does IDmobile know whst they are doing ?
I lost and found my mobile on a recent holiday and while it was missing I cancelled the SIM card On return to the UK I explained the situation and requested a new Sim but I can’t make cellular calls .i contacted ID , fiddled with the mobile settings for a few days then went to Carphone warehouse for another SIM card still no ability to make calls ID mobile rang some checks later last week and indicated a problem with the phone itselfi went to my local phone shop who do repairs and they say there’s nothing wrong with the phone , ID mobile just need to remove the mobile from the blacklist and the phone will be fully functional more than a week without phone messy about when a simple procedural change at ID mobilr would have fixed this problem on day 1 one very unhappy customer
