I ordered an upgrade, last week I have received no notification of dispatch or delivery of the new phone and now ID have said the new contract is live and cut me off from current phone. I have no access to any service and trying to contact ID directly is proving to be impossible.I have no phone, no service and no new phone yet ID have started charging me for a non existence service!

I can't access my account, it says the information doesn't match, I don't know what to do anymore, I can't see my invoices, I go into the app, it asks me to enter the number, last name and date of birth. To say that the information doesn't match

Please let me know how to get a replacement sim for my phone?

Please help me to remove  cap on my calls, I do not understand why I cannot make calls because I have a package calls and minutes unlimited and when I wanted to make a call I had an automated VOICE that I have to pay or remove a cap, cannot find where it is. Please help.  I have been using it just about 10 days, and there is no option to ask a human being what do I need to do ro be able to make calls.

Got an upgrade, but needed a new sim card, so I've put the sim card in my new upgrade, and it won't connect to the Internet. Can anyone help please ? 

I've just upgraded but not happy with the phone is there a cooling off period so I can send my phone back and choose another one 

My son uses this contract in my name all texts are going to him  and its spoiling the surprise of his upgrade for his birthday next month  

Just upgraded my phone to a 5g phone, question _ do I need a different sim card for 5g. Thanks

My wife and myself ported to ID at the weekend,  my wife can receive calls but texts are going to her old phone.....help please😊

Ihave unlimited minutes but currently I can't make calls because it tells me I have reached my limit. I've Sennen just bought 200 minutes as an add on and it still doesn't work?! Very frustrating!

I completed the online form to activated the enhanced trade in and followed all the terms and conditions. I received my original trade in amount of £10 no problem, however, the enhanced trade in amount of £150 never arrived. I have been chasing this with TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk for two months and getting no where. They have asked for additional information, which I have provided. Then someone else picks up the enquiry, asks for the same information or doesn’t read my enquiry in full and states the £10 has been sent. I am waiting on the £150!!This is ridiculous! Can anyone help? 

My switch is happening today and my sim has not arrived! I got an email to say my sim was on its way and was then prompted to start the process of switching my number. I have still not received my sim and my switch is happening today which means I am going to be without a working phone!  I am also already paying for this sim which has not arrived ?! When ordering it said it would take 2-3 business days to arrive but now when I ask the chat it says 5!  I cannot get through to talk to a real person as it says they need to text me a code to verify on my non existent sim!!!! please help

I have 2 ID mobile SIM cards, one is in my iPad & the other is in my mobile Myfi internet hub. In the uk they work as expected but when abroad they have no service.yesterday I removed the sim from my Myfi hub & placed it into my iPhone where it worked perfectly, I made a phone call & watched a little YouTube just to be sure & all was well.i then placed it back into my Myfi whe once again it gave me nothing, can someone help before I cancel both contracts please

HiPlease I cannot top up my PAYG sim. See attached screenshot and sort it out. I reported this issue few weeks and ago and it wasn’t fixed.   

HiWe’ve got 4 plans with ID Mobile - my wife’s, two of my daughters and a (data only) phone I use solely in the car. I’ve always been a fan - affordable plans with a good data allowance, but recent events with the new “app” and online accounts portal have left me a little disillusioned.When the new app became available I actually (can’t remember if by phone app or laptop web browser) successfully registered all 4 plans on the new platofrm, and for me it was an improvement as I could see all 4 plans simultaneously whilst logged in as just myself. With the previous app I needed to log out of each plan and log back in under a different username/password to see another plan - which worked OK but was a bit clunky.Anyway, I came to the use the mobile app again this week and to my disbelief all the plans I’d added to my account had vanished, and I was back to square one - I can log in OK but then get prompted to add telephone numbers again as there are none there. This

I ported to ID at weekend and number changed over today. I can receive calls and texts with the number I ported over but when I text back it comes up with the phone number supplied by ID instead of my own ported number.....help please 😊

Hi im currently in latvia, roaming counter on my iphone tells me 30.6gb so far. Just got a message from id saying that ive spent 100% of my roaming allowance. Now if my bill cap is set to 0 does roaming data usage overruns that cap set by the custumer and 3£ per gb is still being applied or data is disconnected when bill cap is 0? 

On the 17th  july I noticed that Id mobil had randomly taken £12 out of my bank on the 9th july.So on the 17th july I contacted id mobile by live chat asking why the had taken this £12, id mobile denied taking the £12 and told me I needed to contact my bank, I contacted my bank and stopped any more random £12  coming out. Now we are 21st Aug today I received a final notice letter from id mobile for £24, I again contacted id mobile by live chat and they say I had taken a sim only in June witch I never i already have contract with them,  I spent all afternoon on live Chat and id mobile say I need report this sim as fraud and get a crime number which I had to do and get back on live chat and give them the crime number and now I need to 3 day for someone to contact  and this will take 30 to 40 days for them to investigate.This is a *iss take. I never ordered sim only sim card also id mobile denied taking money out of my bank on the 9 th july even though I have bank
