Hi. I have very poor signal anywhere I go. I only joined ID a couple of days ago. How do I cancel mu contract?

Good Afternoon, I have recently upgraded my plan to a Pixel 9 and as part of the upgrade there is an offer to trade in my current device and receive an extra £150. As such I requested a trade in pack on the 14th of August and sent it back on 26th August. The Royal Mail Tracking shows it had been delivered to the Trade In location on the 29th, which is now about to be 7 days ago. Since it has been delivered, I have still not had an email saying it has been received and no money has been paid to me. As such I have a phone, which is valued at 180, somewhere with no acknowledgement.  In addition it is coming up to the 21 day mark since valuation and they haven't stated they have received it. The only reason I went with Currys is the take advantage of the extra trade in offer, but at the min I can't even get the original value for my phone on its own. Can you look into this please.

I have been trying to install a E-sim in my phone, it's got the facility to add this, but I was unable to get past this screen, Google said to disable my original sim (see next pic) and this didn't work, but now I'm locked out of my Id account and have no connection  

I'm going on holiday to Mexico how can I use my mobile phone without incurring roaming charges

I’m becoming a IDMobile customer over five years. The last contract I signed for monthly payment of 15£. Since beginning of this year my bill has been increased to 33£ monthly! Struggling to pay this amount. But I would like to know why the bill is higher than double?Thank you!

Paid one bill if £37.49 but my payment is £17.99& on top of that, my phone is still restricted and on top of all that, I apparently also still owe £37.49what is going on please!?!can someone also please call me from customer services or send me a number I can call please!?!many thanks Lacey Anthony 

Just wondering how long it takes for the £100 cashback to be processed and sent to your account.I traded in and upgraded. Got the £60 for trade in but 2 weeks later, still no £100.States in the instructions that it will be sent a few days after the £60.Hope it does get paid to me

I just don’t get it!  It really shouldn’t be this difficult!Just received an email from iD Mobile congratulating me as the friend I referred has joined iD mobile and paid their second bill.  Excellent, except that there’s a large blue button on the email labelled “Claim your reward”.Why?  Why do I need to do this when iD Mobile have all the information they need?  Why do they want to make it so difficult?  I guess that’s an easy question, as they don’t actually want people to get their rewards, so this step potentially stops people in their tracks, especially when it doesn’t work!Clicking on “Claim your reward” simply takes me to the iD mobile “Friends with benefits” web page telling me that if I refer someone I’ll get a reward.  I know, i’ve done it, but I still haven’t got the reward, so why am I being navigated to this screen?There’s another blue button “Get started”.  I assume this relates to refering a friend, or am I supposed to click this button to

Mobile data not working in turkey

HiI re-registered for an ID account a while ago, but I have never been able to log in. I have used the reset password link, reset my password, and then even after confirmation it does not let me log in with the new password.How can I regain access to my account?

I recently pre ordered the Pixel 9 pro fold as an upgrade on the 28/08/2024 and when the order went through it said stock was expected to be delivered on the 05/09/2024 but now when I check on the website it says stock is expected 24/10/2024 I’m just wondering if I will still receive my order on the date stated when I ordered the device? As the trade in offer for my 14 pro max is only eligible for 21 days and I need the new phone before I send my current handset in as I don’t have a back up, also I want to claim the offer for extra £300 trade in but that offer runs out on the 05/09/2024 so I’m left confused as I wouldn’t of upgraded as of yet if I knew I had to wait until the 24th October, any help with this would be greatly appreciated 

I live in East Ayrshire and have not been able to make or receive calls for 3 days.

I have been trying to get an answer of extremely poor, next to nil coverage at home, and also at various places.  I was visiting lake district lately and suffered a lot due to no coverage, couldn’t order food online, and even maps won’t load as no coverage.  When I got in touch with their “support team” on X, this is the reply I received. Do I earn right to cancel my contract ?

I’ve recently joined iD mobile and I’ve noticed in the “ bill, view previous bills” that it’s not working. I’ve logged onto my account in the web browser and it works there, you can also download your bills.  anyone have had the same issue in the app with the view previous bills not working.  thanks 

The physical sim card reader on my phone has broken. I’ve checked my sim card in other phones and it works fine.To get round the issue I decided to request an e-sim. However I’ve gone through the process several times on live chat (including using alternative email addresses) and never receive the email with the QR code on it. I’ve checked junk, spam, etc. but nothing.I know other people have had this issue in the past, is there a solution? Thanks

I have just received an email from ID saying my refer a friend gift card is waiting for me and a link to click and a secure link to copy if the button doesn't work. However when using both, they take me to the app log in page and when I log in I can't find where the gift card is, any help.

I’ve been a 3 customer for over 20 years, but was lured to iD mobile by a good deal on a new phone.However I’ve still not heard from them since setting up the contract.They did email to say the google pixel 9 XL is “ currently out of stock ….. we’re expecting it shortly, so it should be with you soon. “ When is “soon”? They haven’t told me.I’ve had an email saying “We’ve created your account”, but when I try to log in it just says my details don’t match.Can I find a phone number to call them? No. How about an email address? No. Live chat? No, it just points me to FAQs. I see a lot of messages here which point to problems with iD. Should I ditch out now??

I am being recommended an upgrade which has the first 3 months at half price, but when I click “upgrade now”, I get offered an upgrade without the first 3 months at half price.23/07/2024 - I managed to get the same deal, i.e. first 3 months at half price,  through car phone warehouse 25/07/2024- I have received an email from ID Mobile which states my first bill will be £9.00 and does not mention the reduced rate for the first 3 months  25/07/2024 - Whilst my ID Mobile account shows my next bill at £5.27. Hi - I have (or had) two IdM accounts, one for my daughter and one for my son.I can  now no longer gain access to either, via web or app.Orignally I used different usernames for each, but (I think) the same email address. Now usernames seem no longer to be required, and your system (and this user) may be confused by the use of the same email for two accounts.Can supply email addresses, usermames and phone numbers by private message when you respond.Best regardsJohn Harrison
