Just wanted someone from IDMobile to get back to me. I recently became an IDMobile customer and I have had issues with the PAC swap. ID have kindly given me two or three amounts of credit on my account due to the switch delay. I have since noticed that one I cannot see that discount applied no more, then I saw my bill go back to normally amount and then I saw a drop again but a very small one. Now today I received another email to say credit has been applied to my account but now the expected bill is £10 higher than it should be normally. So where is the credit gone?  I must admit that OD not having actual people to talk to is very frustrating as this would resolve issues far more efficiently in my opinion. This online community help page isn't the best in that respect. I want someone from ID to contact me so I can discuss what is happening on my account as the app and the information within it are not great and somewhat limited 

Voice is OK but no network. Not a local problem as I am travelling.How can I get this fixed?

Hi, I recently bought an ID mobile SIM and activated it using my PAC through my previous provider. I can use iMessage and use the data but I can’t make or receive calls unless I’m connected to WiFi? can someone help me please! 

Been checking Network Status in my area for several weeks. Messages have all stated “We’re fixing an issue in this area . . .” How long before it’s fixed? Postcode S40 3EN. 

In the last month or so my signal has deteriorated to the point when there are times when I can’t get a signal to make calls. This happens most annoyingly at home TN4 9RB and also when I am in London N5, where I am a frequent visitor. Pease advise?

It was better to get a new id contract than to upgrade so I did BUT I have to keep my number. As you cannot swap numbers id to id I had to move my old number to EE PAYG then back to ID. Do I need to register my account with the new number I was given or wait until the number I want is ported over?????

I recently sent my submitted my PAC number for a number transfer and I was given my date the number would be changed. It was scheduled to change on the 4/12/24 and I was told I would receive a text to confirm that the number has transferred. It is now 24 hours later and I haven't received any text confirming the number switch and my number is still the same. Can someone tell me when I can expect this change to happen as I have had my new phone and plan for over 7 days and I still haven't been able to use my phone or plan yet. 

Switched from o2 to id mobile but it’s shows o2 as my  provider on my primary setting and id mobile as my network provider on the travel setting I had an e sim rather than a physical one 

I have been charged twice on my direct debit. I am only using 1 sim

This is beyond frustrating.I currently have a rolling SIM only plan and I have ordered a new device with a 24 contract last Friday. The new device has eSIM so I asked to get that option.Now, the new device has not been shipped yet and iD decides to activate the existing nano SIM at 11pm. So I'm stuck with no phone, middle of the night, the current device is not eSIM compatible and there is no support what so ever.I have no idea when they will ship the new device yet I'm being billed for the contract already and have no working phone on top of that! Is this a joke?

Hi guys, My phone was annoyingly pick pocketed whilst I was in London last weekend.my insurance asked for proof from my network provider that the IMEI has been blocked which I requested Tuesday, I was told I should receive this within 24 hours.its now been 48 hours and still have received this, is there a typical time this should take?

I want to speak to a person I don’t have a signal when I’m out and about I want to reduce my monthly payments as they are to high I am finding it difficult to find £40 every month but they say I have to pay £620 to buy my self out of my contract I didn’t realised I was in a 24 months contract that wasn’t me clear to me 

Hi guys, I currently pay £47.46 per month for unlimited everything (I think data may be 100GB but that’s essentially unlimited to me). I really want to reduce my cost per month, 1 because it is high for a phone bill and also because iD Mobile’s roaming options are quite poor so I’m paying for data I can’t use in that many places. How do I go about this? Is it even possible if I’m on a sim + handset deal?

How do I contact ID out of hours to stop fraudsters stealing all my money after ID mobile let them transfer my number to another SIM?Very angry and lost £9,000 so far, text from ID mobile about the “SIM Activation” 25 mins After the fraudsters had called and duped my bank!!!!!! Action Fraud closed, ID mobile closed, I need help now!!!!!

So I received all info from ID mobile and now all set up it says today - using esimHowever I cannot make or receive any phone callsWhatsapp and texts all working fine online chat says to wait until 6pm today - is that correct even though I received a text saying all ready to use ?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and recently switched over to ID Mobile, including porting my number over. My voicemail worked perfectly with this device on my previous network.Since switching to ID my voicemail only works if I manually reject a call.However, if the call is unanswered it does not trip to voicemail but instead just gives a message saying the call cannot be connected.Can anyone help get this working? Live chat have not been any help unfortunately. 

Since switching to ID Mobile the signal coverage on my phone is just terrible, & it’s getting worse.It doesn't matter where I am in the country ( inside or outside ), the signal on my phone is so weak, & if I am inside I can pretty much guarantee that the signal on my phone will be so weak that I won’t be able to use the internet, & sometimes it will be so weak that I won’t even be able to make calls, & this from a mobile network provider that claims to use the 3 network, & claims that their network covers 99% of the UK.The only way I can get a slightly better signal with ID Mobile is when I turn my phone to 3G only ( manual not auto ), but again, not without the problems mentioned above, but even if I do this my signal can still be full one minute & dead the next, even when I haven't even moved anywhere.Also, it seems that I’m not the only one with signal coverage issues when it comes to the ID Mobile network as masses of ID Mobile users

I’m not due for an upgrade for another year but have seen an ID mobile contract for the iPhone 15 pro max that I would like to sign up to. I’m happy to pay off my remaining current contact with ID but I want to keep my number and put it on my new plan. Is this doable? Everywhere which says early upgrade is max of 2 months early even though I’m happy to pay the difference. 

I don’t have an active direct debit set up, it happens when a payment fails, I go to pay it but then I am charged again. It’s happened on a couple months resulting in overpayment how do I claim this refund? It says I am still overdue for payment on mobile banking meaning I can’t set up my direct debit 

Following this mornings conversation regarding a faulty SIM. Plus a 20 mile round trip to get a replacement SIM from Currys. Talk me through the replacement procedure and activation process so that I don't loose my current phone number

Hi. We accidently took the wrong phone out of contract for my daughters Christmas present. I only just opened it yesterday and noticed, so it's out of the 14days grace period. There is 23 months left on the contact, does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to cancel? The live chat was no help and the app isn't giving any answers as we haven't activated the sim

Massive catalogue of errors here. I recently took out a contract on a Google Pixel 8.  DPD attempted delivery but no one answered the door (my wife was in but didn’t hear them knock).  I then knew that no one would be in during delivery hours for the next week, so tried to alter delivery.  DPD said they could alter delivery, and ID mobile said the same.  They then tried to deliver the phone every day for a week, at a time I knew, and told them, I wouldn’t be in.They finally managed it a week after the order was made - but delivered the wrong phone.  An iPhone 15, in a package with my details and address on the front.I contacted IDmobile on text chat - they told me that DPD would collect the phone from me, and I should wait for instructions on this.  I waited, and nothing came through.I phoned the complaints line.  They told me that they would never organise collection through DPD.  I was told to return the phone myself, via Royal Mail Special deliv

Although I left ID at the end of November and was told they would issue a final bill the day after I used the PAC number. I have not received one and they have continued to take the next monthly payment and trying to get an an answer from their stupid bot is ridiculous
