Hi all, apologies- I’m sure this has been asked before, but I’m going in circles and losing the will to live!My current provider is putting up their prices, so I’m looking to move to ID. I already have an ID account for my son. I have a PAC code from my current provider. I ordered a new SIM from ID for a new SIM only account. I thought it said I could move my number at checkout, but checkout went without any opportunity to do so that I saw.No problem, the website is clear, I can switch to ID in 2 other ways:Via the app. On the plan screen. I’ve entered the data, but I’m just getting an error message.Via the website. Just fill in your details. I log in, but I can’t see anything to switch or enter my data.Where is the switching form on the website? Thanks in advanceAndy

Around twice a day when I go to make a phone call I find my Nothing Phone 2A will not connect to the mobile network. It shows connected to iD but if I call it immediately drops the call and it doesn’t connect.The only solution is to reboot the phone after which it works again.It doesn’t seem to make any difference if I have wifi on or off.The phone is running Android 15, last updated 1st Sept 2025.The issue was present before the last Android update and remains now.My son has the same phone handset on another operator and has none of these issues.I don’t know if I have a faulty handset or it is connectivity issues with the iD network.

ID what's going on???? Shows attached to 5G towers .... But drops left right and centre. Coming from the airport last night I had to hit spot if No3 son EE network … Need and answer today else breach of contract on your part… And this helps service is useless 

Dear all,I have a current sim-only 30-day plan (80 GB for £10) in use for more than a year, and there is a new sim-only plan on offer I'm considering to switch to, but this is not included among the options available on my id app for plan changes, as l only saw the offered plan on ID website sim-only offers (the plan is a monthly contract with 108 GB for £9). How can l switch to this plan, or do l need to cancel/end my current contract and purchase the one l like on your website? No smooth transition between plans is available? Thanks

I and several people i know have not had access to internet through mobile network for three weeks. We understood the network service was being fixed but it still does not work. I live on Adur/horsham district boundary

I’ve just switched over to ID from Sky & I can’t receive any one time passcodes unless I’m at home on my own WiFi which is causing me issues logging into websites 

I have just moved to ID from EE. I submitted the PAC and all other numbers required. I received the emails from ID confirming the changeover. I’ve woke this morning, restarted my new device and now I have no network, no phone calls in or out.can anyone advise what to do?thanks 

I have been hospitalised whilst away on a short three day break and missed my flight home. I am now stuck abroad with language barriers and a serious medical condition. I do not know when I can get out of hospital. After three days I have a message from ID saying I am using chargeable services and that every call and text is outside my plan. I am in one of the free roaming countries listed by ID. Without mobile service I will be unable to deal with repatriation and this is a critical item. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.

New to ID, I have the welcome email and filled in the form on the website to keep my mobile number but the site comes back with “oops there was a problem”.It gave no indication of what the problem might be.I have filled in the form 3 times checking very carefully that it was correct but the result has been the same 3 times.Is this the level of service at ID?

Hello all,I purchased a new handset and a Pay Monthly SIM plan online through the iD Mobile website. I then returned the phone and the SIM card in-store at a Currys branch.Here are the emails I received:From Currys: One email indicated that my plan was "migrated to a Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan" and mentioned a refund of my upfront cost. From iD Mobile: A second email then confirmed a new Direct Debit had been set up for my monthly bill.I returned the item intending to fully cancel the order. I was expecting the Direct Debit to be terminated, not confirmed as active.Can anyone on the iD Mobile team or the community help explain what is happening here, or what will happen next? Is this a normal part of the process, or do I need to take further action?I have my Currys in-store receipt as proof of the return and just want to ensure no charges are pending.Thank you in advance for any ins

Hi I’m trying to end my contract with ends on 18th November but it’s stated that if I proceed my pac code will terminate please can someone explain if I do this will my number stop immediately ? Also how do I request pac code to keep my number.

I have exactly the same issue.If I use *61* ie divert when unansweredand set the phone number for the unanswered call to go to , to 123 (ie idmobile voicemail)it allows me to set the time the caller has to wait till the call is divertedThe syntax is *61*123**10# for a divert to 123 after 10 secondschecking with*#61* the phone informs me ---“iD Mobile message---Call forwarding---Voice: 123 after 10 seconds”***so, it accepts the 10 second wait, before trying to transfer the caller to 123***PROBLEM is when idmobile tried to forward the call to 123,the caller gets “Sorry your call cannot be connected”ie 123 isn’t being linked to idmobile voicemailA workaround isto replace “123” with the long telephone number for idmobile voicemail service ie +44778233123So the syntax is *61*+447782333123#This will divert the caller to voicemail ----> but after 30 seconds <----

Hello, I am not satisfied with the update offer, I looked on mobiles.co.uk and this is the offer I am interested in, can you suggest one to me? 

Swapped from EE to id a few months ago. The signal is so bad, don't get any in work at all or if im in a shop or supermarket. It's basically pointless? Feel tricked and scammed as the coverage checker said good coverage. Feel like I've been misled

My contract is approaching its end, and with the new upgrade, I am not satisfied with the offer I have received. I have searched online and found a suitable package offered by MobileS.co.uk. Could you let me know if it’s possible to switch to this package through you, or should I handle it independently?Thank you. 

Just upgraded my phone on the ID app on Friday to S25 fe, free Samsung galaxy watch was supposed to be included. Have looked on the Web and cannot find any claim site offers relating to ID  only EE. Have I been duped here?

How do I upgrade to aim only contract deal?

I recently started a new contract having closed another a few months ago.I initially managed to set my new number up on my account but now it’s saying ‘details don’t match’ when I’m trying to log in. I’m using descktop and not the App.Can anyone help? It’s so irritating not being able to call and speak to someone to resolve this for me.  TIA

I was recently sent a letter from a debt collector (iCSDR) demanding £20.90. despite conversations months ago regarding the issue. I only owe for November. Your account system makes no sense at all. For some reason, I do not know, payment failed! The same day, payment went through. Then you took 2 x £20 = £40.00 from my account on the same day in July.  This meant I was paid up until the end of October. My monthly payment is £10 per month. I will owe £10 for November but do not owe you £20.90 I need you to rectify this and close my account.  This is appalling service as I dealt with this in July when i got the first a demand despite me being in credit for for £30.
