Will ID Mobile be stocking the new Nothing Phone 2a Plus? I’d like to switch to ID mobile if they are going to make contracts with this phone available in the near future.

e sim being offered, but my Samsung Galaxy A52s phone does not support e sims. Meanwhile i have lost my mobile service. Help, as customer service is rubbish. Is there an actual number I can call as chat is driving me crazy

Sorry - there seem to be alot of others struggling with this minefield, but I can’t find a solution sifting through them all. The mast went off over the weekend and I can no longer call out or receive calls. Texts and data work fine. If I go into work in the city, calls work fine. After a 45 minute chat with the ID help desk this morning - a good 40 of which were me telling her repeatedly the mast was off, she sent me to get a new SIM card. New SIM card installed and the phone is exactly as useless as it was with the old one. When I go to the *#*#4636#*#* menu - the VoLTE provisional and the WI-FI Calling provisional are greyed out and can’t be switched on. Do I need a new phone or will that do exactly the same and Im stuck with 2 phones that can’t make calls? Is this an ID thing? Do they have to tell something to be Provisional? I have no idea. I didn’t even know they were turning the 3G off.

I’ve recently joined ID from Sky mobile. I have the iPhone 13 with them. Calls and WhatsApp are working fine however any sms message I send is failing. Have read through some of the community comments around resets, restarts and settings changes but none of these are working. Have also tried in a different iPhone with the same issue so can’t see there being an issue with the phone/Apple. I need some guidance from ID mobile please 

I am on ID sim only. I don’t get internet connection very little or none outside my house.  also often people can’t hear when I am on the phone.   I contacted ID chat room.  He told me there are so many user around me I just don’t get enough network. and I need to let them know if it doesn’t improve.   but it has been like this for few weeks now.  I have been with ID for long time now. but I might have to cancel it. 

Signed upto id a while ago and can’t seem to find my transaction number in emails etc , anyone help me out in order to swap my phone number over 

I’ve noticed over the last few months that the cellular coverage for ID Mobile is very poor and over the last few days. I can’t even get signal in my own home or when I’m out and about. I am able to use calls via WhatsApp or Facebook however if I just call a regular cellular number, it doesn’t ring at all. On the flipside if I have a call inbound the person who is ringing me the phone will ring as normal what you would expect to hear however my phone doesn’t even acknowledge that there is an incoming call and I don’t even get a text to say that I’ve missed a call. Anyone else having this kind of issue? I’ve reset the handset etc and nothing has changed - phone is a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max through iD mobile. 

Hi, can anybody help solve the issues of sms messages not sending? It’s been about a month since I transferred to iD from three, and I can’t send sms messages. I’ve seen other threads with the same issues and tried all the trouble shooting solutions suggested but nothing changes, nothing seems to be working. Is it an issue with the SIM card and number transfer process from iD?Also tried to speak to somebody form iD but can’t seem to, anybody had luck with this? shocking customer service so far

Can anyone tell me why we have no phone coverage in Timperley South Manchester WA15 6SJ? Neither myself or my wife's phone is working but 4G seems to be ok. I've tried Three’s status checker but no faults have been reported. How do I report a fault?

Have been on this network for several months, but last couple of days I can’t make or receive any calls.  WhatsApp works fine.  Nothing else has changed- any suggestions?thanks

my old phone and old sim was in an ID account in my mums name. as I am 18 now I wanted to have my own phone plan in my own name on a separate account and also upgrade my phone. I have bought a new pay as you go sim and phone which has come with a new phone number, I have created my account in my name. however I was wondering how I can get my old phone number from my old sim and ID account onto my new sim. is there a way you can keep the same number and switch from two different ID accounts or does it only work if your switching from another company over to ID. any help much appreciated 

I can’t make call or receive call today in Old Trafford area today. Any one know what is going on? Live chat waisted over one hour and could not help at all. 

Same problem as Serena Purslow.  I can’t log in to my daughters account online (crazykat08) since the new update.Could she set up her own account, and keep her current number?I currently pay her monthly charge.

I upgraded my contact yesterday but then received a message to say“You've now used 100% of your 30GB Roaming data limit. From now on, roaming data will include a surcharge of £3 per GB.”I haven’t used data roaming for over a month. Have I lost my international roaming rights by upgrading? 

Just upgraded my sim only deal and immediately got a message to say I’ve used 100% of roaming data allowance. I see this has been as issue previously. Is that still the case? Please advise if I still have all of my roaming data allowance as I have not been abroad. Thanks 

I was in Amsterdam and roaming chnaged automatically to Vodaphone NLI then flew to Paris and am staying in the west of France but roaming is stuck on Vodaphone NL. It has not chnaged automatically and I cannot see how to chnage it manually ((Apple phone)

Hello, I have never received an email with a link to set up the apple TV 3 month subscription.Please can I be sent a link

When I signed up for a new sim-only phone contract with ID Mobile, I was eligible for a 3 month Apple TV subscription. I was told this would be sent via email 14 days after starting the contract. When this didn’t arrive, I flagged this to customer support who told me someone would reach out with the necessary link within 48 hours. I’ve had no contact since, and have chased a few times. Please can someone help me to get this sorted? Thank you!

Since switching to id mobile about a month ago it has been nothing but horrendous if I am honest. I live in an area which claims to have full outdoor 5g coverage and mostly indoor too, however outside I can get 5g maybe 0.1% of the time. But the worst thing about this awful provider is the fact of in the month since I got this phone and new contract I have had more internet issues due to signal etc than I did in 5+ years using a Three mobile contract, but how does this work if idmobile claim to be ‘on the same network as 3’? I never had any problems with Three, ever. But now my internet cuts out and I cant refresh things etc minimum 3+ times a day on Idmobile. Absolutely embarrassingly bad.

New iPhone and contract with ID on Three network a month ago and number ported.Since then, all texts I send are marked “Not Delivered” even tho they are delivered. It has been taking up to 5 mins for them to be received and if the texts are long they’re often not received at all.I was receiving texts, sporadically but in the last few days I’m not receiving any at all.I have Reset Network Settings and checked my phone number is correct in Settings.I’ve also tried the Sim in my old phone and the problem is the same.Doesn't this mean the problem lies with the carrier or Sim rather than the phone itself?What should be my next step?Any advice most welcome - thanks!
