I recently ported my number from O2 last week. On the day of the switch it appeared to have completed without issue. However within 48 hours the number inexplicably changed to a random one causing my girlfriend a good deal of confusion when she tried to contact me. I have been onto customer service and eventually they told me that there had been a second incoming PAC code which had ‘overwritten’  my number from O2. They claim there is nothing they can do to recover it so through no action or fault of my own It is dead in limbo. I tried calling it but just got a number not recognized message.After this and none existent  data in the city centre I sorely regret switching to iD.Trying to do a search on the issue doesn’t turn up anything and O2 said they could not help either.I don’t believe for a moment that it is impossible to recover, there must be something that can be done or somewhere for me to turn, right?

Hello Community! I’m back on iD for the third time! I see a lot are having trouble with the new iD app, I’m guessing the reason everything changed has the account management behind it; the previous two times I was on the network I had to use different email addresses as their backend couldnt handle using the same email for a different mobile account. ANYHOO… The app doesnt have a section for changing the Customer Service PIN that I can find, and calling an operator to change it negates having the PIN in the first place, so does anyone know how to change it? edit: In the message received with the PIN, and also stated somewhere on the website, it states you can change the PIN in the app

I had a lot of calls , local in UK . I see one of the call has been charged by 0.4 for 1 min, can anybody please explain me why has been charge as it is a local mobile no. ? thank you  

Hi I have pre-ordered the hazel pixel 9 pro 256gb and checked with live chat when estimated delivery is  end of October.Has anyone else been told this? Other network providers are saying mid September and when I placed the order ID mobiles website it stated that too, don't want to wait that long as it seems other people are getting them sooner. Any help me much appreciated 👍 

I travelled from Italy to Switzerland for the day my phone worked fine in Italy but as soon as I entered Switzerland nothing …. My phone showed that I had 5G and WiFi and I was connected to Swisscom and my limit was high …. But could not access any of my apps….Apple Maps, google maps my travel card,  even the IDmobile app.  I was told that 3/ID mobile jjust does not work in Switzerland is this true for future travel??

Just starting using id moblie today have I made a mistake?? Very bad signal and 4g and seeing this message when checking status all day. Is this normal? I'm in northern ireland . 

I’m trying to log into my online account/app to view my plan details. I’ve registered an email address, created a password, etc. But when I get to adding a number to my account, I put in my surname, date of birth and phone number and it says “Sorry your details do not match our records, please try again”. I’m concerned that someone may be registered to my number mistakenly, and have no way of accessing my account to change billing or cancel the contract. I’ve had multiple conversations via the live chat - all of whom say they can’t proceed as I’m not the account holder. They also said the number isn’t registered, so how can I not register it to my email address?!

Every time I try registering for the app it says ‘sorry your details do not match our records’ I have tried and checked several times but still no luck! 

Hi,I am not receiving anymore OTP text messages sent by my overseas bank.  This was working perfectly on 14th August 2024, but stopped thereafter.  My bank reconfirmed the number was correct in their system and validated with their technical support that the SMS was correctly being sent on their side. I have tried multiple troubleshooting from this community and other websites, including iPhone restart as well as factory reset, Network settings reset, forcing manual network selection, checked blocked numbers, SIM card on another iPhone,…  And nothing works!  I can still receive other SMS but not the OTP from the overseas bank. I saw in another feed that the customer had to change to a different network but I would rather not, as I am otherwise extremely happy with ID Mobile.Can anybody help?  

Hi there Does anyone know if ID mobile allows you to use an additional SIM on the same number for a watch like the Google pixel 3 LTE?I presume if so there is an additional monthly cost to do so? ThanksChris

My rolled over data isn’t showing in my app or online. I have 50gb of data and my app is showing 77gb used out of 50gb. I have a spend cap and haven’t received an 80% or 100% data usage text so i assume i’m using into my rolled over data. This is also not a new plan as I’ve had it since feb 24. Can you help please?

I had a monthly 60GB plan for £10/month. Just after it charged me for another month, I decided to upgrade my plan.The new plan is an annual 100GB/month, for £10/month, with the first three months free.I was sent information to say that I had used all roaming data and would be charged in future, though I have used no roaming data at all. I have also been charged for another month though I should not have been. I should be getting almost four months without payment, since I had just paid before my upgrade.

I am writing to report an ongoing issue with my mobile service.I provided my PAC number, 07853930799, for the transfer of my existing number to iD Mobile. However, some of my contacts are still seeing the incorrect number, 07737280646, when I call or text them. This issue was previously reported on July 27, 2024, and I received an email from you stating that it had been resolved.Additionally, I have been experiencing poor network connectivity in recent days, which has resulted in dropped calls and interruptions during calls.I request that you investigate these matters and resolve them as soon as possible. It is important that my correct number is displayed for all outgoing calls and text messages to avoid confusion.

I ordered an upgrade which was supposed to be delivered on 22 Aug (today 2 Sept) by DPD - it never turned up so I called DPD. DPD state they’ve lost it, but stated it’s MY issue so I have to contact ID Mobile to resolve it.  I’ve done that and logged an escalation with ID Mobile customer support, but DPD aren’t responding to ID Mobile escalations. I’ve not been able to use the phone I’m actually paying for and no longer feel like it’s worth the hassle. As I’m well within the 30 day cooling off period (as I bought it via the ID Mobile website) I assume I’ll be able to cancel my contract once I’ve obtained a Return Transaction Number, but DON’T actually have anything to return as it’s not been delivered, and WILL NOT be charged?

Hi👋🏻 Recently moved to  iD mobile & chose because of 3network & signal checker. However, since changing my phone signal icon has gone from 4 bars to just 1, occasionally 2, I’ve missed calls & on when making outgoing calls signal breaks up & receiver can’t hear me🤔 I’ve also found that 4G is extremely poor & intermittent. I have to keep switching to 3G to load social media or web pages. Reluctant to switch networks again, but this is driving me crazy🤯 Have a iPhone XR, so not the latest model but not ancient. Any suggestions? Cheers!🍻

 I cant submit my PAC Code. Your automated systems repeatedly send me to a broken URL that suggests I referr the problem to 'my administrator'. Im just being sent round in circles without any access to a real person that might be able to address the issue- which seems very much to be an error in your systems.Where even is the account section in the ID mobile app under which there is supposedly a 4 digit number that would give me access to a real person via your 'Live Chat' ??Exasperating!

I have been unable to make any calls today. Have rebooted my phone multiple times, I also have WiFi calling enabled on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.The status page indicates issues but not specifically an issue making to receiving phone calls.
