No welcome email
So I received my phone yesterday and still haven’t received a welcome email, therefore I’m unable to register/use my sim. Can someone help as the live chat isn’t very helpful. Thanks!

Different numbers!
Hi. I recently joined Id and used my pac code to transfer my number. I can receive calls and texts perfectly but when I send texts the recipient sees my original Id number and not the number I transferred, Anyone any idea how to resolve this? TIA

I have recently, in the last few days, decided to switch to iD. I inserted my SIM card today to begin using it as today was the day that my number would be transferred. The signal has been absolutely abysmal to the extent that I’ve hardly been able to use my phone until I got home and connected to WiFi. Therefore, I’ve decided not to stay with iD and have signed up to another company and requested a PAC from iD. I now have 3 issues:1. The deal I signed up for is £8 a month and I’m leaving well within the 30 day cooling off period but have been quoted just under £15 as a final bill I have requested the PAC but it says ‘not generated’. The live chat function is not loading and I cannot find any other way to contact iD to query these issues.

I made an order today for monthly payments but it’s saying my login details are wrong and the upfront cost has left my bank account how am I meant to check if the order fully went through if I can’t access my account.

changing transfer date
Hello I've just purchased a new phone contract which is due to be delivered tomorrow however my existing phone number isn't going to be transferred until next week, is there any way I can move this forward?

Pac transfer issues
Hi there, I’ve recently purchased an Iphone 15 Pro Max from ID and am having some issues. I was transferring from EE, and when I transferred my data over before my EE contract ended, my phone asked if I wanted to create an Esim to keep my number. Thinking this was part of the process I accepted, but i’ve received a text from ID telling me my number has been transferred and now I still have no signal. I understand that ID mobile do not use Esims, so am a bit concerned. I’ve followed all the reset steps (turn imessage on and off, delete the temporary number and put the one I want in etc) but am still having issues. I was told to go to a curry’s store to find out the issue, but is there anything I can do to fix it myself? Cheers

Plan upgrade - how long duration?
How long does an upgrade take? I'm already an existing pay monthly (30 day) customer but yesterday I upgraded my plan to a 12 month one, same cost per month but more data. Apparently I'm being sent a new SIM despite already having one and it even said that it isn't required 🤷‍♂️ I thought it would've been an almost instant process given everything above.

unable to claim "Currys" reward
I referred myself under a different email and signed up via the link, I joined id and received an email to my second email to click a link to submit account number for refer-a-friend Clicking this link goes to the original refer a friend page where you enter email to start refer a friend process AND NOT a page to enter account number. I’ve met all requested criteria of sending link from original email/account to new email and using this link to create new account on separate email but I cannot claim the rewards advertised.

COMPLAINT!!!! I have no data and cannot even complain?
I swopped my mobile contract from EE to ID Mobile and am now severely regretting it. I’ve have not data since 31 Oct, so no apps or internet access unless Il at home connected to my wi-fi. I flagged the issue via a live chat on 01 Nov and was told it would be resolved within 24 - 48 hrs. It’s now 4 days later and I’ve not heard from anyone, and my data is still not switched on. This is causing massive disruption to my life, but when I go to complain there is no link to a form to compete and the Customer Services phone number doesn’t even ring. Not good enough, come on guys SORT IT OUT!!!

Hi just recently changed from Vodafone to ID mobile. I put my PAC number on my order online. I received my new sim yesterday but the number hasn’t changed, how long does it normally take? As I haven’t received an email or message about it. thanks

not receiving otp sms messages on wifi calling
I’m not receiving otps on wifi calling. the phone is working fine and I get texts. it previously worked okay on vodafone wifi calling and did work for a while on id mobile. I use an iphone.

Order accepted through Carphone warehouse, but reduced to sim only?
I ordered a pay monthly phone and Tariff yesterday, and received the following email a few hours later? The order you placed through www.carphonewarehouse.com has been accepted by the iD Mobile network, however not for the chosen handset and tariff combination that you have ordered. The network would be willing at this time to offer you one of their great sim only packages. Any reason why this would happen? I have checked my credit score with multiple services (Clearscore, money supermarket, Experian) and all have me as excellent, I have no long term debt, no missed payments, I am employed and earn decent money, so what gives?

Incorrect name on direct debit details
I have bought a new phone contract for my teenager, purchased in my name but paid for with their debit card. I’ve just received an email to say my direct debit has been set up, but it includes my name instead of theirs. It says to contact iD Mobile if any of the details are incorrect, but I cannot find a way to do this!!!! Very frustrating.

No Sim with new phone
I’m a new customer and received my new phone on Sunday - I sent a PAC code and was supposed to transfer to this network yesterday but I didn’t receive a sim card with the phone. Does this arrive separately?

customer service issues
I've been with Id since 2021 and was pleased with the service and had recommended them to others. How wrong can you be! I upgraded my plan 13th October 23 to a monthly sim only plan with unlimited data. According to T &Cs if you were with id prior to July 23 data capping or limits did not apply in Europe. I took it out on this basis. My roaming data was switched off without warning or info on the app 27th October. On top of this I've been charged £25 on top of plan charges for excess data!!! It seems the unlimited data is non existent. My bill is £48 for what? I've contacted live chat and complaints chat many times over the last 10 days. Only contact back asking me to ring an 0800 number which you can't from Europe. I'm promised a call back within 24/48 hours. Nothing has happened at all. Shocking customer service and charged for it too. Ref 377015594
