My iD.

I've come to the end of my 24 month term. My phone is now paid off but the contract amount isn't decreasing.I don't want to upgrade as my phone is still a newer phone. I just want to know the cost of the sim only. How do I find this out? 

No matter how I try I can't get to chat to aid mobile operative!Get to an icon that seems to offer that option, but when I press it, nothing happens!And their number 7777, is completely useless!

Why is there no live chat or any other way to contact anyone at ID? I’ve been going round in circles for half an hour and keep coming to the same page saying how live chat is available?

I applied for an upgrade. The phone arrived but DPD wouldn’t leave it without the PIN which my husband didn’t have because my current phone doesn’t work in our village due to the 3G switch off. Instead of re delivering DPD sent it back to ID and this is where I discovered that ID has the worst service and clearly their people must hate working there. When I tried to get the upgrade re delivered and asked to go on my old plan until the new phone arrived, they cut me off. When I got reconnected it was on PAYG only no communication, despite a promise of a call back. I now can’t upgrade, have no idea what to do with a PAYG phone and have paid for a phone I didn’t get. No one helps. None of the 5 people I’ve dealt with takes responsibility. I chose ID because of a money saving expert recommendation. I’m contacting them now to make sure it’s clear to people that they might be cheap but they are useless if something doesn’t go right. I see that I’m not the only one to experience this kind

I understand Three will merger with Vodafone.Can you confirm Three will maintain there network and not use Vodafones as Vodafones network is absolutely hopless with extremly poor connectivity and signal strength. 

Please can someone from ID mobile contact me urgently. I am travelling in Thailand and my phone has been blocked due to the capping limit, so I cannot make any calls without adding money to my account which isn’t possible as the live chat isn’t accessible for some reason and there is nowhere to do this on my account. Help please!!

How I can change plan with unlimited data for 1 month contract? 

Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G SM-G998B/DSID sim is in sim #1, nothing in sim #2When I pull down quick links from top it does show ID Sim manager says nothing in sim #1 or sim #2 (cannot check under preferred sims as calls, messages, mobile data not selectable)Under Mobile Networks Data Roaming is not selectable, neither is Access Point Names or Network OperatorsSoftware is up to date & I have tried rebooting. Have tried turning on Flight Mode for 1 min. Other than mysteriously loosing internet for few minutes at a time last few days, able to access mostly. Not had any problem making calls except again few odd times last few days in places never normally an issue Anyone any ideas? 

Iv been trying to get on asda app i put my details in and thats correct but it says they sent a code to my number but  not getting the codes come through can anyone help me pleasw 

A mobile number and sim card are set up to open the electric gate.  My phone will not open the gate - the designated number says ‘ number not recognised’ and will not open the gate.  All the other phones we use to open the gate work.  Only mine. What’s the problem ?

I  currently have two contracts with ID mobile which I bought in August 2024.  I have two more that will run their course and I would like to move these also to ID mobile.  These are for all the family members and I pay them all so the contract is in my name.   I have seen multiple threads about people being refused contracts for internal security checks.  The theme running through these is possibly that there is a maximum number of contracts possible per person over a specific time frame.  Is it possible to share this information so that I may forward plan the migration to your services?

New to ID and I'm wondering if anyone can advise on an issue I'm having with my new handset.I got the Pixel 9 Pro XL and I've noticed my ID network connection can be very poor, or drop entirely. At the minute if I go to Google speed test using mobile data it won't even load.Coverage in my area is listed as excellent and I haven't had issues with it in the past with any other providers, including Three. Whereas right now there are times I can't do things like load the Uber app (I get a network error) or make a search on Google Maps (no connection).I have tried the steps the chat bot lists and nothing worked, until I tried in another handset.I tried the SIM in my old handset (Pixel 7 Pro) and data worked fine, Google speed test showing a 10Mb download speed. Not that the issue is the speed here, it's the fact it's actually working on the other handset.I don't know whether this is a general issue with the Pixel 9 Pro XL or my handset in particular. Ho

I have been with ID for nearly 3 weeks & the service is atrocious!! I can’t make phone calls. I tried phoning ID complaints 3 times today & it said called failed!I can receive texts from Samsungs but can’t reply. I been to curry’s & they gave me a new SIM card but still not working. I’ve done a network settings reset. I am paying for a contract that I can’t use. I want to cancel, give my phone bank & go with a reputable company 

How do I know if my Google Pixel 8a is unlocked? I'm travelling to USA soon and wish to use an eSIM but my phone needs to be unlocked.Is it - I got it directly from ID on a monthly contract?

So I’ve been with Id about 3 ish months now. Had real trouble changing my phone number over. Jumped through a lot of hoops to get it working. Then about 2 weeks ago my phone changed the number back to the ID number and not my actual number. iMessage won’t work. I’ve tried doing all the things I had to last time. Settings> phone> inputting correct number. But it won’t take, or save it. I’ve tried hard resets. Turning all iMessage etc off and on again. Nothing is working and I’m expecting calls from jobs I’ve applied to. Can someone please help me? 

For over 48 hours now WhatsApp keeps saying retry in 5 hours I’ve not trecived any verification I’ve been through all the trouble shooting this happened since ID changed my phone number two days ago I’ve been into curry’s where I got phone from they say they have no answer and for me to contact fb who owns WhatsApp it’s disgusting I have no one else to help  

Recently got a new phone, but can’t find instructions online for how to transfer my eSIM over. Want to keep the same number I’ve always had, but have only ever used physical SIMs before so not sure how to do this.

Old number switched to iD mobile.Able to receive and send texts but cannot make or receive calls.Any suggestions on how to sort?

Hi, I have ported my number to id mobile yesterday however I am having issues getting any OTP to come through. This is a particular issue as I have a ton of apps which won't setup without doing this now. I've tried live chat which got me to check all the settings which all seems ok. The last thing they did was send me another eSim which hasn't solved the problem.Could it of been an issue with the porting process?

I am travelling to Dallas next week for 6 days. I have onlly recently gone onto ID mobile monthly from having a contract for years.It dawned on me that i might get roaming or usage charges that my contract used to cover.What is the best way to do this ? i will be using my phone for maps and whatsapp only really  / limited emails - I wont be ringing or MMSIs it better to buy an e-sim for USA or just put a cap on my usage? please can someone assist

I'm going to have to leave id it's the calls that are an issue I have ful signal at home ( no landline) Nearly very time I ring someone they can't hear me as I'm breaking up. It's getting to the point of annoying now as I'm trying to book something very important and they can't here me obviously as our names are spelt incorrectly. That tipped me over the edge I need a network I can use for calls 📞
