Another ‘refer a friend’ issue
We are also awaiting the refer a friend reward for new customer referral, we’ve passed three bills and checked the spam folder.Where do we escalate the issue for resolution?

I am receiving just a tiny trickle of data, whilst my partner, who is also on idmobile gets lots of data.

why is upgrade dearer than new contract?
also how do you contact chat.. you first to charge a monthly fee but last to provide a service. Im due an upgrade this month and would like to know how is it that you amazing upgrade deals are in fact more expensive than if i was new customer! thanks for loyalty now pay more?

samsung s23 ultra poor signal
Hi all, I have the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and I am struggling with signal. WiFi calling is poor at home. I've checked the reception in area for ID and they are undergoing work on a mast which has been going on for a long while and no sign of when this will be completed. Any help would be really grateful as I am truly struggling.

My phone will not let my complete and outgoing calls/texts or data usage after I have transferred a new PAC number across. My bill payments are upto date and I have tried resetting settings etc

This morning the google app store recommended I update the Google app on my Huawei android. When I did this I received a malware alert telling me to delete the Google app. A second time I updated the app and again got the malware alert. Is there anything I can do to safely regain Google on my phone +

better deal but still with ID mobile
through a uswitch deal i can get a cheaper contract than the upgrade is offering but it is still with ID mobile, do i need to cancel my current plan and get PAC code for the new one as if im switching to a new provider. if not what do i do

Phone number not changed to ID via PAC code
It’s been 3 working days days since I was disconnected from my old provider. I used a PAC code when purchasing my ID phone contract however my number still isn’t working on my new phone. No signal. Anyone experienced this? Update .. Fixed now

can’t send text messages or change number on phone settings
I ported my old number about 2 weeks ago and have had issues sending text messages as I get an error message. I’ve restarted the phone and taken the sim out and put it back in but to no avail. also, I can’t change my number on the iPhone to reflect my old number - it only shows my new number and does not let me save my old number when I try to change it.

Hi I'm wondering why I have no signal I normally don't have a problem but since yesterday 26/10/23 I've had an issue with it I can't make calls unless I use wi-fi calling I live in BB3 1PH area could you please look into this

Thinking of Switching to ID
I’m thinking of switching to ID mobile. I just switched for my elderly father and had issues and customer service was terrible but got there in the end. The good thing is that the sim only deals are super cheap. Anyone switched from EE to ID? is it better signal? what happens when 12 month contract is up? many thanks

Nightmare Cant register, login, can't do anything
My husband has just received his sim card and although the phone is working fine when he tried to register, login, etc. he can’t access anything at all. It is an absolute nightmare. Ive had to use my account to access this forum to try to get help. You can’t get help until you’ve registered. None of the information we’re keying is recognised. We get something is wrong on every attempt. Believe me I’ve tried everything and every combination possible. We are about to cancel the contract as we’re in time. Can anyone help please.

wrong number showing on txts after porting
My wife informed me yesterday my txt's to her phone are coming up from the temporary number that came with my new Id Mobile sim. despite my old number being ported over correctly. Phone calls and whatapp are correct, its just the txt’s that are wrong, if she txt's my number its ok, if she txt's or calls the temp number she gets number unavailable. All txt's to other number show my correct number? The only thing I can think off is I did txt' her on the temp number, before my prober number was ported over to test the line and the new phone. The phone is a Samsung s20+ I have tried turning of the phone, Taking out the sim Restarting the phone after 5 mins Turning off the phone Reinserting sim Starting the phone It made no difference

CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING AT ALL ON MY ACCOUNT

unable to pay bill
My payment is not going through after several attempts. Can you provide an idea or a resolution as to why this keeps happening. I have included a screenshot of the error message I keep getting. This has happened more than 10 times.

Dear Sir/Madam. I am writing in regards my order [REDACTED] (transaction number [REDACTED]). DPD made the delivery twice at a completely inappropriate time for me (25/09 at 10.40 and 26/09 at 11.43) This time is absolutely unacceptable since we are at work. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them by email in the hope of adjusting the time or agreeing to collect from their depot. But today, without any warning, at 13.03 the parcel was sent back. In this case, the big problem for me is that I did not receive a sim card, since I want to save my number and the transfer code has already been requested and it expires on Monday. Please advise how I can receive my order. After such a bad experience with delivery, if possible I would prefer collection. Kind regards Andrejs Pudovs
