Good Afternoon, I have joined iD - I have been to the link to enter my PAC code to be able to keep my number, however, the select date box does not allow me to choose a date! I can not use the live chat as this also does not work. I have cleared broweser history and cleared cache, nothing. I am now going to have to pay for the iD mobile and my old account as I am unable to use the PAC code due to iD mobile error. Shame you have not got a customer service telephone line.

I’ve been with Idmobile for 2 weeks and decided to leave as I was having issues within the cooling off period. They disconnected my number so can’t receive my PAC by text. They say they have sent it by email but it hasn’t arrived. I have been on line to them at least 10 hours now it’s so frustrating what can I do? I have filed a complaint but I seem to be going around in circles !

HiI'm looking at the Oppo find x9 pro and see ID mobile sells it for £44.99 per month on unlimited data etc £49 upfront…This brings the 2 year cost to £1109.76... With unlimited data…When the manufacturer sells it for £1099 without any airtime I feel ID mobile is too good to be true? I'm getting unlimited data and calls and texts for a tenner more than the phone costs? Do I still own the phone at the end of 24 months? Even if I don't use the SIM with the phone and opt to use another carrier the phone is cheaper than I can get elsewhere…Can I opt for SIM card as opposed to esim as I want to swap in and out OnePlus 13 as well…Thanks. J

Its took the money out of my account twice for my phone bill, im not happy with this can you cancel the pending transaction please.

Hello. I initiated 3 conversations with the live chat agents, first one told me that regardless that I received a message from idmobile that the port has finalised I should wait for 22:00 (24.10). 2nd one walked me through a multitude of fixes with the last resort to go to Currys and request a new SIM. Did that. Part of issue solved, any kind of OTP, security check, confirmation, still not received. 3rd one interrupted (25.10.2025).Now I can't access the live chat in any way I try and I also cannot receive any sort of OTP messages, probably a issue with split port after transferring from another network.How can I access and receive any kind of support?

Hi,  I have recently purchased a Google Pixel Pro 10 XL through ID mobile. As part of the deal I was informed I can claim a pair of Pixel Buds Pro 2. When following the link on ID mobile, I am told on the ID mobile website that's the claim needs to be made by 1/11/25 23:59. However, when I follow the link to Google, it tells me that I cannot claim until 14 days after the purchase date, this would be 9/11/25. What happens next? I don't want to leave this until the 9th to find I can't get them. Will it still honour my purchase and free gift on the 9th of November? 

I want to check how much it'll cost me to buy out my contract and when I click the leave I'd mobile link. I get a cloud flare Error 1016?Can't resolve it from my side, any help?

Hi everyone, I ordered a phone contract recently and received the delivery today. Unfortunately, the SIM card that came with the phone isn’t working at all. It’s not being detected in the new phone or even in my old phone, and it doesn’t read or show any signal. I’ve tried contacting support through the live chat, but it seems to be down right now. I’ve also been searching everywhere for a customer service phone number, but couldn’t find one, which has been really frustrating and not a great start. At the moment, I can’t even receive the verification code via email to activate the SIM, which means I can’t switch it to an eSIM either. Can anyone from iD Mobile or the community advise me what I can do next to get this sorted?Also, is this kind of issue common with iD Mobile? Because if this is how it usually goes, I might prefer to return everything while I still can. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there all, I am trying to USB tether my Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G to my laptop. I have enabled it on my phone, installed Xiaomi USB and tethering drivers from their website, added APN type "dun" under access point settings on the phone. I have also tried different USB ports and restarted both devices. Despite this, my laptop does not get any "ethernet" or ethernet via "NDIS based internet sharing device". In other words, only the hotspot works and not the USB tethering. Thanks in advance for any help!

I have just taken out a new contract woth id and requested to keep same number with esim... but havent been sent a esim?

I've had a ClearScore credit score update to say my account is in arrears. I've checked all three accounts I have with ID mobile and they're all paid. And of course the chat function isn't working tonight and I can't find a link to make a complaint. Help. 

I purchased a new phone 2 weeks ago with ID mobile and have been using the phone for less than 10 days. I had a notification to say I have gone over my 10gb data and that I would be charged £10 on my next bill. I was with another provider for 5 years with 3gb of data that i never once went over on… I can’t seem to contact anyone at ID mobile to get this resolved as the only line of contact is the live chat and that is down and no one is responding on messenger. If I knew the customer service was as bad as this I would never have taken out the phone! I would like to cancel my contact and return my device. How do I go about this?

Hi, My father switched over to ID from O2 and used a PAC code to transfer old number over. However, since the switch he is unable to receive/send text messages or make calls now (but mobile data is working). Furthermore, we are unable to access customer support etc via the app as he cannot login - it requires a one time password sent by text to his number (which he is not receiving). At a slight loss what to do - have tried fiddling with the SIM settings on iPhone - it shows the phone number attached to the ID plan as a different number - not his original phone no. that should’ve been transferred over.  Any suggestions or alternative ways to contact ID appreciated. Thanks

Why is reception so bad in cities where it should be best. EG. central London and Oxford city centre I get no more than 2 bars (Android) my wife & daughter report same on their iPhones.We were with EE for years previously, so hoping this may be a settings problem on our phones.   

Like quite a few people, I've been trying to submit my PAC code. All the information is correct but it comes up with an error message. If I can't do it soon I will cancel my account  

Hi Please can someone advise,I've set up a DD on a few occasions in the last years but it never takes the DD and I have to pay manually, it's also noticed that I'm missing payments on my credit register when I'm not. Today is the same been cut of as i haven't paid and told Todo so immediately, which I always do on that day but then sometimes my phone doesn't work for hours ! To add a little more misery on what should be a straight forward payment i get at least 2 mgs from ID mobile everyday telling my my DD has been reinstated. This is clearly an error as I shouldn't be receiving these as my DD has always been active. Without speaking to a human I've tried everything my end to fix this ! 

hi i sent my old phone to be returned as part of buying new one...it was perfectly fine but got sent back no reason? can someone from ID MOBILE explain? 

I received a text from iD mobile to say my new sim would be activated shortly.  I hadn’t requested one and on investigation the address on my account had been altered.  Trying to sort this is an nightmare as I have already wasted over 2 hours ‘chatting’  to 4 different agents.  They wouldn’t do anything as my address didn’t match the one on the account (no as the scammer had altered it).  My question is how do I now cancel my contract with them (pay monthly so no problem) when I cant log in my account? 

I have signed up for an account and ordered two eSims last weekend. One for my son and one for myself. The QR codes to activate the eSims arrived in the same email and there was no way of telling which code belonged to which of our numbers. We took a gamble, picked one each and installed the eSims on our iPhones. The switch from o2 happened yesterday an now I have my son’s number and he has mine! How do we fix this?Neither of us are receiving text messages and I cannot log into my account as we are not able to receive the onetime passcode. Help please! Thanks   

I am not receiving texts and any texts I’m sending aren’t going through. 

I'm trying to switch my old mobile number to ID Mobile. I already have a plan open sign ID. I have my PAC code from my previous operator. I can't request the switch because the switch form isn't working. Every time I try to complete it, it says "oops there's a problem, please try again". I've tried contacting live chat but it says it's closed (despite it being open as per it's operating hours). How am I meant to request my switch?! I've just joined ID - not exactly a great first impression...

I need to change the bank details for my direct debit - I use METTLE - but get an error message when jniutting the details.  The message is just “oops” with no further info.
