a phone that is blocked.

The way to contact ID mobile for help and address our issues seem to be way too robotic there is only access to help through live chat which isn't able to understand our needs and we need to have actual people who can answer to us by phone to better the lives of everyone who needs help from our phone provider IDMobile. Thank you very much for reading this I hope we can get a response as soon as on behalf of everyone using IDMobile and those who may choose to join the Provider.

I've been trying to log onto the ID Mobile but it's always saying, sorry etc and nothing is there. So I can't retrieve my statements to actually pay it. It's just a waste of time, this company, they've given me a bad credit score now because of all this, it's their fault this has happened. I cancelled the DD as I thought that I didn't owe them anymore as I'd stopped using the mobile after the contract had ended. Though I think they've added more money on the account as they said beforehand that I didn't owe them anymore. So who's right or wrong here? Mobile companies are always ripping off people when contract ends they're still charging you even you don't use the mobiles. I've had it done to me many times, it's wrong. So I'm not sure how this can be rectified as I'm unable to get through to them.

Hi, I bought a breeze esim for my Galaxy S23 FE with ID mobile. When I click on add eSim it just spins and then stops. I can’t get beyond that. Can anyone advise? Esim is for USA. Thanks.

i have got my £39.99 bill for this month like i do every month. but i have also got an additional £42.77 randomly and idk where it has come from. does anybody else have this issue? i cant find a number to actually speak to someone about it, its all just automated.

I bought id mobile yesterday and my calls and texts are working and my number is going to be switched on the 4th however my data is not working despite it saying in the app that I have 50GB. Any help available? 

I have had repeatedly been getting problems with direct debit not been taken and account going in red for months. Latest one app said direct debit set up but I checked bank and no direct debit. So contacted chat told everything fine repeated told them something was wrong. They said everything fine and disconnected chat surprise surprise next day direct debit failed to be taken mainly beceause it was never set up by id with bank. Day one tried to pay online got opps message next day everthing fine no red balance. then day three in red and direct debit details had disappeared one is one day app says everything OK then next day email saying account in red. What is going onTry and pay on app again and get opps message and payment won't go to next stage. Direct debit has vanished. I cannot use the 777 method as sim is used in a router and the only other phone is mobile on different id account.  This is driving me crazy all I want to do is pay!!!!.Before this latest error I

My ID account has been hacked by scammers!I have had to block my debit card, and with great difficulty from ID Mobile managed to cancel phones ordered in my name -my bill would have gone from £12.month to £89 and my wife would be paying £115 monthly. How did this happen? I tried to contact ID Mobile to say I did not change my plan and all they said  I did it on line -of course I did not, but ID insisted I did it. If ID is so easy to get into and they did not even think of the gap in payment, no body contacted me to say a new plan was in place, except a text, which I did not open as it could have come from anywhere. I t is a pity that no human is available to speak with over theses very important matters. The scammer said his name was Jason and he gave a number    07441396375,  Watch out for this number! Eventually the new plan was changed the top of the range iPhone were cancelled -why is it SOOOO difficult to get an ID Person to speak to you on the telephone?Thanks to

I have travelled to portugal and can't access my mobile data. International roaming is enabled in the id app but my phone won't let me turn on roaming. The option is greyed out and a reboot hasn't helped. I've seen another person with this issue on here a week ago, but cant see what they did to resolve this. My husband has exactly the same issue. We both have Samsung S23 fe. Which is the same phone the other person also had! 

For the last month, my service has been awful, unable to call or send messages, not getting the services of the contract that I am paying for. Extremely disappointed. Unable to use the phone as a MOBILE device, only working via WiFi.
