I need a new PAC Code and my account has been closed. How do I obtain one so I can move and keep my number?

Hi,I purchased a phone for my wife at the beginning of the year with ID Mobile as we were tempted by the extremely good price and the £100 Curry’s voucher and also believed that connectivity would be good as it’s on the Three network.However, 8 months on we haven’t received her £100 Curry’s voucher and the signal has been appalling. I have now proved that there is no issue with the handset (Google Pixel 8) and that the issue is with the network (Multiple posts about peoples problems with it on the community). I have proved it by purchasing a PAYG Three sim card and entered it in the phone as I was sure this would work as ID Mobile uses Three’s network infrastructure. Since changing the SIM card my wife's mobile phone now works perfectly.Getting to this point has been an absolute nightmare as there is no clear path to support and as such I’m writing this post to see if someone can let me know how I exit the contract as ID Mobile has failed to deliver Customer Sup

Have recently signed up to iD and trying to claim the Apple Music. As I’m already with Apple I ended my subscription and as per T&C’s was expecting to get a 2 month sub for free. I tried for the freebie, follow the instructions and it shows as a two month sub starting from 6th December. When I double click the side button I get a pop up saying it’s for new subscribers only. can anyone advise how I can activate this as it states returning subscribers get two months? I was going to wait until the 7th of Dec but that will mean I have passed the 12 day cut off for the freebie as described by another user in another question. Any advice would be greatly appreciated,thanks. 

I have created an account with ID mobile app on my old phone. And tried to get into the app once my new phone arrived but it now says that my details are incorrect. How do I get into my mobile app now? There's no option to reset or anything

I am already on the 3 network from a previous contractCan i port my number over to ID Mobile?? Or will i have to port to a another provider sim only deal & then port across?? 

Hi  I wish to call a UK number whilst am in France currently. Firstly do I need to adjust anything in my settings? It says calling from abroad with ID mobile is included with my monthly id mobile package. Can I just check that I don’t need to toggle anything on or off before I make the call from France back to UK and whether when I dial the 0207 number I need to do 00 44 207 dropping the first 0 before the 0207 followed by the rest of the number? Thanks for your help. 

I have just ordered a new iphone 15 on a 24 month contract with an esim. I want to keep my existing number, so should have ordered an upgrade. Is it possible to change my order to an upgrade? My order ref is 442042166

I'm in the US and data roaming won't work.I have a Google pixel 8. I've tried resetting services and restarting the phone, but nothing works.I then tried to remove data roaming in ID app to reset it, but it won't let me add back in.I have unlimited data, but appreciate charges may apply - I don't have a cap set.Any suggestions?

Everytime I try to make a call, it says I have reached my call limit, and I need to make a payment before I can use my phone again.But I have unlimited calls

Got a text a week ago saying my number has switched but it hasn’t 

Been a 3/ID customer for 7 years or so. Recently 4G signal so poor as to unworkable at times. ID say there’s nothing wrong, fault must be at my end. It isn’t. Newish contract phone works just fine. No changes in the local environment. I have line of site with the mast. Issues affecting wife’s ID phone and our 4G (Smarty/Three) router.Ombudsman case rejected as ‘out of their remit’, I’m in a low speed 4G area, and ‘I’ve still been able to use data’. Will be forced to reinstall home broadband. See no reason why I should continue paying £40 a month for unlimited data, when for large parts of the day I can hardly use it. The low speed 4G always used to be decent enough. I’m not using massive amounts of data, but I can’t do a fair bit of what I used to be able to.Any ideas? Short of cancelling and seeing ID in court, I’m stuck! Cheers, Jon

Hello,I have ordered a new sim today. I have got an email that it has been processed. I also provided the PAC code during the order process and it told me the switchover will happens on 19th AugIf I get a new sim from currys store, can the ID mobile do switch sooner ?​​ 

Looking at pre ordering the new Google 9 phone. They're doing a double data offer and an extra £200 trade in deal. Can you do both ? I have a pixel 6 pro valued at £85. Would I get £285 and the double data. Don't want to go ahead if I'd only get £85 . 

Hello,Can I use 'block sim' to stop the mobile network being used overnight, and then use 'unblock' in the morning. I have not set up daughter's phone with parental controls, and want to stop it from being used into the early hours.

When away on holiday I received texts to say my data was about to run out, despite thinking I was on unlimited data.  I tried to login to the id mobile app to sort out however I was unable.  I also tried to logon via a laptop.  My data ran out annoyinglyOn arrival home, now 2 days later I still cant access the app or my account whether using wifi (phone) or laptop.   I’m considering giving up on ID mobile as I cannot resolve the matter.  I cant speak to someone nor access the app.  What can I do…..

I ordered a mobile but got no receipt via email or inside the package when it arrived and I need it to claim the free gifts how do I get one 

The minute I leave the house and come off the WiFi I have no internet despite my phone saying 4 bars. I’ll be in the phone and phone just cuts out. Can’t use headphones or make calls. Totally shocking service please help. Was told I’d have 5g and near perfect signal. I don’t have either. Please help So321bj is the postcode please sort this or I’ll be taking further steps. 

Since the software changeover, I’m having major issues with both the mobile app and the web based laptop access.The mobile app asks me if I want biometric login enabled - but if I try to log in with a fingerprint I get an inane ‘Oops something has gone wrong’ (who designs this stuff? ‘Oops’ really?) message. If I then login using a password, I can at least log in, but if I then try to turn on biometrics from my account, I get the same inane ‘Oops’ message). Using Android 14 on Samsung Galaxy A14. If I try to login from my laptop, it’s completely hit and miss. This morning I get a ‘Let’s Get Started’ message, followed by the email and password (with captcha) login route - but it goes nowhere. It just loops then on ‘Let’s get started’ over and over again OR I get a blank screen. I’ve cleared data/cache and retried - still with no joy. Using Firefox 124.0.2 on Fedora 38.Any idea when this will be fixed?

Hello  I have recently moved over from O2 network and notice a massive difference in coverage . My usual trip from Manchester (M56/M60/M61/M55)  I would say gets 1-2 Bar on 2/3 of the journey . Is there a problem with my settings or the Network not great . I have been a three customer for years before that but been never that bad . ?? 

iPhone 12I have a message which says “network provider voicemail” with a call button next to it. How do I get rid of it. I have pressed the button a got through to voicemail and expected the message to disappear but it hasn’t. Should it?Many thanks
