Hi allCurrently out of contract with ID Mobile,  had a few calls from Curry's saying my contract was near the end and they could offer me great deals. This was during the day when I was at work, asked them to call after 5pm to talk, no call, next day 11am another call, again asked to call after 5, no call, 3 days later call again at 2pm, asked again if they could call after 5pm, no call, now silence, last time I said I was interested in the Redmi Note 13 pro plus but then noticed price went up and £99 upfront, so that was a no chance, I would have stayed if they had called before the price rise. Now out of contract and looking at moving to Voxi, no real problems with ID Mobile/3 but Voxi offering better deals, tbh really disappointed at ID Mobile and their retentions/sales teams as clearly they don't listen, so think it will be a goodbye 👋

Hi, I've switched over from 3 today but number hasn't changed over, I've got a duel sim but my old number is dead. I've restarted my phone a couple of times and still not sorted .any support please?

I have a Galaxy S21+ and have just purchased another sim, so I can have a personal number and also work number. Is it possible to have two different voicemail greetings? If it is, how do I set it up.

I have tried the multiple methods like checking the coverage and reseting my settings.  My data has worked once everything else works fine but not the data.  

I’m off to Switzerland in a couple of days and I know it’s not one of the countries on list for free roaming. I currently have  a £6 a month contract (I don’t live on my phone, I make a few calls and never exceed the data allowance). My question is (please be patient, I’m stupid with phones) if I buy an add-on, will it cover for any phone calls/data I use in Switzerland, ie if I have a single phone call at £2.50 per call, will that come off the add-on? If I eg look up football scores / google maps, will that come off my add-on each time I use my phone or per mb total? I really don’t want to get an esim, I’m quite sure I will struggle to get this (I’m old and stupid). Please can anyone advise?

I am flying to portgual on the 5th september and flying back on the 8th then flying to ireland on the 11th to return on the 12th. How do i enable/make sure i can use my phone data to use social media to keep intouch with family.

We are getting poor signal. In the status checker it says ID is aware of problem but not getting fixed I am afraid. Can make and receive calls but gets into total silence after a while due to poor signal. Live chat is waste of time. Kindly help as all our phones are with ID and all are suffering.ID is 100% online. No body to talk to for help.

Hi, I’ve already searched for an answer on here but couldn’t find any solution. I’m using mobile data (not WiFi) and Google is telling me SafeSearch is activated, however it’s definitely disabled in the ID mobile app, and it’s also definitely disabled in Google.Google is saying the SafeSearch is activated by ID mobile. How can I deactivate it? 

Hello, I just went to access the mobile app but find this does not work anymore. Upon registering, my ID number is recognised so I can’t login/complete the registration. How am I meant to cancel my contract which ends on 11 Sep? I do not want to roll onto ID’s monthly rate or have any other contractual relationship with ID mobile.

I gave personal details to a scammer today (name, email, address, d.o.b)  and my bank advised my security could be compromised if they approach ID using my details to get more information or use my number. Could an ID rep please contact me? I would like to know what steps I and ID can take to ensure my account is secure. 

I signed up with ID in curry's on 25th Aug, provided PAC code and was told that old number.ber should transfer on 27th [yesterday]  This has not happened, how do I go about ensuring that this happens.  Current provider is O2 [Virgin]Thanks

Hi I'm recently in the process of trying to reclaim my number back due to someone accessing my id mobile account and trying to port it out. I've already made a complaint and been referred to the fraud team. The problem is I have no way of contacting them as phone is disconected, due to issue. I accidentally ordered the wrong upgrade then went back on and ordered the right upgrade , will the first one be cancelled? As I really wanted the upgrade with the laptop.... 

I have tried to install an esim for a new accou t for my daughter but it says no longer valid and to contact ID Mobile. However I can't contact them because I don't know my daughters number and the chat bot etc always asks for your number.… Thanks 

My mobile data speeds and signal are horrendous in my area considering three network is the best performer in my area.Is there anything i can do to improve this because at this rate this is the first and last time i’m choosing ID mobile.Can anything be done to my account,just turn my sim a notch please. 

I’ve tried through the app and the website. “Oops...sorry something went wrong.”Tried the chat bot system, literally couldn't do anything and was useless/waste of time.This is terrible customer service. 

Took out an upgrade on my contract but DPD failed to deliver my phone on 2 attempts it then got returned to the supplier. I have discovered myself the phone was returned to Curry's they have now cancelled there side of the contract  ID mobile live chat agents are unable to locate my phone despite them supposedly sending numerous emails to the supplier. They keep promising to contact me back but never do so I have to contact live chat and repeat the whole story which gets longer every time. 1 month on I still have no phone which I am paying for and no response from ID. Can anyone help with how I can resolve this please. All I want is my phone. 

Hi, I’ve just arrived in France and am trying to use my data roaming allowance. I’ve contacted ID Support via Twitter but they don’t seem to be able to help me. Basically, I can’t see how to turn on Data Roaming. When I was with my previous carrier (EE) I could toggle this on or off in the settings page under Mobile Data options. I’ve attached a screenshot of my wife’s Mobile Service Page (she’s still with EE). With ID, that screen does not appear. I go into ‘Mobile Data’ and just get a voice of ‘Off’ or ‘Personal’’ I’ve ticked ‘Personal’ because I don’t believe that ‘Off’ can be right, but this doesn’t help. Anyone got any ideas or help please? Screen shots attached. Many thanks for any help. I’m getting desperate!

I have 4 phones (mine and 3 children)  that were up for change of contract on 22/08/24, i would like to change them over to sim only, as of 22/08/24.  i assume that i would have a 14 day cooling off period as it is a direct debit contract.I can’t contact anyone physically to discuss this.  please could you advise exactly what steps i need to take to ensure that i am not paying for 4 phones i have already paid for, but to ensure that my next direct debit is for sim only contract. Or how i go about ending my 4 contracts under the cooling off period of the contract.  i would like to go elsewhere where i could speak with someone if any issues.  i have been with ID as a provider for 6 years, in the past i have been able to speak with a customer advisor.i look forward to a response.  thanks

They are doing monthly contract 30gb data, unlimited calls and data for £7.00. Can you upgrade my current £6.00 8gb deal ?

I can make calls but no mobile data. So no websites, app connections etc. both me and my wife have ID Sims and both have same issue. Both phones have  mobile data enabled. It's report 4G and 5G on phones but still not working 

Data roaming is greyed out on Samsung S23 that I got for my son through ID mobile last month. His sim is set up for roaming....he used it at beginning of June on his old phone.He has an error message to say data roaming was not turned on by home network.We have tried all changes to settings that we can possibly see. We have done a software update, restarted the phone, contacted Samsung help.

I registered for my upgrade last night. My network instantly stopped working so I set up the eSIM that was sent to me on my old phone as the new phone hadn’t arrived yet. My new phone has just arrived and I tried to register my eSIM to it but it says it can’t be used now or it’s expired (something like that!) any advice?? Thanks
